Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to specific embodiments of the present invention and corresponding drawings. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The following describes in detail the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
The embodiment discloses a sealing structure of a packaging box, wherein the packaging box is made of a composite packaging material, and the composite packaging material comprises a base layer, a barrier layer, a waterproof layer and an innermost layer. The base layer of the composite packaging material is generally made of base paper, such as white base paper or cattle base paper, and can provide necessary stiffness for the composite packaging material, so that the packaging box can maintain a stable shape. Barrier layers are critical to composite packaging materials for liquid food packaging, which play a critical role in the shelf life of liquid food, oxygen permeation being a major cause of deterioration of the packaging contents of the food packaging, and the barrier layers extend the shelf life of the food by preventing oxygen permeation into the interior of the packaging container, aluminum foil being commonly used as a barrier layer in composite packaging materials. The water barrier layer is typically a thermoplastic resin, preferably a polyolefin, including but not limited to low density polyethylene (Low Density Polyethylene, LDPE), metallocene polyethylene (m-PE), or a mixture of both. The waterproof layer is positioned at the outermost side of the composite packaging material, can provide waterproof and dustproof performances, and can protect printed pictures and texts of the composite packaging material from being worn. The innermost layer of the composite packaging material is in direct contact with the packaging contents. The innermost layer is typically a thermoplastic resin, preferably comprising a polyolefin, such as Polyethylene (PE), including but not limited to linear low density Polyethylene (Linear Low Density Polyethylene, LLDPE), ultra low density Polyethylene, metallocene Polyethylene, or mixtures thereof. An adhesive layer is generally disposed between the base layer and the barrier layer, and between the barrier layer and the innermost layer, and serves to adhere adjacent layers, typically using an adhesive polymer layer, such as a modified polypropylene-based thermoplastic adhesive polymer. The packaging box is provided with an opening serving as an outlet for outflow or drinking of packaging contents, the opening is formed by punching on the composite packaging material through punching equipment, and a sealing structure is correspondingly arranged at the position of the opening for closing the opening.
As shown in fig. 1, the sealing structure of the present embodiment includes a pull tab 1, an inner film 5, and a sealing sheet 2.
The pull tab 1 covers the outside of the opening 4 in the composite packaging material 3, the outside being the side facing the outside air and the inside being the side facing the package contents, unless otherwise specified in the present application. The area of the pull tab 1 is larger than the area of the opening 4. The pull tab 1 is generally made of a composite material, and may be a composite material including a barrier material and a fusible material, wherein the barrier material is at least one of aluminum foil or barrier paper, and the fusible material is at least one selected from plastics, PLA or PBAT. For example, the pull tab 1 is a composite of barrier paper (such as nanocellulose paper) and PE or a composite of aluminum foil and PE. The barrier paper or aluminum foil can be replaced by LDPE (Low-density Polyethylene, low density Polyethylene), HDPE (HIGH DENSITY Polyethylene ), PP (Polypropylene), PA (Polyamide ), PLA (Polylactic Acid, polylactic acid) or PBAT (Butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate), paper and other materials. The pull tab 1 made of aluminum foil can be fixed by electric heating, PE in the pull tab 1 is melted during heating, the pull tab 1 is fixedly adhered to the composite packaging material 3, and the PE can be replaced by PP, PA, PLA or PBAT. The pull tab 1, which is made of a material that does not include aluminum foil, may be glued to the composite packaging material 3.
The inner film 5 covers the inner side of the opening 4, and the area of the inner film 5 is larger than the area of the opening 4. The inner film 5 may be a PE (Polyethylene) film or a composite film, such as a PE laminated on both sides of an EVOH (ETHYLENE VINYL alcohol copolymer, ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer) material, and the EVOH and PE are bonded with an adhesive to form a PE/adhesive/EVOH/adhesive/PE composite. The EVOH can be replaced by a vapor deposition film of metal oxides such as PVOH (Polyvinyl Alcohol ), PVDC (Poly-VINYLIDENE CHLORIDE, polyvinylidene chloride), PA (Polyamide ) or Al 2O3, so that the inner film 5 prepared from the composite material has a certain barrier property, and the shelf life of the package contents can be prolonged.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the blocking sheet 2 is located at the inner side of the pull tab 1, the inner film 5 is attached to the innermost layer of the composite packaging material 3 at a portion other than the opening 4, the inner film 5 at the opening 4 is fixedly connected with the blocking sheet 2, that is, the blocking sheet 2 is located between the pull tab 1 and the inner film 5, an opening can be formed in the middle of the blocking sheet, the size of the opening is not limited, the blocking sheet can be embedded into the opening under the action of external force, and the blocking sheet and the pull tab jointly realize the closing of the opening.
