1. A multi-functional orthopedic nursing device, comprising: a bed frame and a bed board (1), which is characterized in that,
the bed board (1) comprises: the bed head and the bed tail are sequentially provided with a first plate body (2), a second plate body (3) and a third plate body (4) along the length direction, the first plate body (2) is connected with the second plate body (3) through a horizontal rotating shaft (17), two ends of the horizontal rotating shaft (17) are movably arranged on the bed frame, and the second plate body (3) is connected with the third plate body (4) through a hinge rotating shaft (22);

the sliding groove (5) is arranged below the bed frame along the length direction of the bed plate and is fixedly connected with the bed frame;
the lifting mechanism is arranged below the bedstead and is positioned right below the first plate body (2), the second plate body (3) or the third plate body (4);
one end of the horizontal connecting rod (7) is connected with the lifting mechanism;
the sliding block (20) is positioned in the sliding groove (5) and can slide along the sliding groove (5) and is arranged at the other end of the horizontal connecting rod (7);
a base tray (13) arranged at the bottom of the lifting mechanism;
a plurality of rollers (14) arranged at the bottom of the base tray (13);
the lifting mechanism is connected with a power supply through a control switch;
the lifting mechanism comprises:
a driving motor (12) arranged in the base tray (13) and driving the shaft vertically upwards;
the lower end of the vertical rotating shaft (10) is fixedly connected with the driving shaft through a coupler, threads are arranged on the upper part of the vertical rotating shaft (10), and a limiting block (21) is arranged on the upper end of the vertical rotating shaft (10);
the thread sleeve (11) is in threaded connection with the upper part of the vertical rotating shaft (10);
the L-shaped supporting rod (19) comprises a horizontal section and a vertical section, the tail end of the horizontal section is fixed on the outer side surface of the threaded sleeve (11), and the vertical section is vertically upwards;
the driving motor (12) is connected with a power supply through a control switch;
the two L-shaped support rods (19) are symmetrically arranged;
the lifting mechanism further comprises a gear box (15) which is positioned in the middle of the vertical rotating shaft (10), and the gear box (15) is internally provided with:
the first bevel gear (8) is fixedly arranged at one end of the horizontal connecting rod (7);
the second bevel gear (9) is fixedly sleeved on the vertical rotating shaft (10), and the second bevel gear (9) is in meshed connection with the first bevel gear (8);
a hand crank (6) is arranged outside the sliding block, and the hand crank (6) is fixedly connected with the outer end of the horizontal connecting rod (7);
a turntable (18) is arranged at the bottom in the base tray (13), and the driving motor (12) is arranged on the turntable (18);
the two first bevel gears (8) are oppositely arranged in the gear box (15), the two sliding grooves (5) are symmetrically arranged on two opposite sides of the bedstead, the two horizontal connecting rods (7) are arranged, and the inner ends of the two horizontal connecting rods (7) penetrate through the gear box (15) and are fixedly connected with the two first bevel gears (8) in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
a plurality of positioning blocks (7-1) are arranged on the outer side wall of the horizontal connecting rod (7), a first limiting groove (20-1) and a second limiting groove (20-2) which correspond to the positioning blocks (7-1) are arranged on the sliding block (20), and the depth of the second limiting groove (20-2) is smaller than that of the first limiting groove (20-1);
