The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The comfort of the lumbar support can be ensured, and when the electric cylinder supports the supporting piece, the two movable supporting connecting rod groups can synchronously stretch and retract perpendicular to the supporting surface of the bed body, so that the height of the lumbar support can be adjusted according to the requirement of a user;
2. The two movable support connecting rod groups can perform synchronous up-down telescopic movement, so that the left side and the right side of the waist of a human body are stressed uniformly, the left side and the right side are prevented from generating obvious height difference, and the comfort of the waist support is ensured.
Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and specific examples. This embodiment takes an electric bed as an example.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, a bed with adjustable lumbar support comprises a bed body and a lumbar support mechanism 3, wherein the bed body is composed of a rectangular bed board 5 and a bed frame 6, the bed board 5 is composed of a movable board and a fixed board, in this embodiment, the first bed body unit 1 and the second bed body unit 2 are both provided with the movable board and the fixed board, and the bed board part in the first bed body unit 1 is composed of a fixed hip board 5b and a movable back board 5 a.
The lumbar support mechanism 3 includes:
A support member, in this embodiment, a support frame 301 having a nearly rectangular shape, the length direction of which is parallel to the width direction of the bed so as to support the left and right sides of the waist of the human body;
The telescopic cylinder in this embodiment is an electric cylinder 308, and may be of other types, and the telescopic cylinder is configured with a cylinder base 311 detachably and fixedly connected to the bottom of the bed body, one end of the telescopic cylinder is rotatably connected to the cylinder base 311, and the other end of the telescopic cylinder is rotatably connected to and jacks up the supporting frame 301 so as to support the waist of a human body;
The movable support connecting rod groups can extend and retract up and down, and the upper sides of the two movable support connecting rod groups are respectively supported and connected with the left side and the right side of the support frame 301;
A pair of side base 307 detachably fixed to the left and right sides of the bottom of the bed body, and two side base 307 movably connected to the lower sides of the two movable support link groups, wherein the two side base 307 can be provided as a part of the side bars of the two sides of the bed frame 6.

The bed body is provided with a waist ejection abdication opening 5c which is vertically penetrated, the edge of the supporting frame 301 is adapted to the outline of the waist ejection abdication opening 5c, and the supporting frame 301 is positioned in the waist ejection abdication opening 5c under the state of not pushing the waist. The support member may be plate-shaped, and the lower surface of the support member is fixedly connected with a reinforcing frame, and the left and right sides of the support member become a part of the side edges of the bed body, so that the whole support member can be lifted.
As shown in fig. 5, when the support frame 301 is lifted, the upper surface of the support frame 301 forms an inclined plane which is matched with the bending direction of the mattress, the support frame 301 has a supporting action point (i.e. the high point of the support frame 301) for directly supporting the waist, and the supporting action point moves along a track vertical or approximately vertical to the supporting surface of the bed body during the lifting process of the support piece.
Each movable support linkage includes:
A movable stay 303, the upper end of the movable stay 303 is connected with the supporting member, the lower end of the movable stay 303 is set as a rotation pivot which is horizontally movably matched with the side base 307, in this embodiment, the rotation pivot can be a roller 304, the roller 304 rolls in a horizontal rolling groove 307a arranged in the side base 307, the opening of the rolling groove 307a faces to the inner side so as to form a support, and the rotation pivot can be a sliding block sliding in the rolling groove 307 a;
the swing link 305, the upper end of the swing link 305 is rotatably connected with the movable stay 303 and the movable stay 303 is inclined, and the lower end thereof is set as a rotation fulcrum and rotates the connection side base 307.
The lumbar support mechanism 3 is further provided with a linkage rod 306, two ends of the linkage rod 306 are respectively and vertically fixedly connected with two swing rods 305, so that the two movable support connecting rod groups can perform synchronous telescopic movement, the left side and the right side of the waist of a human body are stressed uniformly, the left side and the right side are prevented from generating obvious height differences, and the comfort of lumbar support is ensured.
The side connecting bases 302 connected with the upper ends of the movable supporting rods 303 are fixed below the left side and the right side of the supporting frame 301, so that the structural strength of the whole supporting piece can be increased, and the supporting requirement can be met. In order to facilitate positioning and installation, the side connecting seat 302 is provided with a plurality of connecting holes 302a, the upper end of the movable supporting rod 303 is provided with two positioning holes 303a, the two positioning holes 303a are selectively opposite to the two connecting holes 302a, each bolt is inserted into the positioning hole 303a and the corresponding connecting hole 302a to fixedly connect the upper ends of the side connecting seat 302 and the movable supporting rod 303, and the relative included angle between the side connecting seat 302 and the movable supporting rod 303 is adjusted, so that the supporting structure can be adjusted, and the fixed connection can be performed by using screws or other locking components.