The plugging sheet 2 is made of plastic, paper-plastic composite material or degradable biological material, the plugging sheet 2 can be made of injection-moldable material, such as plastic, specifically PE, preferably LDPE, HDPE, PP, PA, PLA, PBAT or any one or a combination of a plurality of PE/PLA, such as PE/PLA combination, and the prepared plugging sheet 2 can be solid or hollow, so long as the shape of the plugging sheet 2 is matched with the opening 4, and the material strength is enough to seal the opening 4. The hollow plugging sheet not only can further reduce the plastic, but also has better elasticity, and can better close the opening after being embedded. The plugging sheet 2 may be made of paper or a composite of paper and plastic, and of course, the plugging sheet 2 may be made of other materials, such as wood, bamboo, etc., and is within the scope of the present application. When the plugging sheet 2 is made of plastic or other injection-moldable material, the plugging sheet 2 can be made into a shape and then fixed on the inner side of the pull tab 1, the plugging sheet 2 can also be directly injection-molded on the inner side of the pull tab 1, and then the pull tab 1 with the plugging sheet 2 is fixed on the composite packaging material 3. In the production process, the pull tab 1, the plugging sheet 2 and the inner film can be respectively prepared from different materials and then combined together in a heat sealing or bonding mode, and the pull tab 1, the plugging sheet 2 and the inner film 5 can also be prepared from the same materials, so that the pull tab 1 and the plugging sheet 2 can be integrally prepared and molded in the embodiment.
Specifically, the plugging sheet 2 is fixed on the pull-tab 1, the shape of the plugging sheet 2 is matched with that of the opening 4, and corresponds to the position of the opening 4, one surface of the plugging sheet 2 is fixedly connected with the pull-tab 1, the other surface of the plugging sheet 2 is fixedly connected with the inner film 5, under the action of external force, the binding force between the plugging sheet 2 and the pull-tab 1 and the binding force between the plugging sheet 2 and the inner film 5 are larger than the tearing strength of the inner film 5 when the pull-tab 1 is lifted or the pull-tab 1 is pressed down, so that the inner film 5 at the position of the opening 4 is torn, the opening 4 is opened, and liquid can be poured out from the opening 4. Tear strength (TEAR STRENGTH) refers to the force required to tear the inner film 5. After opening, the closure foil 2 can be pulled out of the opening 4 and/or pushed back, for example by pressing the closure foil 2 into the opening 4, so that the opening 4 is closed. In order to enable the plugging sheet 2 to better close the opening 4, the whole size of the plugging sheet 2 can be slightly larger than the opening 4, or the local size of the plugging sheet 2 is slightly larger than the opening 4, so that the plugging sheet 2 is in contact with the edge of the opening 4 more tightly, and the liquid in the packaging box is effectively prevented from flowing out. The middle part of the plugging sheet 2 can be provided with an opening, and the opening can further reduce the plastic consumption of the plugging sheet 2, so that the plugging sheet meets the requirements of environmental protection and plastic reduction. If the opening is provided in the closure flap 2, the closure flap 2 essentially closes the opening 4 by a tight closure between its outer edge and the inner edge of the opening 4 before or after the opening 4 has been opened or again, while the opening is partially closed by a fixed connection of the closure flap 2 to the pull tab 1. The plugging sheet 2 may also be a hollow structure and an opening is provided in the middle of the plugging sheet 2. The hollow structure of the plugging sheet 2 and the open pores in the middle part can further reduce the plastic usage amount of the plugging sheet 2, and the plugging sheet has better elasticity, is tightly combined with the edge of the opening after being embedded, and can better close the opening.
