Background
The neurology department is a second level subject about the neurology, and does not belong to the medical concept, the main treatment aspects are cerebrovascular diseases, encephalitis, epilepsy, sciatic neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy, myasthenia gravis and the like, and the brain is divided into a brain and a cerebellum, which plays an important role in the important regulation center of cerebellum movement and plays an important role in the transmission and reception of movement signals in a human body. When a human body is moving, movement information of muscles is first emitted from the brain and information from muscles, joints, and the like when the movement is performed can be transmitted into the cerebellum. The cerebellum combs and integrates the information, and adjusts and corrects the movement of each relevant muscle through the transmitted fiber, so that the human body movement is kept in coordination in the movement process, the injury of the cerebellum is usually accompanied with the injury of four limbs, and the leg is required to be recovered and exercised in the neurology nursing process.
The existing leg exercising machines mainly adopt mechanical structures and are relatively simple machines; and most similar bicycle structure or treadmill formula structure, this kind of shank trainer though can play certain training effect to the shank, but can not adjust according to patient's self condition and trample the dynamics, can not the shank stretch, and training effect is not good.
In the disclosure of "CN 113143683A", a neurological treatment auxiliary nursing device and nursing method thereof is proposed, which aims at the problem that the existing patient needs to be assisted by medical staff to exercise and the labor intensity of the medical staff is increased, and comprises a bed plate, wherein one side of the bed plate is provided with two U-shaped grooves, rotating plates are rotatably arranged in the two U-shaped grooves, one side of each rotating plate is provided with two sliding grooves, four sliding grooves are slidably arranged with sliding plates, one side of each sliding plate is fixedly provided with a plurality of massage heads, one side of each rotating plate is slidably arranged with an adjusting plate, two rotating plates are respectively provided with a power mechanism, the bed plate is provided with a reciprocating mechanism, the reciprocating mechanism comprises a circular plate, a connecting rod, a pushing plate and two first racks, the invention can exercise the patient and can massage the legs simultaneously, thereby improving the exercise effect, the labor intensity of medical staff is reduced, the structure is simple, and the use is convenient.
However, since the leg is divided into different stages during the recovery exercise, the leg can use less force when the recovery is started, the device does not provide resistance and needs auxiliary power when the recovery is performed, the leg strength is already high in the final stage of the recovery, the device needs to provide certain resistance to exercise the muscles of the leg, and the exercise process is a progressive process during the use process, so that the leg can cause muscle soreness after the leg is exercised for a long time.
