Abstract
The invention provides a side-turning support device of a tank truck, which comprises two groups of support devices, wherein each group of support devices comprises a driving oil cylinder, one side of each driving oil cylinder is provided with a sliding seat, a transmission rod is arranged in each sliding seat, one side of each transmission rod is provided with a rotating block, two ends of each rotating block are provided with rotating shafts, each rotating shaft is arranged on each transmission rod and extends outwards, each transmission rod is provided with a limiting component, a square cross rod is arranged in each rotating block and connected with each rotating shaft, each square cross rod is provided with a support rod, the lower end of each support rod is provided with a support wheel, two sides of each support rod are provided with convex teeth, and two sides of each rotating block are provided with positioning components.

Technical Field
One or more embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of tank truck transportation safety, and in particular, to a tank truck rollover supporting device.
Background
The main way of transporting the chemical is road transportation, wherein the tank truck is the main transport means. During the running process of the tank truck, the rollover of the vehicle is the accident with the greatest hazard in the accident of the tank truck. When the tank truck turns over at overspeed, emergently dodges or road conditions are poor, the vehicle can be caused to turn over, and the nearby vehicle and pedestrians are greatly damaged, meanwhile, when the tank body is damaged and leaked, direct economic loss can be caused, the surrounding environment can be polluted, and in addition, the toxic medium can be leaked to greatly damage the health of surrounding masses. Therefore, necessary protection measures are needed to be taken when the tank truck turns over to protect the safety of a driver, and meanwhile, leakage of medium in the tank caused by turning over is avoided.

From the above, it can be seen that the tank truck rollover supporting device provided by one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, through the cooperation of the positioning assembly and the limiting assembly, realizes that the supporting rod supports the tank truck in a vertical state, prevents the tank truck from further rollover, ensures the safety of a driver, avoids medium leakage in the tank caused by rollover, and improves the transportation safety of the tank truck.

when the tank truck is required to be supported, the driving motor 20 drives the driving gear 21 to rotate, the driving gear 21 drives the transmission gear 16 to rotate through the transmission wheel 22, meanwhile, the clamping oil cylinder 18 drives the clamping block 19 to be separated from the transmission gear 16, the transmission gear 16 is matched with the convex teeth 9 to drive the supporting rod 7 to continuously move downwards, the tank truck is jacked up, and when the tank truck is restored to a normal state, the driving motor 20 reversely works to drive the supporting rod 7 to return to an initial position;
according to the invention, through the cooperation of the positioning component and the limiting component, the support rod 7 is vertical to support the tank truck, so that the tank truck is prevented from further rollover, the safety of a driver is ensured, the leakage of medium in the tank caused by rollover is avoided, and the transportation safety of the tank truck is improved.