As shown in fig. 1, the sealing structure may further include an outer film 6, the outer film 6 is disposed at the outer side of the opening 4, the pull tab 1 is disposed at the outer side of the outer film 6, the outer film 6 may be PE (Polyethylene), the outer film 6 may be made of a composite material of OPP (Oriented Polypropylene, stretched polypropylene) and PE, wherein the OPP may be replaced by a polyester material such as HDPE, PP, PET/PBT. The outer film 6 may be provided at the pre-punching position of the composite packaging material 3 before punching, and the area covered by the outer film 6 is punched to form the opening 4, where the area of the opening 4 is smaller than the area of the outer film 6, or the outer film 6 may be provided at the outer side of the composite packaging material 3 at the punching position, where the area of the outer film 6 is larger than the area of the opening 4, so that the outer film 6 completely covers the opening 4, and the specific structure is shown in fig. 2. When the pull tab 1 comprises aluminum foil, the pull tab 1 is heated by electric heating, so that the pull tab 1 is attached to the outer film 6 and fixed on the composite packaging material 3. The outer film 6 can avoid damaging the composite packaging material 3 when the pull tab 1 is pulled up due to the strong binding force between the pull tab 1 and the composite packaging material 3 when opening. If the outermost layer of the composite packaging material 3 is a material such as OPP, an outer film may not be required because the composite packaging material 3 is not torn by the force of separating the tab 1 from the material such as OPP after bonding. In addition, the width of the tab 1 may be set to be slightly narrower than the outer film 6 in consideration of positioning errors during the process.
Preferably, the tab 1 is only partially attached to the outer film 6, at least a portion of the tab 1 is not fixed to the composite packaging material 3, and the area of the outer film 6 may be smaller than the area of the tab 1, or the length of the outer film 6 may be smaller than the length of the tab 1, so that the portion of the tab 1 not fixed facilitates lifting the tab 1 during opening.
Further, the closure structure may further comprise a coupling means for preventing the pull tab 1 from being completely separated from the package after opening. The connecting part can be a connecting belt or a connecting strip, for example, the connecting part can be made of injection-moldable materials and the plugging sheet 2 through integral injection molding, the plugging sheet 2 is fixed on the pull tab 1, the connecting part is fixed on the composite packaging material 3, the plugging sheet 2 and the connecting part can be respectively prepared, one end of the connecting part is fixed with the pull tab 1 or the plugging sheet 2 in a gluing and hot melting mode, and the other end of the connecting part is fixed on the composite packaging material 3.
The end of the pull tab 1 can be set as a connecting part, one end of the pull tab 1 is adhered or fixed on the composite packaging material 3, and when the pull tab 1 is lifted from the other end, the pull tab 1 is still connected with the packaging box, so that the pull tab 1 is prevented from being completely separated from the packaging box, and the opened plugging sheet 2 is more convenient to store and install back on the opening 4.
The connecting part may also be a part of the composite packaging material 3, for example, when the composite packaging material 3 is perforated to form the opening 4, the composite packaging material 3 at the perforation position is not completely cut off, the cut composite packaging material 3 is lifted towards the outside of the opening and connected to the pull tab 1, for example, the sealing sheet 2 on the inner side of the pull tab 1 is connected to the inner film 5 to seal the opening 4, and the pull tab 1 can still be connected with the packaging box through the cut composite packaging material 3 after opening. In addition, the connecting component can also be a limiting mechanism or a buckling mechanism and the like which are formed by injection molding on the composite packaging material 3, and the connecting component enables the opened pull tab 1 to be still directly or indirectly connected with the packaging box, so that the repeated opening of the opening 4 by the plugging sheet 2 is more convenient to realize.
Example 2
The present embodiment discloses a sealing structure of a packaging box, unlike the foregoing embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 3, the sealing sheet 2 is located at the outer side of the pull tab 1, and the inner film 5 is fixedly connected with the pull tab 1, so as to seal the opening 4.
The pull tab 1 is attached to the position outside the opening 4 of the composite packaging material 3, so that the pull tab 1 is attached to the waterproof layer of the composite packaging material 3 outside the opening 4, and if the opening 4 is also provided with the outer film 6, the pull tab 1 is attached to the outer film 6 outside the opening 4. If the prepared tab 1 comprises aluminum foil, the tab 1 may be heated by electric heating to cause the inner film 5 to adhere to the tab 1 at the position of the opening 4, and the portion of the inner film 5 outside the opening 4 to adhere to the innermost layer of the composite packaging material 3 inside the opening 4, thereby sealing the opening 4.
