In addition, each turning device 3 is not connected with the bed board 2, once an object prevents the lifted bed board 2 from falling, the turning device 3 and the bed board 2 are changed from a contact state to a non-contact state, and clamping injury is prevented.
Preferably, a reinforcing plate 313 is provided at an angle of the slide bar 31 and the flip bar 32. The connection strength between the sliding rod 31 and the turning rod 32 is enhanced, and the strength of the turning device is improved. The sliding rod 31 and the reinforcing plate 313 are both sheet-shaped, so that the mass and volume of the components are reduced as much as possible on the basis of not affecting the function, and the mass and volume of the intelligent bed are reduced.

The resistance force F1 is the force perpendicular to the base 120 from the contact point of the second roller 312 and the sliding rail 9, the load G is the gravity perpendicular to the midpoint of the bed board 2 contacted by the second roller 312, the gravity arm L3 is the linear distance from the midpoint of the bed board 2 contacted by the second roller 312 to the rotation axis of the bed board 2, the resistance force arm L1 is the linear distance from the contact point of the second roller 312 and the bed board 2 to the rotation axis of the bed board 2, and the power arm L2 is the linear distance from the hinge point of the sliding rod 31 and the base 1 to the extension line of the thrust force F.
The length of the power arm L2 is in a proportional relation with the thickness of the turnover device 3, namely, the shorter the length of the power arm L2 is, the thinner the thickness of the turnover device 3 is, and the thickness of the intelligent bed is affected. For example, increasing the first resistance arm length, decreasing the weight arm length to decrease the resistance, decreasing the second resistance arm length in the case of decreasing the resistance, further decreasing the power arm length, etc. When F <3000N, G >1285N, namely under the condition that the intelligent bed bears the weight of a human body, the force arm position is simulated and changed through stress analysis, the change of stress is calculated, the optimal force arm is found, the force arm structure of the intelligent bed is optimized, the thickness of the intelligent bed is reduced, the intelligent bed is thinned, the volume of the intelligent bed is effectively controlled, and the transportation cost is reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the back plate 22, the leg plate 24 and the foot plate 25 are provided with hollowed holes 8, and the hollowed holes 8 are located above the driving part 33.
The hollow holes 8 can be formed in each bed board 2, and the size and arrangement mode of the hollow holes 8 can be set according to the needs. The hollowed-out holes 8 can reduce the weight of the intelligent bed, can avoid scratch with the driving part 33, can also accommodate the hinging part of the driving part 33 and the turnover rod 32, and further reduce the thickness of the intelligent bed.
Preferably, the driving member 33 is a linear push rod.
The linear push rod has lower cost, is convenient to control the volume of the intelligent bed, and is simple and practical.
Preferably, the linear push rod is push-only.
The push-only linear push rod only outputs pushing force, and outputs pulling force, namely the bed board 2 falls down only by gravity in the falling process, the sliding rod 31 and the turnover rod 32 also fall down by self gravity, and the contact sliding of the matched roller and the bed board 2 is matched, so that the danger of clamping injury caused by the bed board 2 and the turnover device 3 is completely avoided.
Further, FIG. 11 is an exploded view of the C portion of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 11, and further includes a sliding rail 9, wherein the sliding rail 9 is disposed in the back plate 22 and the leg plate 24 and matches with the corresponding first roller 311 and second roller 312.
The sliding rail 9 can be arranged in the bed plate 2, the top of the sliding rail 9 is closer to the top surface of the bed plate 2, the whole thickness of the electric bed is thinner, the sliding rail 9 can be made of wear-resistant materials such as metal, the roller is prevented from being worn due to long-term contact with the bed plate 2, and the durability of products is improved.
Preferably, the slide rail 9 comprises a U-shaped slide rail 91, the top edges of two side walls of the slide rail 91 extend towards opposite directions to form a slide rail connecting part 92, the bed plate 2 is provided with a through hole, the slide rail 91 is positioned in the through hole, and the slide rail connecting part 92 is connected with the bottom surface of the bed plate 2.
The U-shaped slide rail 91 limits the rollers in a specific direction, prevents displacement and damage of the rollers, and the slide rail connecting part 92 is used for increasing the contact area of the slide rail 9 and the bed board 2, preventing the bed board 2 from being damaged due to overlarge local pressure and prolonging the service life of products.

