The invention has novel conception, ingenious structure and strong practicability, and the single bed board of the traditional transfer bed is changed into the upper and lower replaceable bed boards and the bed board is divided into two parts by the device, so that the bed board can be bent into a V shape to be effectively sterilized when the sterilization is needed, and can be rotated into a flat plate 4 shape when the bearing is needed, and the sterilization speed block is convenient to operate and is suitable for emergency treatment in the process.