The plugging sheet 2 is made of plastic, paper-plastic composite material or degradable biological material, and the plugging sheet 2 can be made of injection-moldable material, such as plastic, specifically PE, preferably LDPE, HDPE, or PP, PA, PLA or PBAT, or any one or a combination of a plurality of PE/PLA. The pull tab 1 may be fixed to the outside of the opening 4, and then the plugging sheet 2 is injection molded on the pull tab 1 or the plugging sheet 2 prepared in advance is bonded, or the plugging sheet 2 is fixed to the outside of the pull tab 1 in advance by injection molding or bonding, and then the inside of the pull tab 1 is bonded to the outside of the opening 4 of the composite packaging material 3. The prepared plugging sheet 2 can be solid or hollow, so long as the shape of the plugging sheet 2 is matched with that of the opening 4, and the material strength is enough to close the opening 4. In the production process, the pull tab 1, the plugging sheet 2 and the inner film 5 can be respectively prepared from different materials and then combined together in a heat sealing or bonding mode, and the pull tab 1, the plugging sheet 2 and the inner film 5 can also be prepared from the same materials, so that the pull tab 1 and the plugging sheet 2 can be integrally prepared in the embodiment.
Under the action of external force, the opening 4 is realized by opening the pull-tab 1 or pressing the pull-tab 1 to break the inner film 5 at the opening 4. When the opening is carried out, the binding force between the plugging sheet 2 and the pull tab 1 and the binding force between the pull tab 1 and the inner film 5 are larger than the tearing strength of the inner film 5, so that the inner film 5 at the opening 4 is torn. After opening, the closure foil 2 can be pulled out of the opening 4 and/or pushed back, and the pressing can cause the closure foil 2 to be inserted into the opening 4, so that the opening 4 is closed.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the sealing structure may further include an outer film 6, the outer film 6 is disposed at the outer side of the opening 4, and the pull tab 1 is disposed at the outer side of the outer film 6, the outer film 6 may be PE (Polyethylene), the outer film 6 may be made of a composite material of OPP (Oriented Polypropylene, stretched polypropylene) and PE, wherein the OPP may be replaced with a polyester material such as HDPE, PP, PET/PBT. The outer film 6 may be provided at a pre-punching position of the composite packaging material 3 before punching, and the opening 4 may be formed by punching in an area covered by the outer film 6, where the area of the opening 4 is smaller than the area of the outer film 6, or the outer film 6 may be provided at an outer side of the composite packaging material 3 at the punching position by punching, where the area of the outer film 6 is larger than the area of the opening 4, so that the outer film 6 completely covers the opening 4.
The connecting part can be a connecting belt or a connecting strip, for example, the connecting part can be made of injection-molded materials and the plugging sheet 2 in an integral injection molding mode, the plugging sheet 2 is fixed on the pull tab 1, the connecting part is fixed on the composite packaging material 3, the pull tab 1 can be attached to the composite packaging material 3 or the outer film 6, the plugging sheet 2 and the connecting part are formed on the pull tab 1 in an injection molding mode, the connecting part is fixed on the composite packaging material 3, the plugging sheet 2 and the connecting part can be respectively prepared, one end of the connecting part is fixed with the pull tab 1 or the plugging sheet 2 in an adhesive and hot-melt mode, and the other end of the connecting part is fixed on the composite packaging material 3.
The end of the pull tab 1 can be set as a connecting component, one end of the pull tab 1 is adhered or fixed on the composite packaging material 3, and when the pull tab 1 is lifted from the other end which is not adhered or fixed on the composite packaging material 3, the pull tab 1 still remains connected with the packaging box, so that the pull tab 1 is prevented from being completely separated from the packaging box, and the opened sealing sheet 2 is convenient to store and install back on the opening 4.
The connecting member may be a part of the composite packaging material 3, for example, when the composite packaging material 3 is perforated to form the opening 4, the composite packaging material 3 at the perforation position is not completely cut and separated, the cut composite packaging material 3 is lifted and connected to the pull tab 1 or the sealing sheet 2 to the outside of the opening, the pull tab 1 is attached to the inner film 5 at the opening 4 to seal the opening 4, and the pull tab 1 or the sealing sheet 2 is connected to the packaging box through the cut composite packaging material 3 after opening. In addition, the connecting component can also be in the form of a limiting mechanism or a buckling mechanism formed on the composite packaging material 3 in an injection molding way, so that the structure that the opened pull tab 1 is still directly or indirectly connected with the packaging box can be regarded as the connecting component.
In summary, in the sealing structure of the foregoing embodiment, by arranging the pull tab 1 on the outer side of the opening 4 on the composite packaging material 3, and arranging the sealing sheet 2 matching with the shape of the opening 4 on the inner side or the outer side of the pull tab 1, the inner film 5 is ruptured at the opening 4 under the action of external force, so as to realize opening of the opening 4, and the sealing sheet 2 can be pulled out and/or pushed back from the opening 4 under the action of external force, so as to realize repeatedly opening and closing the opening 4 of the packaging box, thereby effectively reducing the usage amount of plastic, being more environment-friendly and reducing the manufacturing cost.
