The pad body 402 can be detachably connected to the inner arc surface of the support plate through magic tape, the pad body 402 can be detached, replaced and cleaned, the pad body 402 is made of silica gel materials, circular bosses with different diameters and heights are arranged on the surface of the pad body 402, circular bosses with different sizes are arranged, when the arm of a patient is supported on the pad body, a flow channel is formed between the arm and the circular bosses and can be ventilated, the circular bosses have supporting functions with different strengths, the movable arm can be supported through massage with different degrees, and rehabilitation of the arm of the patient can be facilitated.
As an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, the angle of the backrest plate 3 is adjusted by an angle adjusting mechanism 22, a first hinge seat 22b and a hinge block 22d are mounted on a rear side wall of the backrest plate, the first hinge seat 22b is located below the hinge block 22d, an electric telescopic rod 22a is disposed inside the enclosure plate 2, a second hinge seat 22c is disposed above the electric telescopic rod 22a, a telescopic end of the electric telescopic rod 22a is hinged to the first hinge seat 22b, and the hinge block 22d is hinged to the second hinge seat 22 c. As an important technical solution of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, in the present application, the auxiliary lifting structure 6 includes two second lifting push rods 6b and two second lifting pull straps 6a, where the two second lifting push rods 6b are respectively disposed at the lower side of the controller 23 and fixedly connected to the enclosure plate 2, the two lifting pull straps 6a are arc-shaped and distributed along the direction of the enclosure plate 2, and two ends of the two lifting pull straps are respectively fixedly connected to the two second lifting push rods 6 b; the lifting belt 6a is an elastic belt, the lower edge of the lifting belt 6a is provided with a plurality of hooks 6c, when a hemiplegic patient sits on the seat body 1 and needs to get up to get rid of trousers in a toilet, part of the hooks 6c are hooked on the edges of the trousers, the arms of the patient are placed on the arm supporting structure 4, under the action of the first lifting push rod 4d, the patient is assisted to get up, meanwhile, the second lifting push rod 6b pulls the lifting belt 6a downwards, the lifting belt 6a can assist the patient to get rid of the trousers to a half, and at the moment, the hemiplegic patient can completely get rid of the trousers with the other hand when sitting down. When the trousers are worn, the arm supporting structures 4 assist the patient to stand, and the trousers can be pulled up by the movable hands.
Preferably, a cavity 1g is formed below the seat body 1, two opening plates 13a are arranged in the cavity 1g, the two opening plates 13a are slidably connected with a sliding groove in the inner wall of the cavity 1g through a sliding block 13c, an electric push rod 13b is connected to the side edge of each opening plate 13a, the two opening plates 13a can be opened and closed under the action of the electric push rod 13b, when the two opening plates 13a slide to the middle to be closed, the defecation hole 1f is closed, and when the two opening plates 13a slide to the two sides, the defecation hole 1f is opened; the opening and closing of the defecation through hole 1f can be controlled through the opening plate 13a, the opening plate 13a can support the buttocks of a patient, a certain gap is formed between the opening plate 13a and the buttocks when the opening plate 13a is closed, and the opening plate 13a is matched with the seat cushion 12 to play a role in preventing pressure sores.
The horizontal cross section of the excrement through hole 1f is in a water drop shape with one wide end and one narrow end, the forward end of the excrement through hole 1f is the narrow end, a cover plate 14 is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the cavity 1g through a screw, through holes with the same shape are formed in the cover plate 14 corresponding to the excrement through hole 1f, a first baffle plate 14a is arranged on the front side edge of each through hole, and a second baffle plate 14b is arranged on the rear side edge of each through hole; the first baffle 14a is arranged in a backward inclined manner and is in a concave arc shape, and the second baffle 14b is in a circular arc shape. A positioning hole 1205 is arranged below the second hard cushion layer 1203, and the positioning hole 1205 is matched with the positioning column 1e on the surface of the seat body 1 to position the seat cushion 12. When a hemiplegic patient sits on the cushion 12, the buttocks move slightly, the soft hollow column 12a can change the supporting position, can prevent pressure sores, and improves the comfort of the patient.
Preferably, a foot pedal 10 is further provided below the front side plate 1a, the foot pedal 10 is connected to the lower side of the front side plate 1a through a nitrogen spring 120411, and when a hemiplegic patient steps on the foot pedal 10 to stand on the wheelchair, the foot pedal 10 moves downward. Preferably, the auxiliary wheel 9b comprises a triangular support frame 9a arranged at equal angles, the triangular of the triangular support frame 9a is respectively connected with the auxiliary wheel 9b in a rotating manner, the inner side of the triangular support frame 9a is connected with a second connecting seat 9e, a first connecting seat 9c is arranged above the second connecting seat 9e, the second connecting seat 9e is connected with the first connecting seat 9c through a shock absorber 9d, and the upper part of the first connecting seat 9c is connected with the mounting seat 1d through a rotating shaft in a rotating manner.
