Further, the first arm 4A of the seat part 1 is pivotally connected to the chassis housing 8 by a fifth pivot, the backrest link 13 is pivotally connected to the chassis housing 8, and the latch bracket 6 is fixedly secured within the chassis housing 8.

Claims (19)
1. The balance chair with the locking device comprises a supporting part, a seat part capable of swinging at least relative to the supporting part, a kneeling part capable of swinging at least relative to the seat part and a connecting mechanism for connecting the supporting part and the kneeling part, wherein the seat part swings and the kneeling part swing to form linkage, the seat part swings to drive the kneeling part to swing, and the balance chair is controlled to change between a chair state and a kneeling chair state through the swinging, and the balance chair is characterized by further comprising the locking device which comprises:
a slider (3) slidable relative to the seat part between a first position and a second position;
A first locking mechanism for connecting the slider (3) and the kneeling part, wherein the first locking mechanism of the slider (3) at a first position locks the kneeling part and the seat part in a chair state, the first locking mechanism of the slider (3) at a second position releases the locking of the first locking mechanism, the first locking mechanism comprises a first locking groove fixed relative to the slider (3) and a first locking pin (14) fixed relative to the kneeling part, the locking and releasing are realized through the cooperation of the first locking groove and the first locking pin (14), and
The second locking mechanism comprises a locking seat (5), the sliding piece (3) is linked with the locking seat (5) and drives the locking seat (5) to move between a first locking position and a second locking position through the sliding of the sliding piece (3), the first locking position and the second locking position correspond to the first position and the second position respectively, the locking seat (5) of the first locking position and the second locking position is respectively locked with a balance chair which is kept in a chair state and a kneeling chair state, and the locking seat (5) between the first locking position and the second locking position is moved to release the locking of the second locking mechanism;
The first locking mechanism and the second locking mechanism are controlled to be synchronously locked or released through sliding of the sliding piece (3).

The balanced chair with locking device according to claim 1, wherein the first locking groove comprises an opening and a locking cavity which are communicated, the first lock pin (14) is matched with the first locking groove, the first lock pin (14) enters and exits the first locking groove through the opening, and the first lock pin (14) positioned in the locking cavity realizes the locking of the first locking mechanism.
3. The balance chair with locking device according to claim 2, wherein the first locking mechanism comprises a locking hook (2A), the locking hook (2A) and the sliding piece (3) are relatively fixedly arranged and provided with the first locking groove, and the opening and the locking cavity are matched to form an L-shaped structure.
4. A balance chair with locking device according to claim 3, characterized in that the first elastic body (3C) is arranged between the sliding piece (3) and the seat part, or/and the second elastic body (2C) is arranged between the locking hook (2A) and the seat part.
5. A balance chair with a locking device according to claim 3, wherein a guide surface is provided on one side of the opening of the locking hook (2A).

The balance chair with the locking device according to claim 1, wherein the second locking mechanism further comprises a locking frame (6) fixed on the supporting component, the locking seat (5) can be connected to the chair seat component in a swinging mode, the locking seat (5) is provided with a first limiting pin and a second limiting pin, the sliding piece (3) is used for driving the locking seat (5) to swing between the first locking position and the second locking position, the first limiting pin of the first locking position is inserted into the locking frame (6) and limits the chair seat component to be kept at a first angle corresponding to the chair state, the second limiting pin of the second locking position is inserted into the locking frame (6) and limits the chair seat component to be kept at a second angle corresponding to the kneeling chair state.

The balance chair with the locking device according to claim 6, wherein the locking frame (6) is provided with a first groove (6B) and a second groove (6A), a first limiting pin of the locking seat (5) of the first locking position is inserted into the first groove (6B) of the locking frame (6), and a second limiting pin of the locking seat (5) of the second locking position is inserted into the second groove (6A) of the locking frame (6).

The balance chair with locking device according to claim 6, wherein the sliding piece (3) is concavely provided with a notch (3B), the upper part of the locking seat (5) and the notch (3B) are matched to drive the locking seat (5) to swing through sliding of the sliding piece (3), the middle part of the locking seat (5) is connected to the chair seat part through a first pivot, and the first limiting pin and the second limiting pin are respectively arranged at two sides of the first pivot.
9. The balance chair with locking device according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the seat part is provided with a mounting groove (1B), the slider (3) can be connected in the mounting groove (1B) in a front-back sliding way, and the slider (3) is provided with a handle part (3A) for the operation of a user.
10. The balanced chair with lock device according to claim 1, wherein the lock device further comprises:
the first inhaul cable mechanism comprises a first operating piece (1C) and a first inhaul cable, wherein the first operating piece (1C) is movably connected to the seat part, one end of the first inhaul cable is connected with the first operating piece (1C), and the other end of the first inhaul cable is connected with the sliding piece (3).

The balance chair with lock device according to claim 10, wherein the slider (3) is provided with a handle portion (3A) for user operation, the handle portion (3A) is provided at the front portion of the slider (3), and the first operation member (1C) is provided at the rear portion of the seat member.

The balanced chair with lock according to claim 1, further comprising a back rest member and a back rest link (13), wherein the back rest link (13) is rotatably connected to the support member at one end and rotatably connected to the back rest link (13) at the other end, wherein the seat member and the back rest member are rotatably connected, and wherein the support member, the seat member, the back rest member and the back rest link (13) cooperate to form a four-bar linkage.

The balance chair with locking device according to claim 12, wherein the backrest part comprises a locking member (7), a mounting seat (9), a backrest (11) fixedly arranged on the mounting seat (9) and a third locking mechanism arranged between the locking member (7) and the mounting seat (9), the mounting seat (9) is rotatably connected with the locking member (7), the third locking mechanism comprises a sliding pin (9A) sliding on the mounting seat (9), the locking member (7) is provided with a plurality of positioning holes (7B), the plurality of positioning holes (7B) are arranged at intervals of arcs with the circle centers on the rotation axis of the mounting seat (9), and the rotation angle between the locking member (7) and the mounting seat (9) is controlled by inserting the sliding pin (9A) into one of the positioning holes (7B).
14. The balance chair with locking device according to claim 13, wherein a third elastic body (7A) for resetting is arranged between the locking piece (7) and the mounting seat (9), and a fourth elastic body for resetting is arranged between the sliding pin (9A) and the mounting seat (9).

The balance chair with locking device according to claim 1, wherein the supporting component comprises a supporting rod (12), a chassis shell (8), a chassis (10) and an elastic mechanism, the chassis (10) is fixedly arranged on the top of the supporting rod (12), the chassis shell (8) is sleeved outside the chassis (10) and the chassis shell (8) can be rotatably connected to the chassis (10), the elastic mechanism is matched with the chassis shell (8) and the chassis (10), and the chair seat component and the connecting mechanism are connected to the chassis shell (8).