Example 3
In this embodiment, the area of the blocking sheet 2 is larger than the opening 4, the blocking sheet 2 completely covers the opening 4 and is recessed inwards at the opening 4 to form a concave part, and the blocking sheet has a border which is larger than the opening 4 and is parallel to the opening 4, and the border is used for covering the outer side of the opening 4 on the packing box. The closure tab 2 located on the inside of the pull tab 1 has an inwardly concave recess at the opening 4 as shown in fig. 4, and the closure tab 2 located on the outside of the pull tab 1 has an inwardly concave recess at the opening 4 as shown in fig. 5. The concave part of the plugging sheet 2 can reduce the volume of the plugging sheet 2, thereby greatly reducing the plastic consumption required by forming the plugging sheet 2 and meeting the requirements of environmental protection and plastic reduction. Further, the opening may be formed in the closure sheet 2 by punching or injection molding, and as shown in fig. 6, the closure sheet 2 located on the inner side of the pull tab 1 has a concave portion recessed inward and having an opening at the opening 4, and as shown in fig. 7, the closure sheet 2 located on the outer side of the pull tab 1 has a concave portion recessed inward and having an opening at the opening 4. The opening on the plugging sheet 2 can be used as a straw hole, and the straw can directly extend into the packaging box from the opening on the plugging sheet 2, when the straw is not used, the opening 4 can be directly opened through the pull tab 1, and after the opening, the plugging sheet 2 is pushed back, so that the concave part of the plugging sheet 2 is embedded into and seals the opening 4. The openings in the closure sheet 2 provide a more flexible way of opening the openings, while the amount of plastic used in the closure sheet 2 can be further reduced, the size of the openings being unlimited. If an opening is provided in the closure flap 2, the opening is partially closed by the fixed connection of the closure flap 2 to the pull tab 1 before or after the opening 4 has been opened. The closure structure may further comprise an outer film 6, the outer film 6 being arranged outside the opening 4 and inside the pull tab 1.
The prepared plugging sheet 2 can be solid or hollow, so long as the shape of the plugging sheet 2 is matched with that of the opening 4, and the material strength is enough to close the opening 4. The plugging sheet 2 is made of plastic, paper-plastic composite material or degradable biological material. In the production process, the pull tab 1, the plugging sheet 2 and the inner film 5 can be respectively prepared from different materials and then combined together in a heat sealing or bonding mode, and of course, the pull tab 1, the plugging sheet 2 and the inner film 5 can also be prepared from the same materials, and at the moment, the pull tab 1 and the plugging sheet 2 can also be integrally prepared.
Example 4
The present embodiment discloses a sealing structure of a packaging box, which is different from the above three embodiments in that, as shown in fig. 8 to 12, the sealing sheet 2 is located at the inner side of the inner film 5, and the inner side of the inner film 5 is the side facing the package content.
The inner film 5 is arranged inside the opening 4 of the composite packaging material 3, the inner film 5 is heated to make the inner film 5 be attached to the innermost layer inside the composite packaging material 3 at the position outside the opening 4, and then the prefabricated plugging sheet 2 is fixed at the position corresponding to the opening 4 inside the inner film 5 or the plugging sheet 2 is formed by injection molding at the position corresponding to the opening 4 inside the inner film 5.
The sealing sheet 2 may be fixed on the inner film 5, and then the inner film 5 is attached to the inner side of the opening 4 of the composite packaging material 3, specifically, for example, the sealing sheet 2 is formed by injection molding on one side of the inner film 5 or the sealing sheet 2 which is manufactured and formed in advance is fixed, the inner film 5 is heated, and the other side of the inner film 5 is attached to the inner side of the opening 4 of the composite packaging material 3 for sealing.
The plugging sheet 2 is made of plastic, paper-plastic composite material or degradable biological material. The sealing sheet 2 may be solid or hollow, so long as the shape of the sealing sheet 2 matches with the opening 4, and the material strength is enough to seal the opening 4. In the production process, the pull tab 1, the plugging sheet 2 and the inner film 5 can be respectively prepared from different materials and then combined together in a heat sealing or bonding mode, and of course, the pull tab 1, the plugging sheet 2 and the inner film 5 can also be prepared from the same materials, for example, the plugging sheet 2 and the inner film 5 can be integrally prepared in the embodiment.