The electric cylinder 308 is obliquely arranged below the supporting frame 301 in an initial state and is positioned in the middle of the two movable supporting connecting rod groups so as to jack up the supporting frame 301, the supporting hinge seat 309 is fixed in the center of the bottom of the supporting frame 301, the cylinder body support 310 is fixed in the center of the cylinder body base seat 311 so as to prevent uneven left and right stress, the telescopic rod of the electric cylinder 308 is upwards connected with the supporting hinge seat 309 in a rotating mode, namely the supporting end is upwards relatively, the cylinder barrel of the electric cylinder 308 is downwards connected with the cylinder body support 310, and in the use process, the electric cylinder 308 does not downwards exceed the bottom surface of the bed body all the time, so that the whole bed body can be independently used on the floor or the tatami like a flat plate after all the bed legs 4 are removed.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the preferred installation position of the lumbar support mechanism 3 in this embodiment, the lumbar ejection relief 5c is disposed on the hip plate 5b, and the lumbar support mechanism 3 is disposed at the location of the lumbar ejection relief 5c, so as to achieve a good supporting effect and comfort, and conform to the ergonomic principle, and in the whole movement process, the supporting action point (which is a long frame edge extending horizontally) of the supporting frame 301 is about 500mm-750mm from the edge of the head of the bed body, which may be 650mm-750mm in this embodiment, and is the location closest to the center of the lumbar region of the human body. The thickness of a mattress commonly used in the market is 250 mm-350 mm, when the local compression rate of the sponge mattress reaches 40%, the sponge mattress can provide strong support for the waist of a human body, calculated by 350mm of the thickest mattress, the lifting height of the supporting frame 301 needs to reach 140mm, and meanwhile, on the basis of basic support for the waist, a certain adjusting range is allowed until the compression rate of the mattress reaches 50% to be a reasonable value, so that the maximum height of the lifting of a supporting action point of the supporting frame 301 is set to be 130mm-175mm, and 140 mm-175mm is adopted in the embodiment.
Considering the diversity of practical use occasions and the diversity of customer demands, other setting schemes can be adopted for the position of the supporting action point of the supporting frame 301, and any size setting is within the protection range without departing from the core design principle of the application.
As shown in fig. 8-10, this embodiment proposes a preferred packaging and transferring scheme, without excluding other possible modes, the bed body is divided into a first bed body unit 1 and a second bed body unit 2 along the length direction thereof, the first bed body unit 1 and the second bed body unit 2 are both provided with a movable plate and a driving device for driving the movable plate to turn over, the driving device is composed of a linear motor and a link mechanism (this is the prior art), the lumbar support mechanism 3 is disposed on the first bed body unit 1, the first bed body unit 1 and the second bed body unit 2 are rotatably connected by a folding hinge 8 (here, the position of the folding hinge 8 is not limited), after all the bed legs 4 are removed, and after the whole bed body is folded in half, the first bed body unit 1 and the second bed body unit 2 are relatively attached and form a rectangular box-shaped structure for accommodating the lumbar support mechanism 3 and all the driving devices.
Because in this embodiment, bed board 5 has the rectangle frame to form the recess that its opening was facing away from the holding surface, rectangular bedstead 6 then sets up in above-mentioned recess, after the fifty percent discount of whole bed body, two parts of bed board 5 laminate relatively, the recess of two parts mutually covers and closes in order to form a packing chamber, just like the cosmetic box seals bedstead 6, waist supporting mechanism 3, drive arrangement in the packing intracavity entirely, thereby make the fifty percent discount of bed body become the rectangle box of shape relatively regular, so as to pile up in the container, the limited packing space in the make full use of container also is convenient for transport when daily use. No matter how the structural forms of the bed board 5 and the bed frame 6 are changed, the design principle shown in the technical content of the previous section is not deviated, and the application is within the protection scope.
As shown in fig. 3, the lumbar support mechanism 3 is provided with a fabric cover covering at least the support surface of the support member, which is integral with the cloth cover 7 of the bed or independent of the cloth cover 7 of the bed, and which is flush with the cloth cover 7 of the bed when laid flat.
