The novel folding cart as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a handrail assembly (7), wherein the handrail assembly comprises a handrail connecting piece (71), a U-shaped bent pipe (72) and a fourth linkage piece (73), the handrail connecting piece (71) is correspondingly positioned in the middle of the two pushing handles (12), two ends of the U-shaped bent pipe (72) are respectively detachably mounted with the upper ends of the two handrail connecting pieces (71), the lower end of the handrail connecting piece (71) is pivotally connected with one end of the fourth linkage piece (73), and the free end of the fourth linkage piece (73) is pivotally connected with the rear supporting piece (42).