When opened, the inner film 5 is ruptured and the tab 1, the ruptured portion of the inner film 5 and the closure tab 2 leave the opening 4 as a whole. An opening may be provided in the middle of the blocking sheet 2, and the size of the opening is not limited. If an opening is arranged in the plugging sheet 2, before the opening 4 is opened, the opening part is closed through the fixed connection between the inner film 5 and the pull tab 1, after the opening, the plugging sheet 2 is still fixedly connected with the pull tab 1 through the inner film 5, the plugging sheet 2 can be re-embedded into the opening 4 after being pulled out from the opening 4, and the opening part is closed by the pull tab 1 and the torn inner film 5.
As shown in fig. 8 to 12, the sealing structure may further include an outer film 6, the outer film 6 is disposed at the outer side of the opening 4, the pull tab 1 is disposed at the outer side of the outer film 6, the outer film 6 may be PE (Polyethylene), and the outer film 6 may be made of a composite material of OPP (Oriented Polypropylene, stretched polypropylene) and PE. Wherein OPP can be replaced by HDPE, PP, PET/PBT and other polyester materials. In the production process, the outer film 6 can be adhered to the composite packaging material 3 first, then the area covered by the outer film 6 is perforated to form the opening 4, or the composite packaging material 3 can be perforated to form the opening 4 first, then the outer film 6 is arranged outside the opening 4, and the area of the outer film 6 is larger than the area of the opening 4, so that the outer film 6 can completely cover the opening 4.
Preferably, the tab 1 is only partially attached to the outer film 6, and at least a portion of the tab 1 is not fixed to the composite packaging material 3, so that the outer film 6 may have an area smaller than that of the tab 1, or the length of the outer film 6 may be smaller than that of the tab 1, so as to facilitate lifting of the tab 1. The inner film 5 and the plugging sheet 2, the inner film 5 and the pull tab 1 and the outer film 6 and the pull tab 1 are fixedly connected through heat sealing, gluing, ultrasonic wave or inductance.
Further, the closure structure may further comprise a coupling means for preventing the pull tab 1 from being completely separated from the package after opening. Specifically, as shown in fig. 12, one end of the connecting member 8 is connected to the inner film 5 around the opening 4, one end of the connecting member 8 may be connected to the innermost layer of the composite packaging material 3 near the opening 4, and the other end of the connecting member 8 is fixedly connected to the sealing sheet 2. After the pull tab 1 is lifted, the blocking sheet 2 is still connected with the packaging box through the connecting component 8, so that the blocking sheet 2 is further prevented from being separated from the packaging box. For example, the connecting part 8 may be a connecting band or a connecting strip, and the connecting part 8 may be integrally injection-molded with the plugging sheet 2 by using an injection-moldable material.
As shown in fig. 8-12, the edges of the plugging sheet 2 are chamfered or provided with inclined planes, so that the plugging sheet 2 is easier to be embedded into the opening 4 under the action of external force, or the plugging sheet 2 is not easy to be separated from the opening 4 after being embedded into the opening 4, and the firmness of sealing the opening 4 is ensured.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the inclined surface is provided with a plurality of arc-shaped protrusions or arc-shaped grooves 7 in the horizontal direction. When the plugging sheet 2 is embedded into the opening 4, the edge of the opening 4 is just positioned at the joint of the two arc-shaped bulges or in the arc-shaped groove 7, so that the relative fixation of the plugging sheet 2 and the packaging box is realized, the plugging sheet 2 can be effectively prevented from being separated from the opening 4, and meanwhile, the liquid in the packaging box can be prevented from flowing out.
The composite packaging material 3 is formed by compounding a plurality of layers of structures such as a paper base layer, a barrier layer (such as aluminum foil), a waterproof layer, an innermost layer, an adhesive layer and the like. The thickness of the plugging sheet 2 is 1/8-8 times the thickness of the base layer of the composite packaging material 3. Preferably, the thickness of the closure sheet 2 is 2-4 times the thickness of the base layer of the composite packaging material 3. In one or some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12, the thickness of one side of the closure tab 2 is less than the thickness of the other side, and when the attachment means is provided on the side of the closure tab 2 where the thickness of the closure tab 2 is less or no attachment means is provided on the closure tab 2, the pull tab 1 is pulled up from the side of the closure tab 2 where the thickness is greater. More preferably, when the connecting member 8 is provided on the side of the closure sheet 2 where the thickness is larger, the pull tab 1 is pulled up from the side of the closure sheet 2 where the thickness is smaller.
