Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a nursing and rehabilitation assisting device for children with cerebral palsy, and aims to reduce long-term large-amplitude stooping of a treating doctor, facilitate rehabilitation training of children patients and reduce the labor intensity of the treating doctor.
In order to achieve the object of the present invention, the present invention provides a nursing and rehabilitation assisting device for children with cerebral palsy, comprising: the device comprises a stable moving platform, a lifting mechanism, a lifting arm plate and a storage cavity, wherein the stable moving platform is used for integrally supporting and moving on a plane; the transfer platform is rotationally connected with the stable moving platform, and vertical falling handrails are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the transfer platform; the sedimentation orthopedic device is arranged in the rotary holding table and is flush with the upper surface of the rotary holding table; the supporting device is rotationally connected with the stable moving table and is used for supporting and moving the infant patient on the transferring table to the indoor ground; and the folding ladder is used for ladder connection between the infant patient rotating and containing platform and the indoor ground.
Preferably, the lifting structure is arranged around the stabilized moving platform and vertically displaces the stabilized moving platform.
Preferably, hollow holes are formed in the telescopic arm plate, and stretching rubber bands are bound between the hollow holes.
Preferably, a nylon cloth bag is arranged on the lifting arm plate.
Preferably, an electromagnetic suction rod is arranged in the containing cavity, the electromagnetic suction rod stretches in the containing cavity, and the tail end of the electromagnetic suction rod generates suction force through electromagnetism.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the rotary containing table can change the direction by rotating the rotary table on the steady moving table, so that the rotary containing table is convenient to change the use in multiple positions; the infant can go up and down on the ground and the rotary containing table through the supporting device, and the infant can also be taken when the weight is larger, so that the labor intensity of a treating doctor is reduced; the height of the rotary and containing table can be adjusted through the lifting structure, so that a data doctor can adjust the massage operation to a more comfortable height without greatly stooping; when the auxiliary tool for correcting is needed, the correcting convex block with the corresponding shape can be lifted, so that the use convenience is good; after the lifting arm plate is lifted, leg tension exercises can be performed on the children patients by stretching rubber bands, and the lighter children patients can also exercise the up-and-down actions of stairs by the stretched folding steps; in addition, articles such as wheelchairs or walking racks of the children can be placed in the storage cavity, so that the children can be conveniently used, and the space is saved. Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, a storage cavity 13 is arranged in the stabilized platform 1; the containing cavity 13 can contain articles such as wheelchairs and walk learning frames. An electromagnetic suction rod 131 can be arranged in the containing cavity 13, the electromagnetic suction rod 131 can be an electric telescopic rod, an electromagnet is additionally arranged at the telescopic tail end, the electromagnet generates suction when being electrified, and the suction disappears when being powered off; a plurality of electromagnetic suction rods 131 can be arranged in the accommodating cavity 13; an iron plate can be additionally arranged on the wheelchair and the article for the baby walker, the tail end of the electromagnetic suction rod 131 can be adsorbed on the iron plate, and the wheelchair or the baby walker can be pulled into the containing cavity 13 by retracting the electromagnetic suction rod 131; the extension of the electromagnetic suction rod 131 can push the wheelchair or the walker out of the receiving cavity 13.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, a rotating disc 14 is arranged at the center of the steady moving table 1, the rotating disc 14 is formed by rotatably connecting an upper annular flange and a lower annular flange through a thrust roller bearing, the two annular flanges of the rotating disc 14 are respectively bolted to the steady moving table 1 and the transfer table 2, and the steady moving table 1 and the transfer table 2 are concentric with the rotating disc 14, that is, the transfer table 2 is rotatably connected with the steady moving table 1 through the rotating disc 14.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5 again, the periphery of the rotary platform 2 is uniformly provided with vertical falling handrails 21, the vertical columns at the lower ends of the vertical falling handrails 21 can be inserted into the rotary platform 2 to be in clearance fit with the rotary platform, when in use, the vertical falling handrails 21 can be pulled up from the rotary platform 2 and transversely inserted for limiting in a bolting or pin joint mode, so that the vertical falling handrails 21 are ensured to be lifted on the rotary platform 2 and then stably connected to form a guardrail shape. Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the supporting device 4 is used for supporting and moving the infant patient from top to bottom between the ground and the rotary table 2; the holding device 4 may include: the device comprises push rod rotating arms 41, a beam rotating seat 42 and a hanging belt 43, wherein the push rod rotating arms 41 are oppositely arranged at two ends of the steady moving table 1, and the two push rod rotating arms 41 are driven by a speed reducer gear box to synchronously rotate; the central positions of the two ends of the beam rotary seat 42 are correspondingly connected with the tail end of the push rod rotary arm 41 in a rotating mode, the hanging belt 43 is arranged on the inner side of the beam rotary seat 42, and the two ends of the hanging belt 43 are connected with the beam rotary seat 42 in a hooking mode.
