Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a wheelchair 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a seat 1, a seat cushion 2 mounted on the seat 1, and a driving device 3 mounted on the seat 1 and configured to drive the seat cushion 2 to rotate.
The seat 1 is provided with a front chair leg 11 and a rear chair leg 12 which support the cushion 2, the front chair leg 11 is fixedly provided with a universal wheel 13 so as to realize the turning of the wheelchair, and the rear chair leg 12 is provided with a rear wheel 14.
In this embodiment, the seat 1 is further fixedly provided with a motor 4 connected to the rear wheel 14 for driving the rear wheel 14 to rotate, and the motor 4 drives the rear wheel 11 to rotate so as to enable the wheelchair 100 to move forward or backward.
The front legs 11 are provided with receiving grooves 111, the receiving grooves 111 extend to the seat cushion 2, the receiving grooves 111 are provided with rotating rods 113, one end of each rotating rod 113 is rotatably connected with the front legs 11, the other end of each rotating rod 113 is fixedly connected with the seat cushion 2, and the driving device 3 drives the seat cushion 2 to rotate around the connecting position of the rotating rod 113 and the front legs 111. When the seat cushion 2 rotates, one end of the seat cushion 2 close to the front chair legs 11 descends, and one end of the seat cushion close to the rear chair legs 12 ascends, so that a user can get up, and because one end of the seat cushion 21 close to the front chair legs 11 descends, the feet of the user can slowly land when getting up, the pressure of the weight of the user on the feet is buffered, the user can stably land, and the rising safety of the user is improved.
In this embodiment, a first through hole 115 is formed through an end of the rotating rod 113 away from the seat cushion 2, a rotating shaft 117 fixed to the front leg 11 is disposed in the receiving groove 111, and the rotating shaft 117 passes through the first through hole 115 so that the rotating rod 113 and the front leg 11 can be rotatably connected. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, a bearing fixed on the inner wall of the first through hole 115 may also be disposed on the rotating rod 113, so as to reduce the friction force applied to the rotating rod 113 during the rotating process; alternatively, the rotating rod 113 and the front leg 11 may be rotatably connected by a hinge or a hinge.
The driving device 3 includes a driving rod 31 and a driving assembly 33 fixed to the seat 1. One end of the driving rod 31 is rotatably connected to the seat 1, and the other end thereof is slidably connected to the seat cushion 2; the driving assembly 33 is rotatably connected to the driving rod 31, and the connection between the driving assembly 33 and the driving rod 31 is located between two ends of the driving rod 31.
In the present embodiment, the driving rod 31 is slidably connected to the seat cushion 2 through the rail assembly 5, the rail assembly 5 includes a slide rail 51 fixed to the bottom surface of the seat cushion 2, a slide block 53 slidably connected to the slide rail 51, and a connecting portion 55 fixed to a side of the slide block 53 away from the slide rail 51, and the connecting portion 55 is rotatably connected to the driving rod 31. In use, the driving assembly 33 drives the driving rod 31 to rotate at an end thereof away from the seat cushion 2 (i.e. an end of the driving rod 31 rotatably connected to the seat 1), so that the other end of the driving rod 31 drives the slider 53 to slide along the slide rail 51 toward the front leg 11, thereby driving the seat cushion 2 to rotate around the joint of the rotating rod 113 and the front leg 111, so that the end of the seat cushion 2 close to the front leg 11 descends, and the end close to the rear leg 12 ascends, thereby helping the user to get up.
The slide rail 51 may be fixed to the bottom surface of the seat cushion 2 by bolts or screws, or may be fixed to the bottom surface of the seat cushion 2 by other means such as welding; the connecting portion 55 may be fixed to the slider 53 by a bolt or a screw, or may be formed integrally with the slider 53.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the bottom surface of the seat cushion 2 may not be provided with the rail assembly 5, and a pulley may be provided at an end of the driving rod 31 near the seat cushion 2, so that the pulley is in direct sliding contact with the bottom surface of the seat cushion 2.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the seat 1 has a first crossbar 15 disposed near the front leg 11, and an end of the drive lever 31 remote from the seat cushion 2 is rotatably connected to the first crossbar 15. In this embodiment, the driving rod 31 is provided with a second through hole 311, and the first cross bar 15 passes through the second through hole 311 so that the driving rod 31 is rotatably connected with the first cross bar 15. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the first cross bar 15 may also be provided with a bearing fixed on the inner wall of the second through hole 311, so as to reduce the friction force received by the driving rod 31 during the rotation process.
The driving assembly 33 includes a driver 331 and a push rod 333 connected to the driver 331, the push rod 333 being rotatably connected to the driving rod 31.
In this embodiment, the driver 331 has a screw rod, 333 is sleeved on the screw rod and matches with the screw rod.
As shown in fig. 2, the seat 1 further has a second cross bar 16, and the driver 331 is fixed to the second cross bar 16.
In this embodiment, the driving rod 31 further has a third through hole 313, the push rod 333 is fixedly provided with a pin 335, and the pin 335 passes through the third through hole 313 to rotatably connect the driving rod 31 and the push rod 333. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the pin 335 may also be provided with a bearing fixed on the inner wall of the third through hole 313, so as to reduce the friction force received by the push rod 333 during the rotation process.
