a base;

the two first screw rods are in threaded connection with driven bevel gears, annular T-shaped sliding grooves are formed in the tops of the supporting sleeves, T-shaped sliding blocks in sliding connection with the annular T-shaped sliding grooves are fixedly arranged at two ends of the lower end faces of the driven bevel gears respectively, and driving bevel gears fixedly sleeved at the other ends of the second rotating shafts are in meshed connection with the driven bevel gears.