Claims (19)

1. A four-fold electric bed is characterized by comprising a base, a bed plate and a turning device, wherein the bed plate is flatly paved on the top of the base, the turning device is used for driving part of the bed plate to turn over relative to the base,
The base comprises a first frame, a second frame, a third frame and a fourth frame, wherein the first frame, the second frame, the third frame and the fourth frame are rotatably connected or detachably connected at the junction in sequence;
the bed board comprises a back board, a hip board, a leg board and a foot board;
The back plate, the hip plate, the leg plate and the foot plate are respectively arranged on the tops of the first frame, the second frame, the third frame and the fourth frame;
The tail of the back plate is hinged with the tail of the first frame, and the head of the leg plate is hinged with the head of the third frame;
The second frame and the third frame are rotatably connected through a double-shaft rotating piece, and two ends of the double-shaft rotating piece are respectively hinged with the second frame and the third frame;
the double-shaft rotating piece comprises a bearing part and two extending parts;
wherein, the two extension parts extend towards opposite directions by taking the bearing part as the center, and the extension surfaces of the two extension parts are different;

the two ends of the first single-shaft rotating piece are fixedly connected with the second frame and the third frame respectively, and the two ends of the second single-shaft rotating piece are fixedly connected with the third frame and the fourth frame respectively;
The first single-shaft rotating piece and the second single-shaft rotating piece comprise a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate, and the first connecting plate is hinged with the second connecting plate at the overlapping position.
2. The four fold electric bed of claim 1 wherein the bed deck further comprises a head panel rotatably or removably connected to the back panel at an interface.
3. The four fold electric bed of claim 2, wherein the back plate further comprises a stop for limiting rotation of the head plate relative to the back plate.
4. The four fold electric bed of claim 3, wherein the stop member comprises at least one baffle rotatably connected to the back plate;
when the head plate is rotatable, the baffle is in a vertical projection of the back plate;
When the headboard is not rotatable, the baffle is in a perpendicular projection of both the back plate and the headboard.
5. The four fold electric bed of claim 3 wherein the stop comprises at least one latch disposed on the back panel and telescopically movable relative to the head panel;
when the head plate is rotatable, the latch is in a vertical projection of the back plate;
when the head plate is not rotatable, the latch is in a perpendicular projection of both the back plate and the head plate.
6. The four-fold electric bed according to claim 1, characterized in that the hip plate and/or the leg plate are provided with openings matching the biaxial rotation element.
7. The four fold electric bed of claim 1, wherein the head portion of the first frame, the tail portion of the second frame, and the bottom portion of the load-bearing portion are provided with a plurality of foot attachment holes.

The four-fold electric bed according to claim 7, further comprising a concave reinforcing sheet, wherein two side walls of the reinforcing sheet are respectively attached to the side edges of the second frame and the third frame, and the reinforcing sheet is attached to the bottom of the bearing part and is provided with a through hole matched with the foot connecting hole.

The four fold electric bed of claim 1, further comprising a first reinforcing anchor and a second reinforcing anchor, the first reinforcing anchor being removably connected to the second frame and the third frame, the second reinforcing anchor being removably connected to the third frame and the fourth frame.

The four fold electric bed of claim 9, wherein the first reinforcing anchor ear and the second reinforcing anchor ear each comprise an L-shaped rotating portion and a U-shaped clasping portion, the rotating portion and the clasping portion are fixedly connected, the rotating portion is rotatably connected with the base, and the rotating portion and the clasping portion are respectively clamped on the base.
11. The four fold electric bed of claim 10, wherein the rotating portion and the clasping portion are integrally formed.
12. The four fold electric bed according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the turning device is provided between the bed deck and the base, the turning device being adapted to drive the back panel and/or the leg panel to turn over relative to the base.
13. The four fold electric bed of claim 12, wherein the flipping unit comprises a first flipping unit disposed between the back panel and the first frame and a second flipping unit disposed between the leg panel, the foot panel, the third frame, and the fourth frame;
the first turnover device and the second turnover mechanism comprise two sliding rods, a turnover rod and a driving part;
the two sliding rods are respectively arranged at two ends of the turning rod and are shaped like H;
The middle part of the sliding rod protrudes towards the bed board to form an obtuse V shape, a rotatable first roller is arranged at the head part of the sliding rod, a rotatable second roller is arranged at the middle part of the sliding rod, and the tail part of the sliding rod is hinged with the base;
the overturning rod is positioned between the middle part of the sliding rod and the tail part of the sliding rod;

Wherein, L1 represents a first resistance arm, L2 represents a power arm, L3 represents a weight arm, L4 represents a second resistance arm, G represents the load of the bed board, F represents the thrust, and F1 represents the resistance;
wherein the first resistance arm is above the second resistance arm.
15. The four fold electric bed of claim 13, wherein the back plate, leg plate, and foot plate are each provided with a hollowed out hole located above the drive member.
16. The four fold electric bed of claim 13, wherein the drive member is a linear push rod.
17. The four fold electric bed of claim 16, wherein the linear push rod is push only.
18. The four fold electric bed of claim 13, further comprising a slide rail disposed within the back panel and the leg panel and mated with the respective first roller and the second roller.

The four fold electric bed of claim 18 wherein the slide rail comprises a U-shaped slide rail, the top edges of the two side walls of the slide rail extend in opposite directions to form a slide rail connection, the bed plate is provided with a through hole, the slide rail is positioned in the through hole, and the slide rail connection is connected with the bottom surface of the bed plate.
