Abstract
The invention relates to a shifter, which comprises a body, a handrail frame, a rotating seat and a seat body. The armrest frame is provided with a combining part. The rotating base is pivoted to the combining part through at least one pivot. The base is connected to the rotating base, and the rotating base and the base can rotate outwards or inwards in the horizontal direction through one of the pivots, so that the base can face various angles, and the shifting process of people with lower limb obstacles can be easily carried out in a narrow space.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a shifter.
Background
The nursing shifter disclosed in taiwan patent No. TWM399709 is a device dedicated for moving a person with lower limb disorder, and the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are pivoted to the armrest frame at the same time to keep the cushion body balanced for supporting the human body, so as to smoothly shift the person with lower limb disorder. However, the conventional shifting machine has a limitation in direction, so that the caregiver needs to face the end face of the shifting machine having the cushion body toward the vehicle or the bed board to smoothly enter the cushion body for the lower limbs disabled person, and thus the end face of the shifting machine having the cushion body cannot be smoothly faced to the target in a narrow space, which causes inconvenience in use and has drawbacks to be improved.
Therefore, there is a need for a new and improved shifting machine to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a shifter which can be used in multiple directions to improve practicability.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a shifting machine, which comprises a main body, a handrail frame, a rotating seat and a seat body. The body comprises a column body, a power unit, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, wherein the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are arranged on the column body in a swinging mode, and two ends of the power unit are respectively pivoted between the second connecting rod and the column body. The armrest frame is pivoted on one end of the first connecting rod and one end of the second connecting rod far away from the column body, one end of the armrest frame is provided with an armrest part, and the other end is provided with a combining part. The pivot shafts are pivoted on the combining part and extend along the vertical direction. The seat body is connected with the rotating seat so that the body is linked with the rotating seat, the seat body is used for accommodating a human body, and the rotating seat and the seat body can rotate outwards or inwards towards the horizontal direction through one of the pivots.
Preferably, the joint portion includes two first extension arms extending oppositely, and the rotating base is detachably pivoted to one end of the two first extension arms far away from each other through two pivot shafts.
Preferably, a connecting rod is connected between the joint portion and the armrest portion, one end of the first connecting rod away from the column is pivotally connected to the connecting rod, two tabs are disposed on one side of the two first extension arms facing the column, and one end of the second connecting rod away from the column is pivotally connected to the two tabs.
Preferably, the rotating base includes two second extending arms and an extending section, the extending section extends along the horizontal direction, the two pivots respectively penetrate through the two first extending arms and the two second extending arms, and the extending section is supported above the two first extending arms.

The invention has the advantages that:

