The seat convenient to open and close comprises a seat frame, a wheel set mechanism and a seat mechanism, wherein the wheel set mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the seat frame; the seat mechanism is rotatably arranged on any one side of the seat frame, a transmission mechanism is arranged at the joint of the seat mechanism and the seat frame, the transmission mechanism is used for realizing horizontal opening or closing of the seat mechanism, and the transmission mechanism is also used for realizing ascending or descending of the seat mechanism on the seat frame.
Preferably, the seat frame comprises a main frame body, two chair handles and two installation sleeves, wherein the two chair handles are arranged on the main frame body at intervals, and one installation sleeve is vertically arranged at one end of each of the two chair handles, which is far away from the main frame body; the seat mechanism comprises seat armrests, seat cushions and seat backs, wherein the seat armrests are respectively installed on two installation sleeves through a transmission mechanism, the seat cushions are respectively installed on the lower portions of the inner sides of the two seat armrests, one seat back is installed on one side, far away from the seat frame, of the two seat armrests in a vertical rotating mode, and the other seat back is installed on one side of the seat frame.
Preferably, a switch assembly for controlling the movement or locking of the seat mechanism is further arranged on the seat mechanism, and the switch assembly comprises a switch handle, a lock tongue and an elastic piece; the seat rack is provided with a lock catch, the lock tongue is arranged on the inner side of the seat mechanism in a sliding manner, the sliding direction of the lock tongue is the same as the direction of the lock tongue close to or far away from the lock catch, the lock tongue is locked with the lock catch, the elastic piece is arranged on the inner side of the seat mechanism, the stretching direction of the elastic piece is the same as the sliding direction of the lock tongue, and the elastic piece is fixedly connected with one end of the lock tongue far away from the lock catch; the outside of seat mechanism is provided with the handle rotation axis, the switch handle is installed on the handle rotation axis and rather than normal running fit, be provided with the arc notch on the seat mechanism, be provided with the handle transfer line on the switch handle, the arc notch is worn to establish by the handle transfer line from the extroversion, just the handle transfer line penetrates the one end in the seat mechanism and inserts the spring bolt.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the left side and the right side of the seat mechanism are rotated to open and close along the horizontal direction through the transmission mechanism, and the seat mechanism can also perform vertical lifting motion on the seat frame, so that the seat mechanism can be switched between a low position and a high position, and the situation that the seat is inconvenient to rotate to open and close along the horizontal direction due to the height difference of other seats when a user moves between the other seats and the seat is reduced, thereby being beneficial to improving the convenience and the self-help of the seat;
2. the seat mechanism is controlled to move and lock through the switch assembly, the seat mechanism can be opened by rotating the switch handle, and then the position of the seat mechanism is manually adjusted, so that the convenience and the self-help of the seat mechanism are improved;
3. the seat armrest, the seat cushion and the seat backrest are matched, so that the comfort of a user for sitting on the seat is improved, and the seat backrest is rotatably connected with the seat armrest and is also beneficial to improving the convenience of the seat.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. The following examples will assist those skilled in the art in further understanding the invention, but are not intended to limit the invention in any way. It should be noted that it would be obvious to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. All falling within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the seating furniture convenient to open and close provided by the invention comprises a seating furniture frame 1, a wheel set mechanism 2 and a seat mechanism 3, wherein the wheel set mechanism 2 comprises two front wheels 21 and two rear wheels 22, and the two front wheels 21 and the two rear wheels 22 are both installed at the bottom of the seating furniture frame 1 at intervals. The seat mechanism 3 is rotatably arranged at any side of the seat frame 1, a transmission mechanism 4 is arranged at the joint of the seat mechanism 3 and the seat frame 1, and a switch component 5 for controlling the seat mechanism 3 to move or lock is also arranged on the seat mechanism 3.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the seat frame 1 is a metal frame structure, the seat frame 1 stands on the ground, and the seat frame 1 includes a main frame body 11, a seat handle 12, and an installation sleeve 13. The two chair handles 12 are fixedly connected to the rear portion of the main frame body 11 at intervals in a welding mode, the two chair handles 12 are located in the same horizontal plane, and the two chair handles 12 are located on the upper portion of the middle of the main frame body 11. Installation sleeve pipe 13 is all welded fixedly in two equal welded connection in the side edge position of two handles 12 far away from the main frame body 11 and is connected with one, and two installation sleeve pipes 13 all are vertical setting, and a set of all is installed in two installation sleeve pipes 13 to drive mechanism 4.
