moving the right mobile base 1 to drive the insertion beam 7 to be inserted into the circular table groove 8, inserting the insertion beam into the insertion groove 9 through the guide of the circular table groove 8, enabling the insertion beam 7 to abut against the inclined surface of the insertion block 12 during movement, compressing the insertion block to enable the insertion block to be retracted into the insertion groove, and enabling the insertion block 12 to bounce upwards to be inserted into a fixed groove 13 in the insertion beam 7 under the resilience of a return spring 11 after the insertion beam 7 is completely in place, so as to limit the insertion beam 7 and connect the installation beam 3 and the fixed beam 4 together;
and step three, hoisting through the hoisting mechanism, after hoisting is finished, and when dismounting is carried out, pulling the pull ring to drive the pull rope 14 to move downwards, driving the insertion block 12 to withdraw from the insertion groove 9, and dismounting the mounting beam 3 and the fixed beam 4.
