The horizontal rotary lever 15 can be designed in a length-adjustable manner. The installation position of the horizontal rotation operation lever 15 is a place where a trainer sits on the seat 26 naturally and comfortably. From the standpoint of material, the horizontal rotation lever 15 is preferably hollow stainless steel.
As shown in fig. 8, the forearm training device in the training apparatus of the invention comprises a forearm support base 18 and two forearm step gears 29 which are mounted on the forearm support base 18 and meshed with each other, wherein the forearm support base 18 is hollow cylindrical, and the bottom is mounted on a base 27 through screws to provide support for a plurality of parts in the forearm training device. The two forearm step gears 29 are mounted on the middle upper portion of the forearm support base 18, specifically, 4 circular bosses capable of embedding the bearing 19 are formed on the middle upper portion of the forearm support base 18, bearing holes are formed in the centers of the circular bosses, and in order to enable the two forearm step gears 29 to be meshed in the forearm support base 18, the distances between the centers of the four circular bosses at the top are designed to be just the distances which can be meshed after the gears are placed in the circular bosses. The top of the structure is evacuated to facilitate the installation of the forearm step gear 29. A rotating handle 20 is mounted on a gear shaft of one of the forearm step gears 29, the rotating handle 20 is preferably mounted on the forearm step gear 29 through a hexagonal head shaft 21, a forearm wire wheel 30 is sleeved on a gear shaft of the other forearm step gear 29, a forearm transmission wire 28 is wound on the forearm wire wheel 30, the forearm transmission wire 28 is connected with the switching device 23 through a guide piece 11, and the forearm transmission wire 28 can pull the forearm transmission wire 28 when rotating. In the forearm training device 2 guides 11 are used in total, said guides 11 being in particular fixed pulleys. One of which is provided on the forearm support base 18 (the side panel of the forearm support base 18 is provided with a hole which can pass through the forearm transmission wire 28, the front panel is cut off to mount the fixed pulley), and the other of which is provided on the switching support base 22 for placing the switching support 231.
The rotating handle 20 in the forearm training device may be a hand-holding member, such as a cross bar, preferably the rotating handle 20 is formed by connecting a holding body, connecting protrusions at two ends and a cross beam, the center of the cross beam is perforated with a plum blossom hole, which allows the rotating handle to be rotated by a plurality of angles after being taken out and then inserted into the hexagonal head shaft 21, and the hexagonal head shaft 21 is connected and fixed with the forearm step gear 29 at the rear thereof, so that the vertical rotation of the rotating handle 20 is synchronized with the rotation of the forearm step gear 29. When the rotary handle 20 rotates, the force generated by rotation is transmitted to the forearm wire wheel 30 through the action of the two forearm step gears 29, the forearm transmission wire 28 of the forearm wire wheel 30 drives the switching device 23, and the counterweight 25 in the resistance mechanism is driven to operate through the counterweight wire in the switching device 23, so that the training of forearm rotary muscle group is realized.
The resistance mechanism comprises a counterweight support frame 24 and a counterweight block 25 arranged on the counterweight support frame 24, wherein the counterweight block 25 can switch different weights according to the requirement.
The key function of the switching device 23 in the training apparatus of the present invention is to integrate the resistance sources of the knee joint training device, the shoulder joint training device and the forearm training device, i.e. the three training devices share one resistance source, and the balancing weight 25 in the resistance mechanism is used as the resistance source. As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the switching device 23 in the training apparatus of the present invention includes a hollow switching bracket 231, three switching pins 232, and a guiding slider 235 disposed in the switching bracket 231 and capable of reciprocating in the switching bracket 231, wherein the switching bracket 231 is mounted on the base 27 through the switching support seat 22, one end of the guiding slider 235 is fixed with a counterweight wire, the other end of the counterweight wire passes through the counterweight support frame 24 and is connected with the counterweight 25 thereon, three channels 233 parallel to the reciprocating direction of the guiding slider 235 are formed in the guiding slider 235, three through holes 234 respectively communicating with the three channels 233 are formed in the switching bracket 231, and a pull rod 236 is respectively disposed in the channels 233, and the structure of the pull rod 236 is shown in fig. 12. The knee joint training device, the shoulder joint training device and the forearm training device are connected with the resistance mechanism through three pull rods 236, specifically, the same side of each pull rod 236, on which the counterweight steel wire is arranged, is provided with a switching jack 2361, the switching plug 232 is inserted from a through hole 234 on the switching support 231 and then enters the switching jack 2361 on the corresponding pull rod 236, and the other side of each pull rod 236 is respectively connected and fixed with the knee transmission steel wire 5, the shoulder transmission steel wire 12 and the forearm transmission steel wire 28 from the knee joint training device, the shoulder joint training device and the forearm training device. When the switching bolt 232 is inserted from the through hole 234 on the switching bracket 231 and then enters the switching jack 2361 on the corresponding pull rod 236, the knee joint training device, the shoulder joint training device or the forearm training device is locked, otherwise, the switching bolt 232 is taken out to unlock the corresponding training device.
The seat 26 in the exercise apparatus of the present invention may be a conventional height-adjustable or non-adjustable seat 26. When the seat 26 is a height adjustable seat 26, the legs of the seat 26 may be designed as height adjustable telescoping rod legs to allow for adjustment of the height of the seat 26.