The seat mechanism 3 includes a seat armrest 31, a seat cushion 32 and a seat backrest 33, the seat armrest 31 is respectively installed on the two installation sleeves 13 through the transmission mechanism 4, the two seat armrests 31 are both vertically arranged, and the two seat armrests 31 are respectively matched with the corresponding installation sleeves 13 in a rotating manner. One seat cushion 32 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the lower parts of the inner sides of the two seat armrests 31, and one seat backrest 33 is respectively and hingedly connected at the edge positions of one side of the two seat armrests 31 far away from the mounting sleeve 13. When the seat is used, a worker rotates the seat backrest 33 around the connection part of the seat backrest and the seat armrest 31, so that the convenience and the comfort of using the seat are improved.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the switch assemblies 5 are mounted on two seat armrests 31, and since the structures, mounting manners and connection relationships of the two sets of switch assemblies 5 are the same, the switch assemblies 5 are taken as an example for explanation.
The outer side wall of the mounting sleeve 13 is fixedly provided with a lock catch 131, and the switch assembly 5 comprises a switch handle 51, a lock tongue 52 and an elastic member. The installation seat 311 and the fixing clip 312 are horizontally and fixedly installed on the inner side of the seat armrest 31, the installation seat 311 and the fixing clip 312 are in snap fit, and the installation seat 311 and the fixing clip 312 are matched to horizontally install the bolt 52 on the inner side of the seat armrest 31. The latch tongue 52 is slidably engaged with the mounting seat 311 and the fixing clip 312, the sliding direction of the latch tongue 52 is the same as the direction of the latch tongue 52 approaching to or departing from the lock catch 131, and the latch tongue 52 is locked with the lock catch 131. The elastic element is a spring 53, the spring 53 is horizontally installed in a space formed by the matching of the installation seat 311 and the fixing clamp 312, the expansion direction of the spring 53 is parallel to the sliding direction of the bolt 52, and one end of the spring 53, which is close to the bolt 52 and is far away from the lock catch 131, is fixedly connected with the bolt 52 in an inserted manner.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, a lock tongue straight surface 521 and a lock tongue inclined surface 522 are formed at one end of the lock tongue 52 close to the lock catch 131, and when the lock is unlocked, the lock tongue straight surface 521 is separated from the lock catch 131, so that the seat armrest 31 can horizontally rotate around the axis of the installation sleeve 13; when locking, the bolt inclined plane 522 touches the side edge of the lock catch 131, the bolt 52 moves linearly backwards, the spring 53 at the tail part of the bolt 52 is compressed, when the bolt 52 moves to the notch position of the lock catch 131, the spring 53 is released, and the bolt 52 is inserted into the lock catch 131 and locked with the lock catch.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, a handle rotation shaft 313 is integrally formed on the outer side of the seat armrest 31, and the handle rotation shaft 313 is horizontally disposed. The switch knob 51 is rotatably mounted on the knob rotating shaft 313. The seat armrest 31 is provided with an arc-shaped notch 314, the switch handle 51 is integrally formed with a handle transmission rod 511, the handle transmission rod 511 penetrates through the arc-shaped notch 314 from outside to inside, and one end of the handle transmission rod 511 penetrating into the seat armrest 31 is embedded in the middle of the bolt 52. Furthermore, one end of the handle transmission rod 511 penetrating into the inner side of the seat armrest 31 is sleeved with a handle roller 512, and the handle roller 512 is embedded in the middle of the lock tongue 52 and is in sliding fit with the lock tongue. Rotation of the switch handle 51 is achieved to drive the latch 52 towards or away from the catch 131.
