Taking a driving device with a motor or a combination of the motor and a speed reducer as an example, direct current which is not more than rated current of the motor can be input to the motor, so that the motor is in an energy consumption braking state and becomes a resistance source.
The lower limb rehabilitation training device for the bed can realize independent lower limb training, and the human body is prone when the lower limb is trained.
The lower limb rehabilitation training device for the bed can comprise three training modes, namely a passive training mode, a power-assisted training mode and an active training mode.
During passive training, the power sources are all from the driving part, the feet are positioned on the pedals 52, the driving part drives the crank 54 to rotate to drive the pedals 52 to move, and the pedals 52 drive the ankle to swing reciprocally.
During power-assisted training, between passive training and active training, the power source part comes from the driving part, part comes from human foot, operates the human-computer interaction device 6 controls the driving part to turn into the power-assisted training mode, and the intelligent induction system (comprising a sensor and a control circuit) is started to complete the power-assisted training in cooperation with human ankle.
When the human body is actively trained, the human feet are used as power sources to drive the pedals 52 to move, the human-computer interaction device 6 can be used for controlling the training resistance, the resistance of different magnitudes can be used for exercising the muscle movement of the lower limbs of the human body in different degrees, and the control capacity of the brain nerves to the muscle movement is remodeled in a layered and graded mode.
The lower limb rehabilitation training device for the bed can eliminate local degrees of freedom, so that abnormal joint reaction is restrained, certain movement angles are generated on ankle joints on two sides, proper ankle pump movement is formed, and good ankle joint training effect is achieved. The lower limb rehabilitation training device for the bed has the advantages of simple structure, small volume and convenient overall arrangement. The base of the lower limb rehabilitation training device for the bed is stable in structure and convenient to move, and wheels are arranged on the base. The lower limb training mechanism of the lower limb rehabilitation training device for the bed of the embodiment is adjustable in position and can be stored. The length of the crank, the rod piece, the stand column of the support frame and the cantilever of the bed lower limb rehabilitation training device can be adjusted, the bed lower limb rehabilitation training device can be well adapted to the exercise training requirements of different crowds, and the training effect is guaranteed. The lower limb exercise training mechanism of the bed lower limb rehabilitation training device of the embodiment can directly reform the existing rehabilitation training device and the like, so that the lower limb exercise training mechanism has an ankle joint training function. The rehabilitation training device can meet the rehabilitation training requirements of people who cannot get out of bed.
