Detailed Description
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. While the disclosure is susceptible to various modifications and alternative forms, specific embodiments thereof are shown by way of example in the drawings. However, the disclosure should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, but on the contrary, the disclosure is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the embodiments.
Existing child cars generally include a frame and a seat that includes a backrest that is generally fixedly or adjustably pivoted to the frame.
In a child vehicle 1 according to the present disclosure, the backrest (not shown) of the seat is mounted on the frame via a backrest restraint assembly 10. The backrest limiting assembly 10 can not only support the backrest, but also limit the adjustment position of the backrest. In one embodiment the frame comprises a rider 20 located at an upper portion of the frame, the rider 20 being for pushing and pulling the child's vehicle 1, the back stop assembly 10 being mounted on the rider 20. In another embodiment, the frame includes a rear frame 40 located at the lower portion of the frame, the rear frame 40 having rear wheels and having a central rod 30 secured thereto, the central rod 30 being securable in position on the rear frame 40 such that the back stop assembly 10 can be mounted on the central rod 30, as best seen in figures 1 and 3, which is particularly suitable for children's vehicles in which the rider 20 can be reversed front to back. Hereinafter, the present disclosure will be described by way of example of the back restraint assembly 10 being mounted on the middle upright 30, but it should be understood that the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate the illustration of the construction of the child car 1, only the frame structure of the child car 1 and its back restraint assembly 10 is shown in the drawings of the present disclosure, and accessories such as a seat and a sunshade are omitted.
For convenience of description with reference to the drawings, the present disclosure will refer to the direction in which the child vehicle 1 advances as "front", the direction in which the child vehicle 1 retreats as "rear", and both sides in the lateral direction of the child vehicle 1 as "left and right sides". It should be clearly understood, however, that the scope of the present disclosure is not limited to any particular orientation described herein.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the backrest restraint assembly 10 includes: two side protection frames 11 positioned at two sides of the backrest limiting component 10; a top guard frame 12 positioned at the upper side of the backrest limit component 10; and a back frame 13 positioned at a rear side of the back stopper assembly 10.
Wherein the top guard frame 12 is pivotally connected between the side guard frames 11 and the back rest frame 13, and the side guard frames 11 and the back rest frame 13 are pivotally connected to the middle upright 30 via upper pivot O1 and lower pivot O2, respectively, so that the side guard frames 11, the top guard frames 12, the back rest frame 13 and the middle upright 30 constitute a four-bar mechanism, as best seen in fig. 2. Among them, the neutral bar 30 corresponds to a frame (i.e., a stationary bar) in the four-bar mechanism, the side guard frames 11 and the back frame 13 correspond to side link frames (i.e., a bar connected to the frame) in the four-bar mechanism, and the top guard frame 12 corresponds to a link bar (i.e., a bar connected to two side link frames without being connected to the frame) in the four-bar mechanism. The side frames 11, the top frame 12 and the back frame 13 are movable members in a four-bar mechanism and perform a rocking movement with respect to the center vertical rod 30. As shown in fig. 3, in the case where the back frame 13 has two side portions 131 at the left and right sides and at least one side portion 131 vertically coincides with the side frame 11 at the corresponding side, the side frame 11, the top frame 12, the back frame 13, and the middle upright rod 30 actually constitute a planar four-bar mechanism.
The operation of the back rest limit assembly 10 according to the present disclosure will now be described.
When the backrest limiting assembly 10 configured as described above pivots forward relative to the middle upright rod 30, the backrest frame 13 also pivots forward to be close to the side protective frame 11, and since at least one side portion 131 of the backrest frame 13 and the side protective frame 11 on the corresponding side vertically coincide, when the backrest frame 13 pivots forward to a preset position, the side portion 131 of the backrest frame 13 is blocked by the portion of the side protective frame 11 pivoted to the middle rod 30 and cannot pivot forward any more, as best seen in fig. 4 and 5, so that the whole backrest limiting assembly 10 cannot pivot forward any more, and thus, the backrest supported by the backrest limiting assembly 10 cannot tilt forward too far beyond the main body of the vehicle frame, thereby achieving the backrest limiting function.
