Detailed Description
The technical contents of the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be more clearly and easily understood by referring to the drawings attached to the specification. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms of embodiments and the scope of the invention is not limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
In the drawings, structurally identical elements are represented by like reference numerals, and structurally or functionally similar elements are represented by like reference numerals throughout the several views. The size and thickness of each component shown in the drawings are arbitrarily illustrated, and the present invention is not limited to the size and thickness of each component. The thickness of the components may be exaggerated where appropriate in the figures to improve clarity.
As shown in FIG. 1, the invention discloses a folding obstacle crossing walker, which comprises a first support module 100, a second support module 200, a third support module 300, universal wheels 500 and rear wheels 600, wherein the first support module 100, the second support module 200 and the third support module 300 are all of symmetrical structures. The third support module 300 is positioned at the bottom of the walking aid, and the universal wheels 500 and the rear wheels 600 are respectively connected to the third support module 300; the second support module 200 is vertically arranged on the third support module 300, and the second support module 200 can be lifted to adjust the height of the walking aid; the first support module 100 is provided on the second support module 200 to be lifted and lowered together with the second support module 200. The first support module 100 includes a first U-shaped support frame and a pair of control handles 130, the first U-shaped support frame includes a first connecting member 110 and a pair of first sidewalls 120 extending outward from both ends of the first connecting member 110, and the control handles 130 are rotatably connected to ends of the corresponding first sidewalls 120, respectively, so that the control handles 130 can be folded toward the U-shaped space of the first U-shaped support frame (see fig. 8). The third supporting module 300 includes a second U-shaped supporting frame and a pair of third connecting members 330, the second U-shaped supporting frame includes a second connecting member 310 and a second sidewall 320 extending outward from both ends of the second connecting member 310, the third connecting members 330 are rotatably connected to ends of the second sidewall 320, respectively, and the third connecting members 330 can be folded toward the U-shaped space of the second U-shaped supporting frame. The universal wheels 500 are connected to the second U-shaped support frame and located at two sides of the second connecting member 310, and the rear wheels 600 are connected to the end of the third connecting member 330 far from the second side wall 320. The second support module 200 comprises a first telescopic part 210 and a second telescopic part 220, two ends of the first telescopic part 210 are respectively connected to the first connecting part 110 of the first U-shaped support frame and the second connecting part 310 of the second U-shaped support frame, two ends of the second telescopic part 220 are respectively connected to the control handle 130 and the third connecting part 330, and can move together with the control handle 130 and the third connecting part 330 into the U-shaped space.
The folding obstacle crossing walker of the present invention has an open configuration as shown in FIG. 1 and a folded configuration as shown in FIG. 8. In the folded state, the control handle 130 and the third connecting member 330 can be folded toward the U-shaped space, and the second support module 200 can be lowered, so that the walker which is not in the use state is reduced in size and is convenient to store and carry.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the two first sidewalls 120 of the first U-shaped support frame are a square tube structure, and a first dust cap 121 (see fig. 3) is disposed at an end of the first sidewalls 120.
In some embodiments, a second dust cap 331 (see fig. 1) is disposed on the third connector 330. The third link 330 may be hingedly connected to an end of the second side wall 320 such that it can be rotated relative to the second side wall 320 into the U-shaped space of the second U-shaped support bracket.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, a handle 140 is further disposed on the first U-shaped supporting frame, and the handle 140 is rotatably connected to two ends of the first connecting member 110 of the first U-shaped supporting frame and symmetrically disposed. The grip 140 includes a damping bracket 141 and a connecting rod 142, the damping bracket 141 is connected to the first connecting member 110, and the connecting rod 142 is disposed on the damping bracket 141. The grip 140 is suitable for users with better arm muscle strength. The damping support 141 can be further provided with a damping sheet, and when the grip 140 is used, the grip 140 keeps an upright state, so that the ergonomic concept is met. A U-shaped arm rest pad 150 may be disposed above the first sidewall 120, and when the grip 140 is not in use, the grip 140 may be rotated such that the grip 140 is received in the U-shaped channel of the U-shaped arm rest pad 150. The rubber sleeve can be arranged on the part of the grip 140 for holding, so that the comfort is improved.
