Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a platform and a cart which can suppress shaking during transportation and improve stability of a loaded object with a simple configuration.
The placing table according to the present invention includes a placing section and a supporting section. The placing section is used for placing the air blower and the exhaust device used together with the air blower side by side. The support portion is configured to support the blower and the exhaust device placed on the placement portion. In the placement portion, the support portion is provided between a placement position of the blower and a placement position of the exhaust device. The support portion has 1 or several sets of posts and beams. The cart 1 is provided with a platform 11 and 4 wheels 12. The support portion 13 includes a first coupling portion 33A and a second coupling portion 33B. The first connecting portion 33A is, for example, a metal frame that connects the first surface 321A of the beam 32A and the first surface 321B of the beam 32B. The second coupling portion 33B is, for example, a metal frame that couples the second surface 322A of the cross member 32A and the second surface 322B of the cross member 32B.
In the present embodiment, the first surfaces 321A and 321B or the first connecting portion 33A are used to prevent the indoor unit 21 from moving due to shaking during conveyance. The second surfaces 322A and 322B or the second coupling portion 33B are used to prevent the outdoor unit 22 from moving due to shaking during conveyance.
In this way, by forming the cross member 32A, the cross member 32B, the first connecting portion 33A, and the second connecting portion 33B using a metal frame, the support portion 13 can be simply configured.
In addition, the ventilation of the space between the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 is improved by the assembly structure of the metal frame. This is advantageous in dissipating heat from the indoor units 21 and the outdoor units 22, for example, when the indoor units 21 and the outdoor units 22 are used in a state mounted on the mounting base 11. In general, the indoor units 21 and the outdoor units 22 are mounted on the mounting base 11 such that the air blowing direction of the indoor units 21 is opposite to the air discharging direction of the outdoor units 22.
Also, since pipes, cables, etc. connected to the indoor units 21 and the outdoor units 22 can be simply fixed to the columns 31A and 31B using a binding tape, etc., the handling of the pipes, cables, etc. is also facilitated.
Next, an example of a method of supporting the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 by the supporting unit 13 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 2 to 4. Fig. 4 is a plan view of the placement base 11 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
For example, in the first connecting portion 33A, a contact surface S1 that comes into contact with the indoor unit 21 is welded and fixed to the indoor unit 21. In the second connecting portion 33B, a contact surface S2 that contacts the outdoor unit 22 is welded and fixed to the outdoor unit 22. In this way, the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are fixed to the cart 1, and thus, the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 can be stabilized while suppressing shaking during conveyance.
In the present embodiment, the support portion 13 may be configured without the first coupling portion 33A and the second coupling portion 33B. In this case, for example, the first surface 321A of the cross member 32A and the first surface 321B of the cross member 32B are welded and fixed to the indoor unit 21. The second surface 322A of the beam 32A and the second surface 322B of the beam 32B are welded and fixed to the outdoor unit 22.
In this way, the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are fixed to the support portion 13, and the vibration during conveyance is more preferably suppressed.
In the present embodiment, the cross members 32A and 32B, the first connecting portion 33A, and the second connecting portion 33B may not be welded to the indoor unit 21 or the outdoor unit 22.
Next, another example of a method of supporting the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 by the supporting unit 13 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a side view of the placement table 11 according to the embodiment of the present invention.

The fixing portion 34B connects and fixes the outdoor unit 22 and the cross member 32A. Specifically, one end of the fixing portion 34B is screwed to the outdoor unit 22 by a screw 35, and the other end of the fixing portion 34A is screwed to the cross member 32A by a screw 35.
In fig. 5, the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are fixed to 2 fixing portions 34A and 34B, respectively, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the indoor unit 21, the outdoor unit 22, and the cross member 32A may be fixed to 1 fixing portion 34.
Specifically, one end of the fixing portion 34 is screwed to the indoor unit 21 by a screw 35, the center portion of the fixing portion 34 is screwed to the cross member 32A by a screw 35, and the other end of the fixing portion 34 is screwed to the outdoor unit 22 by a screw 35.
In this way, by using the fixing portions 34, the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 can be fixed to the support portions 13 more easily than by welding. The fixing portion 34 may be used after the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are welded to the support portion 13.
In the present embodiment, the support portion 13 has a structure having two sets of the pillar 31A and the beam 32A, and the pillar 31B and the beam 32B, but is not limited thereto, and may have a structure having one set of the pillar 31 and the beam 32. The support portion 13 may have 3 or more sets of columns 31 and beams 32.
In the present embodiment, the support portion 13 has both the first coupling portion 33A and the second coupling portion 33B, but is not limited thereto, and may have only one of them.
In the present embodiment, the installation position of the beam 32 is not limited to the upper end of the column 31, and is not limited to a position having the same height as the entire height of the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22.
For example, when the upper portions of the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are covers, the covers are welded to the cross members 32A and 32B, the first connecting portion 33A, and the second connecting portion 33B, whereby the stability during conveyance can be improved without impairing the maintainability of the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22.

The cart 111 includes a platform 11, 4 wheels 12, and a handle 14. The 4 wheels 12 are mounted on the lower portion of the placing section 11A of the placing table 11.
The handle 14 is attached to the placement unit 11A, for example. For example, the hand truck 111 is moved by a person holding the handle 14. Further, by providing the handle 14 on the cart 111, when the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are mounted on the cart 111 and transported, the cart 111 can be pushed without directly touching the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22, and the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 can be prevented from shaking during transportation.
