During operation, the closing plate 233 is removed, before the fixing block 5 is pressed to move, the vent groove 53 is positioned above the fourth groove 231, the fourth groove 231 is positioned above the vent groove 53 and is not overlapped with the vent groove 53, and at the moment, the side wall of the fixing block 5 is in close contact with the side wall of the first cavity 23, so that high-pressure air in the first cavity 23 is limited; when the fixed block 5 moves downwards, the vent groove 53 is superposed with the fourth groove 231, high-pressure air flows out through a gap between the fourth groove 231 and the vent groove 53, when long hairs of a patient fall into the gap between the fixed block 5 and the inner surface of the first groove 21, the flowing high-pressure air impacts the long hairs to enable the long hairs to float upwards, on one hand, the hairs are far away from the gap between the fixed block 5 and the side wall of the first cavity 23 under the impact action, the patient who is dusty with the long hairs is reminded to pay attention to fixation of the long hairs, and the long hairs are prevented from being wound into the gap between the fixed block 5 and the side wall of the first cavity 23; on the other hand, whether the fixation between the long hair and the fixed hook block 521 is tight can be determined; the air flowing out accelerates the air flow rate between the patient and the fixing device, so that the gap between the patient and the fixing device is ventilated, and the comfort level of the patient is improved; in addition, after the air flows out, the loss of the air in the first chamber 23 is supplemented in time through an external air source, so that the head of the patient is ensured to be fixed; and, when the patient feels that the ejected high-pressure air causes discomfort to the patient, the sealing plate 233 is embedded into the sealing groove 232, so that the flowing air is blocked, the flowing air is prevented from causing discomfort to the patient, and the patient can determine whether the high-pressure air needs to be ejected according to the requirement of the patient.
The specific working process is as follows:
the patient lies on the bed plate 1, so that the head of the patient is rested on the first sponge cushion 22 above the fixed block 5, and the head of the patient is limited by the first groove 21, so that the head of the patient is fixed; the back neck part of the patient is contacted with the first pillow 3, so that on one hand, the back neck part of the patient is supported, the comfort of the patient on the bed plate 1 is improved, on the other hand, the friction force between the back neck part of the patient and the first pillow 3 is increased through the anti-skidding lugs 31 uniformly arranged on the surface of the first pillow 3, and the patient is further fixed; when the head of a patient extrudes the fixing block 5, the fixing block 5 is pressed to move downwards along the first cavity 23, so that the position height of the head of the patient is adjusted, an operator can supply air to the first cavity 23 through an external air source to adjust the height of the fixing block 5, and the position of the fixing block 5 meets the requirements of the patient; when the fixed block 5 is pressed to move downwards, the fixed plate 4 on the fixed block 5 moves downwards along with the fixed block 5, and the first spring 42 connected with the fixed plate 4 rotates at the moment, so that the included angle between the first spring 42 and the fixed plate 4 is increased; therefore, the component force applied to the fixing plate 4 and perpendicular to the surface of the fixing plate 4 is gradually increased, and at the moment, the fixing plate 4 is pressed to drive the first rod 51 to rotate, so that the second spongy cushion 41 on the fixing plate 4 is contacted with the side surface of the head of the patient, and the head of the patient is further fixed; when a part of active children are used as patients to carry out CT detection, the heads of the children can be effectively fixed through the fixing device, so that the random swing of the children is limited, and the children are prevented from moving randomly in the detection process, and the accuracy of the detection result is prevented from being influenced; however, when the child feels uncomfortable and struggles violently, the fixation is too tight during the struggling process, and the head of the child is easily injured during the struggling process; the fixing plate 4 and the fixing block 5 are elastically connected, so that the fixing plate 4 is pressed and swings up and down in a small amplitude, and the fixing block 5 is pressed in the first cavity 23 to move up and down so as to adapt to struggle of children, fully relieve the impact between the heads of the children and the fixing device and avoid injury to the bodies of the children when the children struggle violently; at this point the doctor should release the fixation device and examine the fixation device and the child; when the fixing block 5 is pressed to move downwards, a part of gas in the first chamber 23 is pressed to flow into the second chamber 24 along the first channel 243, so that the gas pressure in the second chamber 24 is increased; therefore, the piston plate 241 is pressed to drive the supporting rod 242 to move, so that the supporting rod 242 slides in the T-shaped groove 43 on the fixing plate 4 while moving along with the piston plate 241, and the fixing plate 4 is further pressed, so that the second sponge cushion 41 on the fixing plate 4 is in closer contact with the side surface of the head of the patient, and the head of the patient is further fixed; the random small amplitude swing of the patient is limited by the fixing plate 4, so that the patient is kept still to cooperate with the detection of CT; when the patient struggles violently due to discomfort, the fixing plate 4 is pressed to drive the supporting rod 242 to move in a small range, so that the acting force between the head of the patient and the fixing plate is relieved, and the head of the patient is prevented from being injured; when the patient returns to normal, the support rod 242 drives the fixing plate 4 to reset along with the patient stopping the large and violent swing, so that the head of the patient is fixed again; when the end of the supporting rod 242 continuously moves to the second groove 431 on the T-shaped groove 43, the pressing plate 432 inside the second groove 431 is pressed, so that the pressing plate 432 swings in the second groove 431 and presses the second spongy cushion 41, the second spongy cushion 41 is pressed and deformed and further presses the patient, the friction force between the patient and the second spongy cushion 41 is increased, and the patient is further fixed; moreover, because the second groove 431 is positioned on the T-shaped groove 43 and is close to the top, the rotating press plate 432 presses the second sponge cushion 41 to act on the part of the patient, which is close to the face, so that the pressure vertical to the surface of the bed plate 1 is applied to the head of the patient while the head of the patient is prevented from shaking left and right, and the head of the patient is further kept stable in the detection process; when the patient to be detected is a woman with long hairs scattered, the problem that the long hairs are too scattered and embedded into gaps of the fixing device in the detection process, so that the patient forcibly tears to hurt the hair and the scalp of the patient when the fixing device is unfastened and bad experience of the patient is caused is avoided; after the fixed hook block 521 is adjusted to a proper angle by rotating the fixed hook block 521, the locking device is started by the controller, so that the fixed hook block 521 is fixed; then, the long hair of the patient is hung on the fixed hook block 521, and in the detection process, the hair of the patient can be limited by the fixed hook block 521, so that the phenomenon that the long hair is wound on a fixing device due to random scattering and discomfort of the patient is caused is avoided; the fixed hook block 521 is in contact with the edge of the first spongy cushion 22 after rotating, so that the first spongy cushion 22 can be fixed, and the first spongy cushion 22 is prevented from deforming and shifting after being used for a long time, so that the head of a patient is prevented from being fixed; in addition, when the fixing hook block 521 is not needed, the fixing hook block 521 can be rotated to make the end of the fixing hook block 521 face downwards, so that the problem that an active patient swings freely when receiving fixation and can collide with the end of the fixing hook block 521 and cause injury is avoided.
