With the continuous development of medical technology, in the field of surgery, modern medicine can replace or assist the normal operation of human organs by implanting biological materials into human bodies to achieve the purpose of beautifying or healing, plastic surgery is frequently applied, however, in the process of implanting the biological materials, rejection reaction may occur in the immune system of human bodies, infection, suppuration and other situations of implantation positions occur, which seriously threaten life, and rejection detection is extremely important, the position where the biological materials are implanted is probed through the rejection detection device, the patency and blood flow of blood vessels at the implantation position can be visually checked, abscess positions can be found as early as possible, and symptomatic treatment is performed, the common rejection detection devices on the market at present are largely the same as each other in structure, and have some defects in use and need to be improved, such as the display screen and the operation table are highly fixed, doctors with different heights bend over or stand for examination, the sight line heights are different, the observation screen is troublesome, secondly, in the detection process, the surface of the probe head needs to be coated with a coupling agent, the cold touch can cause stimulation to a patient, if a wound exists, the infection risk exists, in addition, the external lead on the device is longer, the foot is easy to be stumbled when being dragged on the ground in the using process, the potential safety hazard exists, the scheme is correspondingly improved aiming at the problems, a height adjusting mechanism is added at the bottom of the operating platform, the height is flexibly adjusted, the internal stability is considered, the damage to the line is prevented, simultaneously, the device for heating and sterilizing is additionally arranged at the placing position of the probe, so that the comfort and the safety of a patient are ensured, in addition, the winding of the wire harness is optimized, and the plate for winding is increased, so that the use convenience is realized.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a surgical implanted biomaterial rejection detection device, which solves the problem that the background technology does not have the function of flexibly adjusting the height of equipment so as to facilitate observation.

The equipment height adjusting mechanism comprises a lower casing, the lower casing is installed on the top end of the box, the upper casing is arranged inside the top end of the lower casing, a hydraulic cylinder is vertically installed on the top end of the box, a fixing sheet is fixedly connected to one side inside the upper casing, a wire fixing plate is connected to one side of the fixing sheet in a splicing mode, a wire clamping cover is installed on one side of the wire fixing plate through screws, and four wire grooves are formed between one side of the wire fixing plate and one side of the wire clamping cover.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the implanted biomaterial rejection detection device for surgery not only realizes the function of flexibly adjusting the height of equipment so as to facilitate observation, realizes the functions of heating, sterilizing and preventing irritation, but also realizes the function of preventing the wire from being wound and stumbled;
(1) by arranging the lower casing, the upper casing, the hydraulic cylinder, the fixing sheet, the wire fixing plate, the wire clamping cover and the wire groove, when the height is required to be adjusted in use, the hydraulic cylinder is started, the box body is taken as a base point, upward pushing force is applied to the operating platform to push the overall height of the operating platform to change, the lower casing and the upper casing are mutually nested and telescopic, on one hand, the hydraulic cylinder and the wire harness inside the operating platform are protected from being damaged, on the other hand, the supporting function of a foundation is achieved when the hydraulic cylinder does not work, the wire harness inside the operating platform is clamped into the wire groove between the wire clamping cover and the wire fixing plate while the height is adjusted, the wire harness is prevented from being clamped between the lower casing and the upper casing or being entangled in the process of ascending and descending, the realization of the internal function is influenced, the fixing sheet plays a role in fixing and installing the foundation, if the wire harness needs to be removed, only the screw is unscrewed to take the wire clamping cover down, the function of flexibly adjusting the height of the equipment to facilitate observation is realized;
(2) by arranging the housing, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp, the electric heating sheet, the connecting block and the fixed inserting rod, when the ultraviolet disinfection lamp is used, the top of the detection head hung on the hanging frame is covered by the housing in a non-working state of the detection head, the electric heating sheet in the housing is started, heat is transferred to the top of the detection head by heating air in the housing, meanwhile, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp plays a basic disinfection role to prevent infection of a patient caused by bacteria adhesion, and the connecting block and the fixed inserting rod are used as installation base points of the housing, so that a user can conveniently turn up the housing for overhaul, adjust the angle and the like, and the functions of temperature rise, disinfection and irritation prevention are realized;
(3) through being provided with the fixed plate, fixing bolt, wiring board and baffle, during the use, when the handheld probe of user detected the patient, the wire that the probe afterbody dragged can select length as required in a flexible way, unnecessary part winding is on the wiring board, prevent to pile up and trample or cause stumble the foot on ground, baffle on the wiring board divides the top of wiring board into three region, can place three group's wires simultaneously, the chaotic condition of wire entanglement can not appear, fixed plate and fixing bolt are as the basis of structure, the stability of wiring board installation has been guaranteed, the function of the foot of preventing stumbleing is rolled up to the wire has been realized.

Example 4: a fixing plate 23 is arranged at the top end of one side of the box body 28, a wire hanging plate 25 is transversely and fixedly connected to one side of the fixing plate 23, three groups of partition plates 26 are glued to the top end of the wire hanging plate 25, and two groups of fixing bolts 24 are inserted into one side of the fixing plate 23;

The working principle is as follows: when the invention is used, firstly, when the height needs to be adjusted, the hydraulic cylinder 6 is started, the box body 28 is taken as a base point, the whole height of the operating platform 11 is pushed to change by applying upward pushing force to the operating platform 11, the lower casing 4 and the upper casing 5 are nested and telescopic with each other, on one hand, the hydraulic cylinder 6 and the wire harness inside are protected from being damaged, on the other hand, the supporting function of the foundation is achieved when the hydraulic cylinder 6 does not work, the internal wiring harness is clamped into the wire slot 10 between the wire clamping cover 9 and the wire fixing plate 8 while the height is adjusted, the wiring harness is prevented from being clamped between the lower casing 4 and the upper casing 5 in the process of ascending and descending, or the entanglement condition occurs, which influences the realization of the internal function, the fixing sheet 7 plays the role of fixing and installing the foundation, if the wiring harness needs to be disassembled, the wire clamping cover 9 can be taken down only by unscrewing the screw, so that the function of flexibly adjusting the height of the equipment to facilitate observation is realized; when the detecting head 19 is in a non-working state, the top of the detecting head 19 hung on the hanging frame 20 is covered by the casing 14, the electric heating sheet 16 in the casing 14 is started, heat is transferred to the top of the detecting head 19 by heating air in the casing 14, meanwhile, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 15 plays a basic disinfection role to prevent infection of a patient caused by bacteria adhesion, the connecting block 17 and the fixed inserting rod 18 are used as installation base points of the casing 14, a user can conveniently turn up the casing 14 for overhaul, adjust the angle and the like, and the functions of heating, disinfection and irritation prevention are realized; when the handheld detecting head 19 of user detects the patient, the wire 22 that 19 afterbody of detecting head dragged can select length as required in a flexible way, unnecessary part winding is on wiring board 25, prevent to pile up being trampled on ground or causing the stumble foot, baffle 26 on the wiring board 25 divides the top of wiring board 25 into three region, can place three group's wires 22 simultaneously, wire 22 entanglement chaotic condition can not appear, fixed plate 23 and fixing bolt 24 are as the basis of structure, the stability of wiring board 25 installation has been guaranteed, the function of the foot of preventing stumbleing is rolled up to the wire has been realized.
