The ultrasonic surgical knife can generate a large amount of heat to enable the operation part and surrounding liquid to be vaporized when the knife head oscillates and cuts blood coagulation tissues, so that the endoscope lens is seriously shielded, the operation efficiency is affected, a large amount of tissue liquid still exists at the operation part during operation, the liquid like blood needs to be sucked, the liquid enters the operation part like the abdominal cavity by using the integrated smoking device, and the operation part is not easy to clean and replace.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the invention provides a smoke-absorbing ultrasonic surgical knife, which comprises a shell 1, wherein the shell 1 is rotatably connected with a universal wheel 2, the shell 1 is penetrated through and fixedly connected with a first air pipe joint 11 and a second air pipe joint 12, the first air pipe joint 11 and the second air pipe joint 12 are in sealing connection, the universal wheel 2 is connected with a sleeve assembly through a pin shaft 345, the sleeve assembly is provided with an inner sleeve 3, an outer sleeve 4 and a cutter bar 5, a universal wheel sealing inner cavity 21 is arranged in the universal wheel 2, the first air pipe joint 11 is communicated with the universal wheel sealing inner cavity 21, one end of the outer sleeve 4 is provided with an outer sleeve air inlet 31, the other end of the outer sleeve 4 is provided with an outer sleeve air outlet 32, and the outer sleeve air outlet 32 is communicated with the universal wheel sealing inner cavity 21. The universal wheel 2 is clamped with a torque wrench 8. The outer sleeve air outlet 32 is communicated with the universal wheel sealing inner cavity 21 through a first hose 71, and the first air pipe joint 11 and the second air pipe joint 12 are connected in a sealing way through a second hose 72. The smoke-absorbing ultrasonic surgical blade is further provided with a tongue 91 cooperating with the tool bit of the tool bar 5, a socket 92 connecting the inner sleeve 3 and the tool bar 5, a knife wrench 93 for fastening, etc., which are considered to be conventional in the art, and will not be described herein, but will not be impaired to the understanding of those skilled in the art. There is a gap between the inner sleeve 3 and the outer sleeve 4, so that gas and liquid can smoothly enter the universal wheel seal cavity 21 after entering from the outer sleeve air inlet 31, and then be discharged from the universal wheel seal cavity 21 through the second hose 72 and the second air pipe joint 12, and the pipe diameter of the outer sleeve 4 is larger than that of the outer sleeve in the prior art, so that the gap space between the inner sleeve 3 and the outer sleeve 4 is increased. A second air pipe joint 12 is located at the upper part of the casing 1, and the second air pipe joint 12 is connected with other mechanisms (such as a negative pressure generator and the like) in a pipeline.
Example 2
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the caster 2 is provided with a caster outer ring 2a and a caster inner ring 2b, and a caster annular hole 22 corresponding to the first air tube joint 11 is provided between the caster outer ring 2a and the caster inner ring 2 b. This design is such that normal use rotation of the castor 2 is not affected by the blocking of the first air tube connection 11.
In order to match the annular hole 22 of the universal wheel, the universal wheel 2 is provided with a sealing rotating structure corresponding to the first air pipe joint 11, the sealing rotating structure comprises a first sealing plate 61, balls 62 and a sealing ring 63, the first sealing plate 61 is connected with the first air pipe joint 11 in a sealing way, the balls 62 are positioned between the first sealing plate 61 and the sealing ring 63, and the sealing ring 63 is connected with the upper side and the lower side of the annular hole 22 of the universal wheel in a sealing way. Specifically, the outer ring 2a and the inner ring 2b of the universal wheel 2 are rotatably connected to the first sealing plate 61 by means of balls 62 and a seal ring 63, while the first air tube joint 11 is fixedly connected to the first sealing plate 61. The outer ring 2a and the inner ring 2b of the universal wheel are rotated synchronously along the first air tube joint 11 connected to the first sealing plate 61 through the ring hole 22 of the universal wheel when the universal wheel 2 is rotated.
In order to make the outer ring 2a and the inner ring 2b synchronously rotate, the outer ring 2a and the inner ring 2b are also bolted with a second sealing plate 64, the second sealing plate 64 being located on the left side of the first sealing plate 61. The bolting here is not particularly limited, and as in fig. 2, the second seal plate 64 may be directly bolted to the inner ring 2b of the universal wheel, the outer ring 2a of the universal wheel is provided with a corresponding bolt collar 2a1, and the second seal plate 64 is bolted to the bolt collar 2a1.
The first sealing plate 61 is a rubber sealing plate, and the sealing ring 63 is a silica gel ring. The specific materials can be adjusted according to the requirements, and are not limited in any way.
The length of the second hose 72 is longer than the linear distance between the first air tube connection 11 and the second air tube connection 12. The second hose 72 is conveniently used with a portion of the length reserved.
