Abstract
A stepless locking chassis of an office chair comprises a chassis body with an upper opening and a rear opening, a seat cushion frame, a backrest seat, a leaning and leaning force adjusting device, a hinged seat and a guide shaft, and further comprises a rotating shaft, a plurality of transmission plates, a friction braking piece, a movable shaft, a shaft sleeve, a pressure spring and an unlocking device; the rotating shaft is fixed with the front end of the backrest seat, one end of the rotating shaft is fixed with a fixing hole of the transmission plate, one shaft sleeve penetrates through a movable shaft hole in the frame plate, the other shaft sleeve penetrates through a movable shaft hole in the side wall plate, the friction brake piece and the transmission plate are arranged between flanges of the two shaft sleeves, the flanges are attached to the friction brake piece, the movable shaft penetrates through the pressure spring, the shaft sleeves on the side wall plates, the arc-shaped hole of the transmission plate and the shaft holes in the friction brake piece, the shaft sleeves on the frame plate are screwed with nuts, the end portions of the shaft sleeves are attached to the nuts, and the unlocking device is hinged to the cylindrical seat and matched with the head portions of the movable shaft. The stepless locking chassis of the office chair is characterized in that: the end part of the unlocking device is provided with a sliding wheel which is matched with the head part of the movable shaft.
The stepless locking chassis for the office chair is provided with the friction brake piece, the transmission plate, the movable shaft and the pressure spring, realizes stepless locking, and is convenient to unlock and lock.

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, an office chair stepless locking chassis comprises a chassis body 1 with an upper opening and a rear opening, a seat cushion frame 2, a backrest seat 3, an inclining force adjusting device 41, a hinged seat 42 and a guide shaft 43, wherein the inclining force adjusting device 41 is hinged with the hinged seat 42, the hinged seat 42 is in rotating fit with the guide shaft 43, the front end of the seat cushion frame 2 is hinged with the front end of the chassis body 1, the backrest seat 3 is connected with the rear end of the seat cushion frame 2 into a whole through a connecting rod 5, the backrest seat 3 extends into the chassis body 1, and the lower part of the front end of the backrest seat 3 is connected with two ends of the guide shaft 43;
the chassis body 1 is provided with a frame plate 1A, a cylindrical seat 1B is arranged on a side wall plate of the chassis body 1, and movable shaft holes are arranged on the side wall plate of the chassis body 1 in the frame plate 1A and the cylindrical seat 1B;
the device also comprises a rotating shaft 6, a plurality of transmission plates 7, a friction brake block 8, a movable shaft 9, a shaft sleeve 10, a pressure spring 11 and an unlocking device 12;
the upper part of the rear end of the transmission plate 7 is provided with a fixing hole 71, the lower part of the transmission plate is provided with a driving shaft hole, the front end of the transmission plate is provided with an arc-shaped hole 72, and the friction brake piece 8 is circular and is provided with a shaft hole positioned on the circle center;
one end of the movable shaft 9 is provided with a head 91, and the other end is provided with an external thread part (not marked); a flange is arranged on the shaft sleeve 10;
the friction brake disc 8 is arranged at the front end of the transmission plate 7 according to the modes of the friction brake disc 8, the transmission plate 7, the friction brake disc 8, the transmission plate 7 and the friction brake disc 8, the rotating shaft 6 is fixed with the front end of the backrest seat 3, one end of the rotating shaft 6 is fixed with the fixing hole 71 of the transmission plate 7 and the shaft hole of the friction brake disc 8, and two ends of the rotating shaft 6 are hinged with the chassis body 1; one end of the guide shaft 43 is fixed with a driving shaft hole of the transmission plate 7; one shaft sleeve 10 penetrates through a movable shaft hole on the frame plate 1A, the other shaft sleeve 10 penetrates through a movable shaft hole on the side wall plate, the friction brake pad 8 and the transmission plate 7 are arranged between flanges of the two shaft sleeves 10, the flanges are attached to the friction brake pad 8, the movable shaft 9 penetrates through a pressure spring 11, the shaft sleeves on the side wall plate, an arc-shaped hole of the transmission plate 7, shaft holes on the friction brake pad 8, the shaft sleeves on the frame plate 1A are screwed with nuts 13, the end parts of the shaft sleeves 10 are attached to the nuts 13, and the unlocking device 12 is hinged to the cylindrical seat 1B and matched with the head part 91 of the movable shaft 9.
The end of the unlocking device 12 is provided with a sliding wheel 14, and the sliding wheel 14 is matched with the head 91 of the movable shaft 9.
When the invention is used, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 6 and 7, (firstly) in fig. 1, the unlocking device 12 is lifted, the sliding wheel 14 on the unlocking device 12 acts on the head 91 of the movable shaft 9, and the movable shaft 9 moves leftwards in fig. 1; the head 91 of the movable shaft 9 compresses the pressure spring 11, the nut 13 leaves the sleeve 10 on the frame plate 1A, and the sleeve 10 and the friction brake pad 8 are released. (II) in FIG. 2, the back rest base 3 and the seat cushion frame 2 rotate together counterclockwise with respect to the chassis body 1, and in FIGS. 3 and 6, the back rest base 3 and the seat cushion frame 2 rotate together clockwise with respect to the chassis body 1; meanwhile, in fig. 3 and 6, the rotating shaft 6 and the transmission plate 7 rotate clockwise together, the circular arc hole 72 of the transmission plate 7 moves relative to the movable shaft 9, and the guide shaft 43 rotates clockwise; when the transmission plate 7 moves to any position, the unlocking device 12 loses power and automatically resets; the sliding wheel 14 is separated from the head 91 of the movable shaft 9; the nut 13 is jointed with the shaft sleeve 10 and automatically locked under the action of the pressure spring 11.