As shown in fig. 6, since the structure, the installation manner and the connection relationship of any one set of transmission mechanisms 4 are the same, a set of transmission mechanisms 4 will be described as an example.
The transmission mechanism 4 comprises a first cylindrical cam 41 and a first transmission shaft lever 42, the first cylindrical cam 41 is coaxially embedded in the installation sleeve 13 and is tightly matched with the installation sleeve, the first transmission shaft lever 42 is coaxially embedded in the first cylindrical cam 41 and is in sliding fit with the first cylindrical cam 41 in a rotating manner, and the upper end and the lower end of the first transmission shaft lever 42 are fixedly installed and connected with the seat armrest 31. Thereby achieving horizontal rotation of the seat armrest 31 about the center of the first transmission shaft 42.
Further, a curved groove 411 is formed on the cylindrical surface of the first cylindrical cam 41 on the circumferential side, and the curved groove 411 surrounds the central axis of the first cylindrical cam 41. The circumferential sidewall of the first transmission shaft 42 is provided with a moving roller 421, and the moving roller 421 is embedded in the curved groove 411 and is in rolling fit with the curved groove. When the seat armrest 31 is rotated horizontally, the seat armrest 31 is also lifted vertically while rotating due to the cooperation of the moving rollers 421 and the curved grooves 411. Therefore, the seat cushion 32 rotates and swings between the open position and the closed position along the horizontal direction by taking the axis of the first transmission shaft lever 42 as a rotation center and synchronously moves up and down, and the convenience of using the seat is improved.
Modification example 1
As shown in fig. 7, the transmission mechanism 4 includes a threaded sleeve 61, a second transmission shaft 62, and a fixed ring 63, the threaded sleeve 61 is coaxially embedded in the mounting sleeve 13 and is tightly fitted therewith, the fixed ring 63 is also coaxially embedded in the mounting sleeve 13 and is tightly fitted therewith, and the fixed ring 63 is located directly above the threaded sleeve 61, so as to improve the stability of the threaded sleeve 61 installed in the mounting sleeve 13.
The second transmission shaft lever 62 coaxially penetrates through the threaded sleeve 61 and the fixing ring 63, the second transmission rod and the fixing ring 63 are matched in a sliding mode in a rotating mode, a threaded portion 621 is formed in the second transmission shaft lever 62, the threaded portion 621 is meshed with the internal thread of the threaded sleeve 61, and the upper end and the lower end of the second transmission shaft lever 62 are fixedly connected to the seat armrest 31.
By means of the matching of the screw portion 621 and the internal thread of the screw sleeve 61, the seat armrest 31 can move vertically while rotating. Therefore, the seat cushion 32 rotates and swings between the open position and the closed position along the horizontal direction by taking the axis of the second transmission shaft rod 62 as a rotation center and synchronously moves up and down, and the convenience of using the seat is improved.
Modification 2
As shown in fig. 8, the transmission mechanism 4 includes a first rotating pipe shaft 71, the first rotating pipe shaft 71 is coaxially embedded in the mounting sleeve 13, and the first rotating pipe shaft 71 is rotatably and slidably engaged with the inner wall of the mounting sleeve 13. The upper end of the first rotating pipe shaft 71 extends out of the mounting sleeve 13, and the upper end of the first rotating pipe shaft 71 is fixedly connected with the seat armrest 31 in a welding manner. The operator rotates and pushes up or down the seat armrest 31, causing the first rotating spool 71 to rotate and move up and down within the mounting sleeve 13.
Further, the transmission mechanism 4 further includes a first limiting block 72, the first limiting block 72 is fixedly mounted on the seat armrest 31, and the first limiting block 72 is located right below the mounting sleeve 13. When the first rotation tube shaft 71 is lifted up by a certain distance, the first stopper 72 abuts against the mounting sleeve 13, so as to prevent the first rotation tube shaft 71 from being removed from the mounting sleeve 13 when the seat armrest 31 is lifted up.