The control handle 130 is suitable for users with weak arm muscle and provides better comfort for the user. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the control handle 130 includes a second square pipe 131 and a circular pipe 132, one end of the second square pipe 131 is hinged to the end of the first side wall 120 far away from the first connecting member 110, and one end of the circular pipe 132 is connected to the other end of the second square pipe 131, so that the second square pipe 131 and the circular pipe 132 can be folded into the U-shaped space of the first U-shaped support frame. The round tube 132 is convenient for a user to hold, and a rubber sleeve can be arranged on the round tube 132, so that the use comfort is improved.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the second support module 200 is liftable, wherein the first telescopic member 210 is located between the first connecting member 110 of the first U-shaped support frame and the second connecting member 310 of the second U-shaped support frame, the first telescopic member 210 includes a pair of first square tubes 211, a pair of air spring rods 212 and a dc push rod motor 240, one end of each first square tube 211 is connected to the second connecting member 310, the pair of first square tubes 211 are arranged in parallel, one end of each pair of air spring rods 212 is inserted into the corresponding first square tube 211 and moves in a telescopic manner, and the other end of each air spring rod 212 is connected to the first connecting member 110; a transverse reinforcing bar 230 is disposed between the pair of first square tubes 211, and one end of a dc push rod motor 240 is disposed on the reinforcing bar 230 and the other end is connected to the second connector 310. The second expansion part 220 includes a pair of second fixing rods 221 and a pair of second expansion rods 222, one end of each second fixing rod 221 is connected to the corresponding third connecting member 330, the other end of each second fixing rod is inserted into the corresponding second expansion rod 222, the upper portion of each second expansion rod 222 is connected to the corresponding control handle 130, and the second expansion part 220 is movable within the fixing rods. The first and second extendable members 210 and 220 may be driven by a dc push rod motor 240 to adjust the height. The expansion range of the expansion piece can be set according to practical settings, and preferably, can be set to 750 mm and 950 mm. The second support module 200 achieves the purpose of adjusting the height of the walking aid by adjusting the length of the telescopic member, and the reinforcing rods 230 can ensure the stability of the support of the walking aid.
The third support module 300 plays a main supporting role. The second side wall 320 of the second U-shaped supporting frame may be a square tube structure. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, a battery case 410 may be disposed on each of the two second sidewalls 320, and the battery case 410 may be divided into upper and lower layers to increase the battery capacity. Two side surfaces of the battery box 410 can adopt a grid hollow design, so that the weight is reduced, and heat dissipation is facilitated. A control box 420 may be provided on the second connector 310. Therefore, some electronic components can be arranged on the walking aid to expand the functions of the walking aid. For example, a light bulb 421 for night illumination is installed at the front end of the control box 420; a sensor mounting plate 422 can be mounted in the middle of the front end of the control box 420, a pair of radar sensors 423 and a binocular camera 424 are arranged on the sensor mounting plate 422 and used for monitoring obstacles, and the three can be distributed in a triangular shape, so that the sensors are prevented from blocking sight; an ultrasonic sensor 525 may be further provided, and the ultrasonic sensor 525 may be provided on the first connecting member 110 and the second connecting member 310, and may be disposed in a vertically and horizontally symmetrical arrangement for detecting a distance to an obstacle in front. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the universal wheel 500 may be connected to the second U-shaped support frame by a third telescopic member 510. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, the walker further comprises a seat module 700. The seat module 700 includes a seat pan 710, a backrest 730, a fourth link 720, and an angle bracket 740. The height of the seat plate 710 may be set as desired, and preferably, set to 420 mm. One side of the seat plate 710 is connected to a fourth link 720, and the fourth link 720 is hinged to a middle lower portion of the first extensible member 210. The fourth link 720 is coupled to the seat plate 710 by a bolt. The seat plate 710 has a proper height and is comfortable to use, and meets the ergonomic concept. The backrest 730 is coupled to the first expansion member 210 below the reinforcing bar 230. The backrest 730 may be tapered, with rounded edges, and the thicker end of the backrest 730 facing downward, in accordance with ergonomic considerations. The corner brace 740 is connected to the bottom end of the backrest 730 for supporting the backrest 730. The seat module 700 can be used for a user to rest and can be easily folded when not in use.
In some embodiments, the square tubes and round tubes used in the invention can be made of hollow aluminum alloy, so that the walking aid is light in weight. All the ports of the hollow pipe can be provided with dustproof covers to form a closed hollow pipe.
