Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of support legs 102 are connected to the lower portion of a bed frame 100, electromagnetic suckers 1021 are arranged at positions of the support legs 102 away from a ground surface, in one embodiment, one support leg 102 is connected to the periphery of the bed frame 100, and each support leg 102 is provided with an electromagnetic sucker 1021 away from a ground surface preset position, by limiting the position of each electromagnetic sucker 1021, each electromagnetic sucker 1021 has a uniform height, two adjacent operating beds approach each other during a transfer process of the bed frame 200, magnetic forces are generated between the electromagnetic suckers 1021 of the two adjacent operating beds to each other to perform mutual adsorption, positioning is provided for the transfer between the operating beds, the lower rails 101 of the two adjacent operating beds approach each other, and it is convenient for the moving wheels 203 to move from the lower rail 101 of one operating bed to the lower rail 101 of the other operating bed, therefore, the operation bed does not need to be positioned manually, great convenience is provided, and on the premise that the requirements of the embodiment of the invention are met, the electromagnetic chuck 1021 can also be a magnet or a combination of the magnet and magnetic metal, so that the invention is not limited in particular.
Referring to fig. 2, it should be noted that in some embodiments of the present invention, universal wheels 104 are connected to the lower portion of the supporting leg 102, and four universal wheels 104 can be moved more conveniently by the operating table, so that the patient can be transferred more conveniently. In one embodiment, the universal wheel 104 is a universal wheel 104 with a brake pad, which can adjust the rolling speed of the wheel and lock the wheel to be stationary, thereby facilitating the fixation of the operating table.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, a through hole 2011 for passing the moving wheel 203 is provided on the upper rail 201, the moving wheel 203 can pass through the through hole 2011 under the driving of the moving mechanism 202, and move back and forth in the through hole 2011, the through hole 2011 also provides a position limitation for the moving mechanism 202 and the moving wheel 203, when the moving mechanism 202 drives the push rod to push out, the push rod pushes the moving wheel 203, and the moving wheel 203 gradually extends out of the through hole 2011, so that the bed frame 200 ascends along with the push rod, and the bed frame 200 is separated from the bed frame 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cross section of the sliding groove 1011 is triangular, and the width of the sliding groove 1011 is greater than the width of the upper rail 201, the triangular sliding groove 1011 can ensure that the movement of the upper rail 201 does not deviate, and then the triangular sliding groove 1011, the gravity applied on the bed plate frame 200 can make the moving wheel 203 sink into a small part of the sliding groove 1011, so as to increase the friction force of the moving wheel 203 on the sliding groove 1011, ensure that the bed plate frame 200 can not move by itself under the condition that no person pushes the bed plate frame, and simultaneously, in the pushing process of the bed plate frame 200 by medical staff, the bed plate can not stop slowly due to the excessive sliding inertia, and ensure the safety of the staff as long as the user looses his hand. In one embodiment, to reduce the obstruction of the movement, the cross section of the upper rail 201 is triangular, and the width of the upper rail is smaller than the width of the sliding slot 1011, so that the upper rail 201 presses on the sliding slot 1011, and the movement of the moving wheel 203 is also facilitated.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, two moving mechanisms 202 are symmetrically disposed on the upper rail 201, each moving mechanism 202 is connected with a moving wheel 203, during the transfer process of the bed frame 200, the two moving mechanisms 202 simultaneously push the push rods to move so as to push the moving wheels 203, the bed frame 200 is lifted to be separated from the bed frame 100 by the push rods, and by disposing the two moving mechanisms 202, the force applied to the bed frame 200 during the lifting process is balanced, thereby improving the stability of the transfer.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, there are a plurality of lower rails 101, a plurality of upper rails 201, a plurality of lower rails 101 and a plurality of upper rails 201, the number of the lower rails 101 and the number of the upper rails 201 are equal and are in one-to-one correspondence, the plurality of lower rails 101 are disposed in parallel in the middle of the bed frame 100, and the plurality of upper rails 201 are disposed in parallel in the middle of the bed frame 200, so as to improve the stability of the operating bed.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, the moving mechanism 202 includes a driving motor 2021, the push rods include a first push rod 2022 and a second push rod 2023, the moving wheel 203 is provided with a wheel seat 2031, the driving motor 2021 is connected to the first push rod 2022 to drive the first push rod 2022 to move, the first push rod 2022 is horizontally connected to the driving motor 2021, the first push rod 2022 is rotatably connected to the second push rod 2023, the second push rod 2023 is connected to the moving wheel 203 and is connected to the wheel seat 2031 of the moving wheel 203, in embodiments of the present invention, a lever principle is employed to minimize the space occupied by the moving mechanism 202, the driving motor 2021 with smaller power can also lift the patient and the bed board frame 200 stably, the first push rod 2022 is driven by the driving motor 2021, because the first push rod 2022 is rotatably connected to the second push rod 2023, the second push rod 2023 is connected to the moving wheel 203 and because of gravity, the moving wheel 203 is pressed against the lower rail 101, the second push rod 2023 pushes the moving wheel 203 to gradually straighten in the vertical direction, thereby smoothly lifting the bed board frame 200. By arranging the first push rod 2022 and the second push rod 2023, and horizontally connecting the first push rod 2022 to the driving motor 2021, when the patient does not need to be moved, the moving mechanism 202 does not protrude out of the bed board frame 200, and the influence of the moving mechanism 202 on the comfort level is reduced. On the premise of meeting the requirements of the embodiments of the present invention, the first push rod 2022 and the driving motor 2021 may also be connected in an inclined manner, wherein the driving motor 2021 is disposed above the vertical direction, and the first push rod 2022 is disposed below the vertical direction, which is not limited in the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, the moving mechanism 202 further includes a double-layer hinge 2024, the first push rod 2022 and the second push rod 2023 are rotatably connected by the double-layer hinge 2024, two ends of the double-layer hinge 2024 are respectively connected to the first push rod 2022 and the second push rod 2023, and the rotation between the first push rod 2022 and the second push rod 2023 is achieved by the double-layer hinge 2024, so that the structure is simpler, and the rotational connection between the push rods can also be achieved by providing other elements while meeting the requirements of the embodiments of the present invention, which is not limited in the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, a fixing groove 204 is circumferentially disposed on an edge of the bed frame 200, a fixing block 103 is circumferentially disposed on an edge of the bed frame 100, and a position of the fixing groove 204 corresponds to a position of the fixing block 103, so that the fixing groove 204 is clamped on the fixing block 103, in one embodiment, after a patient safely moves to another surgical bed, the power is turned off, so that the driving motor 2021 drives the first push rod 2022 to retract, the push rod swings back, the moving wheel 203 retracts, the bed frame 200 descends, and the fixing groove 204 on the lower edge of the bed frame 200 is clamped with the fixing block 103 on the bed frame 100, thereby ensuring that the surgical bed does not move left and right after descending.