By means of the matching of the first rotating pipe shaft 71 and the mounting sleeve 13, the seat armrest 31 can rotate to open and close along the horizontal direction by taking the axis of the first rotating pipe shaft 71 as a rotating center, and the seat armrest 31 can independently move up and down, so that the use convenience of the seat is improved.
Modification 3
As shown in fig. 9, the transmission mechanism 4 includes a second rotary pipe shaft 81, a gas spring cylinder 82, a gas spring rod 83 and a drag screw 84, and the second rotary pipe shaft 81 is coaxially embedded in the mounting sleeve 13 and is in rotational sliding fit therewith. The upper end of the second rotating pipe shaft 81 extends out of the mounting sleeve 13, and the upper end of the second rotating pipe shaft 81 is fixedly connected with the seat armrest 31 in a welding manner.
The air spring cylinder 82 is embedded in the second rotating pipe shaft 81, the air spring cylinder 82 is fixedly connected with the seat armrest 31, and the air spring rod 83 is installed in the air spring cylinder 82 from bottom to top. The lower end of the gas spring rod 83 is integrally formed with a rod head 831, the rod head 831 includes a rod head plane 8311 and a rod head spherical surface 8312, the rod head plane 8311 is located on a side of the rod head 831 close to the gas spring cylinder 82, and the rod head spherical surface 8312 is located on a side of the rod head 831 far away from the gas spring cylinder 82. The tension-resisting screw 84 is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the mounting sleeve 13, and the tension-resisting screw 84 is located above the rod head 831.
The gas spring cylinder 82 and the gas spring rod 83 rotate along with the second rotating pipe shaft 81 and move up and down, when the seat armrest 31 rotates and is lifted up or pressed down, the second rotating pipe shaft 81 rotates and moves up and down in the mounting sleeve 13, the pull-resistant screw 84 limits the rod head plane 8311 to move up and down, and the rod head spherical surface 8312 contacts the bottom surface of the mounting sleeve 13, so that the gas spring rod 83 can rotate along with the gas spring cylinder 82 and can also extend in the gas spring cylinder 82, the balance of the whole weight of the seat mechanism 3 is realized, and the convenience of lifting the seat armrest 31 is improved.
Further, the transmission mechanism 4 further includes a second limiting block 85, the second limiting block 85 is fixedly mounted on the seat armrest 31, and the second limiting block 85 is located under the installation sleeve 13. When the second rotating pipe shaft 81 is lifted up by a certain distance, the second limiting block 85 abuts against the mounting sleeve 13, so that the second rotating pipe shaft 81 is prevented from being pulled out from the mounting sleeve 13 when the seat armrest 31 is lifted up.
By means of the matching of the second rotating pipe shaft 81 and the mounting sleeve 13, the seat armrest 31 can be rotated to be opened and closed along the horizontal direction, and the seat armrest 31 can independently perform vertical lifting movement, so that the use convenience of the seat is improved; and the convenience of lifting the seat armrest 31 is improved by the cooperation of the gas spring cylinder 82 and the gas spring rod 83.
Principle of operation
In operation, the operator rotates the switch handle 51 around the handle rotation shaft 313 or releases the switch handle 51, rotates the two seat armrests 31, and drives the latch 52 to be disengaged from or inserted into the slot of the lock catch 131 through the switch assembly 5, so as to realize the movement and locking of the seat mechanism 3; the staff opens and folds with two thing to sit on handrails 31 of manual control again, make seat mechanism 3 divide left and right sides to rotate along the horizontal direction through drive mechanism 4 and open and shut, and seat mechanism 3 can also be vertical elevating movement on thing to sit on frame 1, thereby make seat mechanism 3 can realize switching in low level and high two kinds of positions, when having reduced the user on other thing to sit on with this thing to move each other, this thing to sit on the horizontal direction rotation of opening and shutting inconvenience condition emergence that causes because of the difference in height of other thing to sit on itself, thereby help improving convenience and the self-service nature that the thing to sit on use.
