The folding device can be folded to the dead point position through one-time folding operation and locks the four-bar linkage mechanism at the dead point position, so that the operation convenience can be improved, and the operation is completed synchronously at one time, so that the omission of secondary operation is avoided, and the safety and reliability of the folding device can be improved.