When the infant nursing bed is used, an infant patient is placed on the beam rotary seat 42, the legs of the infant patient are placed on the round cross rod on one side of the beam rotary seat 42, the other side of the infant patient is placed on the hanging belt 43, the push rod rotary arm 41 is rotated to enable the beam rotary seat 42 to be placed on the rotary containing table 2 from the ground, the infant patient can be sent to the rotary containing table 2, and the hanging belt 43 can be pulled out of the body of the infant patient after being taken off from the beam rotary seat 42; when the infant takes the wheelchair on the ground, the legs of the infant are put on the round cross rods on one side of the cross beam rotary seat 42, the hanging belts 43 penetrate through the rear lower part of the buttocks or the lower part of the waist of the infant, and the infant can be lifted to the rotary platform 2 from the wheelchair by synchronously rotating the push rod rotary arms 41 on the two sides, so that the wheelchair is convenient and fast; the infant patient can return in the same manner when returning from the transfer table 2 to the ground or to the wheelchair. The process that a treating doctor embraces or embraces the infant manually is avoided, the effect of the mode is more prominent when the weight of the infant is larger, in practice, one doctor often cannot lift the infant, two persons are needed to help to lift the infant, the labor intensity is high, the waist is easily pulled, the labor intensity can be effectively saved by the supporting and placing device 4, the stability is good, and the use is convenient.
Here, the push rod rotating arm 41 includes a rod portion and a gear portion provided at one end of the rod portion, and the other end of the rod portion is pivotally connected to the traverse swivel base 42, where the gear portion is not a complete gear but is formed with a partially cutaway portion, wherein the cutaway portion functions to be able to escape when the push rod rotating arm 41 is assembled. Wherein, the ratio of the length of the rod portion of the pushrod rotating arm 41 to the length of the crossbeam rotating base 42 ranges from 1.2 to 1.4, if the ratio of the length of the rod portion to the length of the crossbeam rotating base 42 is less than 1.2, it may cause a great amount of force to be applied to lift the infant patient up to the turn-on table 2, and it is disadvantageous to the transfer operation of the infant, and if the ratio of the length of the rod portion to the length of the crossbeam rotating base 42 is more than 1.4, it may cause the pushrod rotating arm 41 to rotate out of position when the infant patient is lifted up to the turn-on table 2.
Further, a portion where the other end of the rod portion of the pushrod rotating arm 41 is pivotally connected to the crossbeam rotating base 42 is defined as a pivot portion, the crossbeam rotating base 42 is divided into two sections by the pivot portion, a first section is a portion between one end of the crossbeam rotating base 42 where the hanging strap 43 is not provided and the pivot portion, a second section is a portion between one end of the crossbeam rotating base 42 where the hanging strap 43 is provided and the pivot portion, and a ratio between a length of the first section and a length of the second section is 0.8 to 0.9, which is considered to be both comfort of the infant patient and ease of operating a doctor, wherein if the ratio between the length of the first section and the length of the second section is greater than 0.9, then the comfort of the infant patient is greatly reduced along with the rotation of the pushrod rotating arm 41, and if the ratio between the length of the first section and the length of the second section is less than 0.8, then the rotation of the pushrod rotating arm 41 is not smooth.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a folding step 5 may be provided at one side of the rotary table 2, and the folding step 5 may be used for a step connection of a child patient between the rotary table 2 and the indoor ground; the folding steps 5 are uniformly stepped after being unfolded; in this embodiment, the lower part of the folding step 5 can be additionally provided with a universal pulley, the folding step 5 can be erected vertically or obliquely by the electric pull rods on both sides, handrails or foldable handrails can be additionally arranged at both ends of the step of the folding step 5, the step of the folding step 5 is convenient for the step walking exercise of the infant patient, and the user can conveniently go to the rotary accommodating table 2.
The rotary table 2 can change the direction by rotating the rotary table 14 on the steady moving table 1, thereby being convenient for use in multiple positions; the infant can go up and down on the ground and the rotary containing table 2 through the supporting device 4, and the infant can also be seated when the weight is larger, so that the labor intensity of a treating doctor is reduced; the height of the rotary and containing table 2 can be adjusted through the lifting structure 11, so that a data doctor can adjust the massage operation to a more comfortable height without greatly stooping; when the auxiliary tool for orthopedic is needed, the orthopedic convex block 32 with the corresponding shape can be lifted, so that the use convenience is good; after the lifting arm plate 12 is lifted, leg tension exercise can be performed on the child patient by stretching the rubber band 122, and up-and-down movement of the stairs can be performed on the lighter child patient by stretching the folded ladder 5; in addition, articles such as wheelchairs or walking racks of the children can be placed in the storage cavity 13, so that the children can be conveniently used, and the space is saved. The rotary containing table 2 can rotate in the direction, rise or fall, and simultaneously can lift or put down the infant without manpower, so that the whole adjustment and mobility are good, and the rehabilitation therapy of a treating doctor on the infant is facilitated.
In another embodiment of the invention, the folding stairs 5 can be folding stairs which are completely folded and extended by pushing a pull rod through a motor. After the folding ladder 5 is folded and retracted, the lifting arm plate 12 retracts, the supporting device 4 is placed on the ground, and at the moment, the rotary containing table 2 can rotate on the stable moving table 1, so that the direction can be changed rapidly, and a doctor can use the massage table conveniently. The rotary platform 2 can also be additionally provided with a leg orthopedic device or an inclined plate for stretching the heel tendon and the like.
