The lifting device comprises a vertical ball screw 314 which is vertically arranged and rotatably installed in the left guardrail 304, the lower end of the vertical ball screw 314 is in transmission connection with a lifting motor 315 which is connected with the control device 309, the vertical ball screw 314 is in screw transmission connection with a lifting base 316 which is vertically and linearly guided and installed in the left guardrail 304, and the crawling device is connected to the lifting base 316. The lifting base 316 is provided with a left-right through guide channel 317 and a photoelectric switch 318 located below the guide channel 317, the crawling device comprises a crawling trolley 319 which is installed in the guide channel 317 in a pulling mode along the left-right direction, a locking mechanism which prevents the crawling trolley 319 from coming off from the left side of the guide channel and is unlocked when the crawling trolley 319 moves rightwards is arranged in the guide channel 317, a driven pulley 320 is rotatably installed on the left side of the crawling trolley 319, a belt 321 which is connected to a driving pulley 323 below the bedplate 302 after being turned around a pulley 322 on the left lower side of the bedplate 302 is connected to the driven pulley 320 in a transmission mode, the driving pulley 323 is connected with a pulley motor which is used for driving the driving pulley 323 to rotate and is connected with the control device 309, the driving pulley 323 and the pulley motor are supported on a driven bracket 325, and the driven bracket 325 is connected with a push-pull device used for pushing and pulling the driven bracket 325 leftwards and rightwards. The push-pull device comprises two pulleys 326 arranged on the left side and the right side of the bed plate 302 and a transmission rope 327 connected with the pulleys in a surrounding mode, one side of the transmission rope 327 is connected with the driven bracket 325, the other side of the transmission rope 327 is connected with a driving bracket 328, and the driving bracket 328 is connected with a screw rod mechanism which moves left and right and is electrically driven. The driven bracket 325, the transmission rope 327, the driving bracket 328 and the screw mechanism are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the screw mechanism is positioned in the bed plate 302. The screw mechanism comprises a crawling motor 329 positioned on the left side of the bed plate 302 and connected with the control device 309 and a horizontal ball screw 330 extending left and right and connected with the right end of the crawling motor, the horizontal ball screw 330 is in screw transmission connection with a translation base 331 connected in the bed plate 302 in a left-right linear guide moving mode, the lower side of the translation base 331 is connected with a driving bracket 328, and an electromagnetic type guide magnet connected with the control device 309 is arranged on the upper side of the translation base 331. The right end of horizontal ball screw 330 and the right side pulley are located in right guardrail 305 below the right end of locking channel 313.
Preferably, the crawling trolley 319 comprises a trolley body 332 made of cast iron, two groups of wheels 333 which are distributed at intervals are rotatably connected to the trolley body 332, locking holes 334 are formed between the two groups of wheels 333, the wheels 333 are all in a waist drum shape and mainly comprise wheel body parts at two ends, a conical wheel shaft part and a necking part which is rotatably connected to the trolley body 332, and the whole wheels 333 are made of engineering plastics; the left side of the vehicle body 332 is connected with a wheel carrier 335 through a connecting rod 335 which is hinged in an offset manner, the right side of the wheel carrier 335 is in concave-convex fit with the left side of the vehicle body 332 in an arc surface, specifically, the right side of the wheel carrier 335 is provided with an arc-shaped groove, and the left side of the vehicle body 332 is provided with an arc-shaped end part; the driven pulley is rotatably connected to the left side of the wheel carrier 335.
Preferably, a receiving groove 345 for receiving the vehicle body 332 of the crawler 319 is formed at the right side of the elevating base 316, the receiving groove 345 is communicated with the upper side of the guide passage 317, and a permanent magnet or an electromagnetic receiving magnet 336 connected to the controller 309 is formed at the left side wall of the receiving groove 345.
Preferably, the lifting base 316 is further provided with an avoiding channel 324 located at the left side of the guiding channel 317 and communicated with the guiding channel 317, a guiding belt wheel 337 located below the left port of the guiding channel 317 is arranged in the avoiding channel 324, the guiding belt wheels 337 are distributed at intervals from top to bottom, the upper and lower guiding belt wheels 337 are located at the right side of the middle guiding belt wheels 337, and the middle guiding belt wheels 337 are flush with each other. A guide pulley 338 which is positioned behind the guide channel 317 and is rotatably connected to the lifting base 316 is further arranged in the avoidance channel, and the guide pulley 338 is flush with the top of the driven pulley 320. The locking mechanism is positioned at the upper side of the left port of the guide channel 317, the locking mechanism comprises a lever 344 which is rotationally connected to the lifting base 316 around an axis extending back and forth, the upper section of the lever 344 is connected with a return spring 339 positioned at the right side in an abutting mode, and the right side of the upper section is also provided with an in-place stop table 340 for preventing the upper section from continuously swinging rightwards; the lower section is more than the upper section, can extend into the mounting groove on the right side of the driven belt wheel and is stopped on the groove bottom on the right side of the mounting groove. The lower side of the lifting base 316 is further connected with a vertical tensioning rod 341 which is located on the left side and extends downwards, the lower end of the vertical tensioning rod 341 is connected with a tensioning wheel 342 which is tensioned on the belt 321 and ascends and descends along with the lifting base 316, a fixed belt wheel 343 which is located between the lifting base 316 and the steering belt wheel 322 is installed between the vertical tensioning rod 341 and the vertical screw rod, and the fixed belt wheel 343 is rotatably installed in the left guardrail 304 and is located below the top surface side of the mattress 303.