The preset position is an extreme position of the backrest 13 pivoting forward about the lower pivot O2, and can be set according to actual needs. In addition, the preset position that can be reached when the back frame 13 pivots forward can be adjusted by changing the respective lengths of the side guard frames 11, the top guard frame 12, and the back frame 13 and the distance between the upper pivot O1 and the lower pivot O2.
Next, various embodiments of the back rest limit assembly 10 according to the present disclosure will be described.
The side frames 11 protect a child seated on the seat from both sides. Preferably, the side frame 11 is elongated and has a first end 111 and a second end 112, the first end 111 is pivotally connected to the middle upright 30 via the upper pivot O1, and the second end 112 is pivotally connected to the top frame 12. For example, the side frame 11 may be a rod-shaped member, or may be an elongated plate-shaped member as shown in fig. 1 and 2, and the plate-shaped member may have a hollow structure, which not only reduces the weight, but also increases the ventilation effect.
Of course, the side guard frames 11 may also take other shapes such as square or triangular as needed, as long as they can be pivoted between the middle standing bar 30 and the top guard plate 12. The side guard 11 may be pivotally connected to the middle standing bar 30 and the top guard 12 at a position other than the end thereof.
The two side portions 131 of the backrest frame 13 may also be elongated, for example, in the form of a tube as shown in the figures. The lower end 1311 of each side 131 is pivotally connected to the central upright 30 via a lower pivot O2, the lower pivot O2 being located below the upper pivot O1. Similar to the side guard frames 11, the two side portions 131 of the backrest frame 13 may also have other shapes such as square or triangle, if necessary, as long as they can be pivoted between the middle standing bar 30 and the top guard plate 12. Furthermore, the backrest frame 13 may be pivotally connected to the middle standing bar 30 and the top guard plate 12 at a position other than the end of the side portion 131.
In the preferred embodiment shown in the figures, the backrest frame 13 also has an upper portion 132 connecting the two side portions 131 together, and the top protective frame 12 may be pivotally connected to the upper portion 132 of the backrest frame 13. Of course, the backrest frame 13 may not have an upper portion, and in this case, the upper ends of the two side portions 131 are pivotally connected to the top frame 12.
Further, in order that the backrest frame 13 does not interfere with the side guard frame 11 until the backrest frame 13 is pivoted forward to the preset position, an escape bend 1312 is formed at each side portion 131 of the backrest frame 13 at a position corresponding to the upper pivot O1, as best seen in fig. 1 and 2. The escape bend 1312 may be formed by bending or recessing each side portion 131 of the backrest frame 13 at a position corresponding to the upper pivot O1. Specifically, the escape bend 1312 creates an escape space for a portion of each side portion 131 of the backrest frame 13 at a position corresponding to the upper pivot O1, and the first end 111 of the side guard frame 11 gradually enters the escape space (as best seen in fig. 5) until the side guard frame 11 reaches the predetermined position before the backrest frame 13 pivots forward to reach the predetermined position without blocking the side portion 131 of the backrest frame 13 from further pivoting forward.
The top frame 12 is pivotally connected between the side frames 11 and the backrest frame 13. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the top frame 12 has an upper portion 122 and a lower portion 121, wherein the upper portion 122 is pivotally connected to the second end 112 of the side frame 11, and the lower portion 121 is pivotally connected to the backrest frame 13. Of course, the top frame 12 may be pivotally connected to the side frames 11 and the backrest frame 13 at other positions than the upper portion 122 and the lower portion 121.
In addition, as shown in the figure, the top protection frame 12 is a sheet-shaped member, and the sheet-shaped member may also have a hollow structure, so that the weight is reduced, and the ventilation effect is also increased. Of course, in other embodiments, the top housing 12 may take the form of a rectangular frame structure, for example.
