The dental patient chair, which is a part of a dental unit or a dental unit chair, can also be used as a stand-alone device, which is a device for supporting and positioning a patient during examination or treatment.
Referring to fig. 1, the dental patient chair comprises a seat cushion 1 and a chair back 2, wherein the chair back 2 is rotatably connected to the seat cushion 1 through a rotating rod 12, if a doctor needs to perform an operation on the oral cavity of a patient, the patient usually sits on the seat cushion 1, and the angle between the chair back 2 and the seat cushion 1 is adjusted to enable the patient to lie on the dental patient chair, so that the doctor can conveniently perform treatment on the oral cavity of the patient; however, the chair back 2 and the seat cushion 1 are connected through the rotating rod 12, so that a gap exists between the chair back 2 and the seat cushion 1, and a patient is easy to feel uncomfortable due to lack of support on the waist of the patient when lying on the dental patient chair for an operation, and cannot be cooperatively treated for a long time.
In order to eliminate the uncomfortable feeling of the patient, usually, the protection pad is placed at the neutral position of the chair back and the seat cushion to protect the waist of the patient, and due to the difference of the heights, body types and the like of different patients, the adaptation degree of different patients to the protection pad is different, the protection pad cannot be automatically adjusted according to different patients, and the comfortable feelings of different patients cannot be effectively improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to bring comfort to the patient and eliminate the sense of insecurity of the patient, the present application provides a dental patient chair and a method of adjusting the same.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a dental patient chair comprising a seat cushion, a chair back pivotally connected to the seat cushion, and an adaptive air cell structure connected to the seat cushion and the chair back, the adaptive air cell structure being configured to support a waist of a patient;
the self-adaptive air bag structure comprises an air bag layer, a supporting layer used for connecting the chair back and the seat cushion, a wrapping layer wrapping the air bag layer and the supporting layer, a detector and a control assembly; a plurality of accommodating cavities filled with air are formed in the air bag layer, and the accommodating cavities are arranged side by side and are connected with the control assembly;
the detector is arranged on the wrapping layer and used for detecting the pressure applied on the air bag layer by the patient and transmitting a pressure signal to the control assembly, and the control assembly adjusts the air content in the accommodating cavity according to the pressure signal so as to enable the surface of the self-adaptive air bag structure to be tightly attached to the waist of the patient.
A certain gap exists between a seat cushion and a chair back of the existing dental patient chair, when a patient lies on the dental patient chair for a long time, the waist of the patient is easy to be uncomfortable because the waist of the patient can be suspended for a long time, and the patient can usually use the waist support seat cushion to be attached to the waist of the patient, so that the gap among the seat cushion, the chair back and the waist is filled; however, in actual conditions, the difference between the body size and the height of the patient is large, according to the state of an illness or a treatment part of the patient, a dentist needs to operate a patient chair during treatment, the angle between a seat cushion and a chair back is adjusted, so that the dentist can conveniently treat the oral cavity of the patient, the angle of the chair back of the patient is changed, a waist protection cushion is fixed and unchanged, the waist protection cushion cannot adjust the clinging and effective supporting condition between the waist protection cushion and the waist of the patient according to the angle change of the waist of the patient, and the patient cannot feel comfortable.
In order to bring comfort and safety to a patient, the self-adaptive air bag structure is provided with a detector and a control assembly, the detector can detect the pressure applied to an air bag layer by the patient and convert the pressure into a pressure signal to be transmitted to the control assembly, and the control assembly analyzes the pressure signal and adjusts the air content of an accommodating cavity in the air bag layer according to the pressure signal so that the waist of the patient is tightly attached to the self-adaptive air bag structure; when the angle between the chair back and the seat cushion changes, the self-adaptive air bag structure can also change along with the angle, and the air content in the accommodating cavity is adjusted according to the waist conditions of different patients, so that the self-adaptive air bag structure is always attached to the waist of the patient, the unsafe feeling of the patient is relieved, and the comfort of the patient is provided.