Particularly, when the person needs to turn over, the lifting motor 315 is started firstly, so that the lifting base 316 descends until the photoelectric switch 318 is shielded by the quilt 303 to trigger; then the crawling motor 329 is started, the accommodating magnet 336 is powered off, the guiding magnet is powered on, the wheel carrier 335 retracts a little bit to the left, the vehicle body 332 and the wheel carrier 335 are in butt joint, then the driving bracket 328 stops moving to the left, and the vehicle body 332 is captured by the guiding magnet; then, under the action of the horizontal ball screw 330, the translation base 331 drives the belt wheel mechanism and the crawling vehicle to crawl rightwards together above the mattress 303 until the crawling trolley 319 enters the locking channel 313; then the crawling motor 329 is turned off, the electromagnetic lock catch 312 is started, and the crawling trolley 319 is locked on the right guardrail 305; then, starting the belt wheel motor to enable the belt 321 to rotate anticlockwise, and applying an auxiliary force for leftward translation to the patient until the belt is translated in place; the pulley motor is then controlled to reverse and the lift motor 315 is activated so that the lift base 316 is raised to assist the patient in rolling his or her right side.

Claims (10)

1. The bed comprises a bed board, a mattress is laid on the bed board, a left guardrail and a right guardrail are respectively arranged at the left and the right of the bed board, a bed tail guardrail is arranged at the rear of the bed board, a pitching mechanism is arranged below the bed board, and the bed is characterized in that,
one of the left guardrail and the right guardrail is provided with an electrically driven lifting device, the other guardrail is provided with an electromagnetic lock catch which is positioned above the mattress and is flush with the top surface of the mattress, the lifting device is in supporting connection with a crawling device for telescopically crawling on the top surface of the mattress and an electrically driven belt wheel mechanism connected to the left side of the crawling device, the belt wheel mechanism and the crawling device synchronously move left and right, and the crawling device is provided with a lock hole matched with the electromagnetic lock catch;
the tailstock guardrail is fixed with and is used for the drive pitching machine of every single move mechanism, be located tailstock guardrail and flexible telescopic link around and, connect at the handle of telescopic link front end and connect the controlling means at the telescopic link rear end, controlling means connects pitching machine, the automatically controlled part of telescopic link, elevating gear's automatically controlled part, the automatically controlled part of the device of crawling and the automatically controlled part of electromagnetism hasp, controlling means is used for carrying out following instruction:
under the control of a wireless instruction of the bracelet, the telescopic rod is controlled to stretch back and forth; and
after the control switch on the handle is triggered, the pitching motor, the lifting device, the crawling device and the electromagnetic lock catch are controlled to be started or closed.

The bedding of claim 2, wherein the right guardrail is provided with a locking channel adjacent to the upper side of the top surface of the mattress, the electromagnetic lock catch is arranged on the upper side of the inner wall and/or the lower side of the inner wall of the locking channel, the electromagnetic lock catch comprises an electromagnetic push rod which stretches up and down and is connected with the control device, and the output end of the electromagnetic push rod is connected with a lock tongue which is used for extending out of the inner wall of the locking channel and is matched with the lock hole plug bush.

The bed as claimed in claim 2, wherein the elevating base has a left and right through guiding channel, the crawling device includes a crawling trolley which is installed in the guiding channel in a left and right direction in a pulling manner, a locking mechanism is installed in the guiding channel for preventing the crawling trolley from coming off from the left side of the guiding channel and unlocking the crawling trolley when the crawling trolley moves to the right side, a driven pulley is rotatably installed on the left side of the crawling trolley, a belt which is connected to a driving pulley below the bed plate after passing around the belt and turning around the pulley at the left and lower part of the bed plate is connected to the driven pulley, the driving pulley is connected to a pulley motor for driving the driving pulley to rotate and connected to the control device, the driving pulley and the pulley motor are supported on a driven bracket, and the driven bracket is connected to a push-pull device for pushing and pulling the driven bracket left and right.

The bed tool as claimed in claim 6, wherein the crawling trolley is made of iron-based magnetic material partially or completely, the screw mechanism comprises a crawling motor located on the left side of the bed plate and connected with the control device and a horizontal ball screw extending left and right and connected with the right end of the bed plate, the horizontal ball screw is in screw transmission connection with a translation base connected with the bed plate in a left-right linear guide moving mode, the lower side of the translation base is connected with the driving bracket, and the upper side of the translation base is provided with an electromagnet connected with the control device.
