Further, the middle of the outer side of the bracket is wrapped and connected with a first protective sleeve.

1. when a patient cannot walk vertically, the patient lies on the side, the cushion cloth is placed beside the hip of the patient, the cushion cloth is turned over and slightly moved by the patient, the hip of the patient is just sat on the cushion cloth, one hand is held at the back of the patient, the other hand holds four cushion belts to drag the cushion cloth, the patient and the cushion cloth are moved to the bedside, the patient is seated at the bedside by holding the patient with the hands, the patient is moved to the shifting machine, the support legs enter the bed bottom, the auxiliary walking shifting machine is moved to the front end of the patient, the patient holds the bracket, feet are placed at the foot pad, the snap rings are sleeved on the snap rings one by one, the patient sits on the cushion cloth at the moment, the safety belt is pulled to insert the mounting head into the clamping groove, the safety belt is blocked at the rear side of the patient to prevent the patient from falling backwards, the crank is rotated clockwise, the bracket and the cushion cloth move the patient upwards until the bracket and the cushion cloth leave the bed, the lower cross, the patient is positioned above the chair, the hand crank is rotated reversely until the patient sits on the chair, and the patient who cannot walk is moved to other places by using the method in the same way.
2. When the auxiliary walking shifter is used for moving a patient and the patient cannot walk vertically, the patient lies on the side, the cushion cloth 9 is placed beside the hip of the patient, the patient is turned over and slightly moves the cushion cloth 9, the hip of the patient is enabled to be just seated on the cushion cloth 9, one hand holds the back of the patient, the other hand holds four cushion belts 19 to drag, the patient and the cushion cloth 9 are enabled to move to the bedside, the patient is enabled to be held by the hands, the patient sits on the bedside, the shifter is moved, the lower cross beam 1 enters the bottom of the bed, the auxiliary walking shifter is moved to the front end of the patient, the patient holds the bracket 6, the feet are placed on the foot pads 3, the cushion cloth 9 and the patient are supported to move, the snap rings 18 are sleeved on the buckles 17 one by one, the patient sits on the cushion cloth 9 at the moment, the safety belt 11 is pulled, the mounting head 14 is inserted into the clamping groove 13, the safety belt 11 is blocked at the rear side of the patient, and, clockwise rotation hand crank 10, bracket 6 and cushion cloth 9 drive patient rebound, until leaving the bed, remove the machine of shifting, when removing the seat department with the patient, make the patient be in the top of seat, counter-rotation hand crank 10, sit on the seat until the patient, the patient that uses this method will unable walking on the same principle removes other places, be applicable to the patient that the low limbs is movable, let the patient stand in the centre of two support arms 8, rotate hand crank 10, make support arm 8 card in patient's armpit department, buckle safety belt 11 simultaneously, the patient sits rest on cushion cloth 9, supplementary patient walks, carry out rehabilitation training to the patient, can pull out stabilizer blade 2, select suitable width, screw up locking screw 25, fixed stabilizer blade 2, increase the width, prevent that the side arrives.
