Abstract
High paraplegic patients, such as cervical and lumbar injury patients, are eager for autonomous standing and autonomous walking, and the devices in the aspect are few, large, complex and expensive. The invention uses the equipments such as the back bar, the seat plate, the thigh bar, the shank bar, the foot plate, etc. to support the body; the patient operates the feet with the healthy hands to realize the desired autonomous standing and autonomous walking. The present invention has two configurations, a first configuration for use with a relatively strong patient and a second configuration for use with a relatively weak patient.

A walking aid for high paraplegia patients.
Background
High paraplegic patients, such as cervical and lumbar injury patients, are eager for autonomous standing and autonomous walking, and the devices in the aspect are few, large, complex and expensive.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention uses the equipments such as the back bar, the seat plate, the thigh bar, the shank bar, the foot plate, etc. to support the body; both feet are controlled by the healthy hands of the patient through a door-shaped control lever, a telescopic walking stick and the like, so that the desired autonomous standing and autonomous walking are realized.
The present invention has two configurations, a first configuration for use with a relatively strong patient and a second configuration for use with a relatively weak patient.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
The present invention has two configurations, a first configuration for use with a relatively strong patient and a second configuration for use with a relatively weak patient.
The first structure is as follows:
comprises a back rod (1), a seat plate (2), a thigh rod (3), a shank rod (6) and a foot plate (11);
they are made according to the curve and length of the body to be fitted, and the fitting surface is covered with a soft and breathable fabric, and is fixed on the corresponding part of the body by a flexible and strong bandage;
the two back rods are respectively fixed at the positions of two sides of the body, which are deviated to the back, and the thigh rod and the shank rod are respectively fixed at the outer sides of the legs;
the lower ends of the two back rods (1) are respectively fixedly connected with two ends of a seat plate (2) positioned below the ischium, and the two thigh rods (3) are respectively hinged with two ends of the seat plate. The shank rod (6) is hinged with the thigh rod at the knee, and the lower end of the shank rod is fixedly connected with a foot plate (11) positioned on the sole at a right angle;
the lower leg rod (6) extends upwards to the height of the handle of the walking stick (5) after passing through a hinge point at the upper end, and the upper end of the lower leg rod is hinged with the walking stick.
The telescopic walking stick comprises a telescopic walking stick, an upper walking stick section (20) and a handle (24) are connected into a whole, a lower walking stick section (26) is movably matched with the upper walking stick section, a built-in spring (25) is arranged, a telescopic key (29) is arranged on the side surface of the handle, an insertion pin (28) is arranged at the front end of the telescopic key, a handle hole (22) is arranged at the upper walking stick section, a positioning hole (21) is formed in the upper walking stick section, when the walking stick is retracted to the normal length, the handle hole is overlapped with the positioning hole, the insertion pin (28) simultaneously extends into the handle hole and the positioning hole, the walking stick is locked at the normal length, if the telescopic key (29) is pressed by a thumb while the handle is held, the insertion pin (28) is pulled out of the positioning hole, and the spring enables the walking stick to extend.
The hinge points between the thigh rod (3) and the shank rod (6) and between the thigh rod (3) and the seat plate (2) are provided with brake devices, a brake handle (23) is arranged on the walking stick handle (24), one brake handle simultaneously controls two brake wires connected with the brake devices, the brake handles are controlled in reverse direction, the normal state when the hands are not held is braking, and the holding is releasing braking.
The lower leg rod (6) and the upper leg rod (3) extend upwards for a section after passing through the hinge point at the upper end, the upper end of the lower leg rod is provided with a magnet (14), the magnet can increase the reliability of the upright state of the leg when being attracted with the upper leg rod or the back rod (1), and the acting force of the magnet can be adjusted by moving the position of the magnet;
be equipped with extension spring (12), its effect between shank pole (6) upper end and thigh pole (3): 1. the reliability of the standing state of the leg can be increased, and 2, the lifting of the shank of the lower leg can be increased when the user walks, so that the stride is increased. The second structure is that some facilities are added on the basis of the first structure, and mainly avoid the relatively high physical requirements of the patient that the upper body inclines right, the gravity center moves right, and the body is supported only by two points on the right:
the two control rods are arranged side by side and slightly staggered from top to bottom, so that the hand rods of the two control rods are arranged inside the outer foot rods, the mutual interference is avoided, and a semicircular elbow (19) is arranged at the fixed position of the foot rod of the upper rotating shaft and the fixed position of the upper rotating shaft end, so that the hand rod end of the lower rotating shaft is avoided.