The following description is given by way of example only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, which illustrate a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shifter of the present invention includes a main body 1, an armrest frame 2, a rotating seat 3 and a seat body 4.
The body 1 includes a column 11, a power unit 12, a first link 13 and a second link 14, the first link 13 and the second link 14 are swingably disposed on the column 11, and two ends of the power unit 12 are respectively pivoted between the second link 14 and the column 11.
The armrest frame 2 is pivotally disposed at one end of the first connecting rod 13 and the second connecting rod 14 away from the column 11, one end of the armrest frame 2 is provided with an armrest portion 21, and the other end is provided with a joint portion 22, in this embodiment, the power unit 12 is a telescopic hydraulic cylinder, and the joint portion 22 can be controlled to be lifted and lowered horizontally by the telescopic action of the power unit 12.
The rotating base 3 is pivotally mounted on the connecting portion 22 through at least one pivot 5, and each pivot 5 extends along a vertical direction, so that the rotating base 3 can rotate along a horizontal direction relative to the connecting portion 22.
The seat body 4 is connected to the rotating seat 3, so that the body 1 and the rotating seat 3 are linked, the seat body 4 is used for accommodating a human body, and the rotating seat 3 and the seat body 4 can rotate outwards or inwards in the horizontal direction through one of the pivots 5. Therefore, the displacement machine has an indexing function, and the rotation base 3 rotates relative to the combining part 22 to perform outward rotation or inward rotation, so that the seat body 4 can be steered to face various angles (as shown in fig. 4 and 5), and the displacement process of the person with lower limb obstruction can be easily performed in a narrow space, so as to smoothly perform the process of moving a bed or getting on or off the vehicle.
Specifically, the coupling portion 22 includes two first extension arms 221 extending oppositely, and the rotating base 3 is detachably pivoted to an end of the two first extension arms 221 through two pivot shafts 5. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, when one of the pivot shafts 5 is detached, the rotating base 3 can eccentrically rotate relative to the connecting portion 22 to have a large swing path for a lower limb obstacle person on the left or right side of the shifter to ride.
Wherein, a connecting rod 23 is connected between the combining portion 22 and the armrest portion 21, one end of the first connecting rod 13 away from the column 11 is pivotally disposed on the connecting rod 23, one side of the two first extending arms 221 facing the column 11 is provided with two tabs 222, and one end of the second connecting rod 14 away from the column 11 is pivotally disposed on the two tabs 222, so as to smoothly maintain the combining portion 22 in a horizontal state.
Further, the rotating base 3 includes two second extending arms 31 and an extending section 32, the extending section 32 extends along the horizontal direction, the two pivots 5 respectively penetrate through the two first extending arms 221 and the two second extending arms 31, and the extending section 32 is supported above the two first extending arms 221 to support the rotating base 3.
In this embodiment, each first extension arm 221 is provided with a first pivot hole 223 in a penetrating manner, each second extension arm 31 is provided with a second pivot hole 311 in a penetrating manner, each pivot 5 is inserted into one first pivot hole 223 and one second pivot hole 311, one end of each pivot 5 is provided with a head 51, the radial dimension of the head 51 is larger than the aperture of the first pivot hole 223 and the second pivot hole 311, a user penetrates through the first pivot hole 223 and the second pivot hole 311 by penetrating one end of each pivot 5 far away from the head 51, the head 51 can be clamped against the hole edge of the second pivot hole 311 to prevent falling, and the head 51 can facilitate the user to pull out the pivot 5 to achieve the effect of quick assembly and disassembly.
Preferably, one side of the extending section 32 away from the combining portion 22 is provided with two combining portions 33, each combining portion 33 includes a plurality of combining holes 331, the base 4 includes two supporting rods 41, and one end of each of the two supporting rods 41 is pivoted to one of the combining holes 331 of the two combining portions 33, so as to change the distance between the two supporting rods 41 to accommodate the lower limb handicapped person smoothly.
The seat body 4 further includes a first strap 42, one end of the two supporting rods 41 away from the extending section 32 is connected to the first strap 42, and the length of the first strap 42 can be selectively adjusted to prevent the two supporting rods 41 from swinging randomly to cause an excessively large distance. In addition, the seat body 4 further comprises a second strap 43, two ends of the second strap 43 are respectively connected to the bottom of the rotating seat 3 and are U-shaped, so as to be used for the lower limb disabled person to sit on, and the length of the second strap 43 can be selectively adjusted to adjust according to the figure of the lower limb disabled person.
It should be noted that the main body 1 further includes a bottom plate 15, the column 11 is connected to the bottom plate 15, one end of the bottom plate 15 is swingably provided with a lifting plate 16, when the lifting plate 16 is lifted towards the direction of the column 11, the bottom plate 15 forms a gap 17, the gap 17 can be used for the person with lower limb disorder to step on the floor, so the shifter can also provide the function of assisting the walking, so as to improve the practicability of the shifter.
In addition, the connecting rod 23 can be selectively used for carrying a tray 6 (as shown in fig. 6), and the tray 6 can be used for placing food or other articles, so as to be convenient for the lower limb handicapped person accommodated in the seat body 4 to take.
In summary, the shifting machine of the present invention can steer the seat body to face various angles by rotating the rotating base relative to the engaging portion, so that the shifting process of the person with lower limb obstruction can be easily performed in a narrow space.

Claims (10)
1. A shifter, comprising:
the body comprises a column body, a power unit, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, wherein the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are arranged on the column body in a swinging mode, and two ends of the power unit are respectively pivoted between the second connecting rod and the column body;
a handrail frame, which is pivoted on one end of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod far away from the column body, one end of the handrail frame is provided with a handrail part, and the other end is provided with a combining part;
a rotary seat, which is pivoted on the combining part through at least one pivot, and each pivot extends along the vertical direction;
a seat body connected to the rotating seat to make the body and the rotating seat linked, the seat body is used for accommodating a human body, and the rotating seat and the seat body can rotate outwards or inwards towards the horizontal direction through one of the pivots.
