The invention aims to at least solve one of the technical problems in the prior art, and provides a seat base which can optimize the structure, reduce the size of the seat, ensure smooth adjustment and improve the use experience of a user.
The invention also provides a seat with the seat base.

According to the seat base provided by the embodiment of the invention, at least the following technical effects are achieved: through setting up elasticity piece and slider, when human back leaned on the back of the chair, the slider that drives both sides slided in step in the drain pan, elasticity piece middle part and drain pan fixed joint, both ends slide along with the slider and progressively bend, realize inclining and face upward, under the spring action of elasticity piece, the back of the chair can automatic re-setting, the structure optimization is adjusted in the transmission, part quantity reduces, reduce seat size, practice thrift the accessory cost, adopt the elasticity piece to adjust, it is smooth and easy to guarantee accommodation process, improve user's use and experience.
According to some embodiments of the invention, first guide grooves are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom shell, a connecting through groove is vertically arranged on the sliding piece, one end of the connecting pin is slidably connected with the connecting through groove, and the other end of the connecting pin is fixedly connected with the chair back after passing through the first guide grooves.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a second guide groove and a connecting rod are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom shell, one end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the connecting pin, and the other end of the connecting rod passes through the second guide groove and then is connected with the chair back.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a positioning plate is connected between the sliding members at the two ends, a lifting top pillar is arranged on the bottom shell, and the top pillar is lifted to abut against the positioning plate so as to fix the tilting angle of the chair back.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a lock rod is slidably disposed in the bottom case, the lock rod is provided with a lift portion and a flat portion along a sliding direction thereof, and the lift portion and the flat portion are respectively abutted against a bottom of the top pillar, so that the top pillar has a raised state and a lowered state.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a positioning handle is arranged on one side of the bottom shell, and a drive-by-wire assembly is connected between the positioning handle and the lock rod.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a return tension spring is connected between one end of the lock lever and the bottom case.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a lifting rod is inserted into the bottom of the bottom shell, a lifting button is arranged at the top end of the lifting rod, and a pressing plate is rotatably arranged in the bottom shell and can press or release the lifting button.

Reference will now be made in detail to the present preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to like elements throughout.

A seat base and a seat therefor according to an embodiment of the invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the seat base according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes a bottom shell 100, an elastic sheet 300 and a seat back 200, wherein a stopper is disposed in the bottom shell 100, the elastic sheet 300 is matched with the stopper to fix a middle position of the elastic sheet 300 relative to the bottom shell 100, two ends of the elastic sheet 300 are provided with sliders 310, the seat back 200 is hinged to two sides of the bottom shell 100, two sides of the seat back 200 are provided with connecting pins 210, the connecting pins 210 penetrate through the bottom shell 100 and are connected with the sliders 310, and the seat back 200 rotates to enable the connecting pins 210 to drive the sliders 310 to move in a direction toward the abutting block.
It can be understood that, when the back of the human body leans against the chair back 200, the chair back 200 rotates with the hinged position of the bottom case 100 as the center, meanwhile, the connecting pin 210 drives the sliding part 310, the sliding parts 310 at the two ends of the elastic sheet 300 slide synchronously in the bottom case 100, the middle part of the elastic sheet 300 is fixedly connected with the bottom case 100, the two ends slide along with the sliding part 310, the elastic sheet 300 bends gradually, the chair back 200 tilts upwards, after the back of the human body leaves the chair back 200, the sliding part 310 slides and resets under the elastic action of the elastic sheet 300, so as to drive the chair back 200 to reset automatically, the tilting adjustment structure is optimized, the number of related parts is reduced, the size of the chair is reduced, the accessory cost is saved, the elastic sheet 300 is adopted for tilting adjustment and resetting, the occurrence of jamming is avoided, the adjustment process is ensured to be smooth, and the use experience of the user is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 7, a cushion 180 is disposed on the upper cover of the bottom case 100, the cushion 180 may be a hard plate with a soft cushion, or may be only a hard plate, the limiting member is set as the upright post 110, the upright post 110 is disposed on a straight line where a symmetry axis of the bottom case 100 is located, the upright post 110 abuts against the middle portion of the elastic piece 300, arc-shaped guide plates 111 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the upright post 110, so that the middle portion of the elastic piece 300 is fixed relative to the bottom case 100, during the bending process of the elastic piece 300, the arc-shaped guide plates 111 play a guiding role, the elastic piece 300 can be gradually attached to the arc-shaped guide plates 111, the elastic piece 300 is prevented from being excessively bent, and the reliable operation of the elastic piece 300 is ensured.
Specifically, the fine piece of elasticity piece 300 can adopt the glass, the fine piece of glass has good elasticity, toughness is good, characteristics such as intensity height, lean on the back of the chair 200 along with human back, the power of effect on the back of the chair 200 increases gradually, the fine piece of glass is bent, the synchronous gentle change of elasticity for back of the chair 200 has suitable power of leaning on, during the use, the light user of weight can not be difficult to control the back and lean on, the great user of weight also can not make the back lean on at a rate too fast, further improve user's use experience.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the sliding member 310 is provided with a mounting hole 311, and both ends of the elastic piece 300 are inserted into the mounting hole 311, so that the elastic piece 300 can be conveniently detached and replaced.
In addition, a guide bar 170 is disposed in the bottom case 100, and a slider 310 is slidably disposed on the guide bar 170, so that the slider 310 can directionally move along the direction of the guide bar 170.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first guide grooves 101 are respectively formed on both sides of the bottom case 100, the connecting through groove 312 is vertically formed on the sliding member 310, one end of the connecting pin 210 is slidably connected to the connecting through groove 312, and the other end of the connecting pin passes through the first guide groove 101 and is fixedly connected to the backrest 200. Further, a second guide slot 102 and a link 220 are respectively disposed at two sides of the bottom case 100, one end of the link 220 is rotatably connected to the connecting pin 210, and the other end of the link 220 passes through the second guide slot 102 and then is connected to the seat back 200.
Specifically, a first guide groove 101 and a second guide groove 102 are respectively disposed on both sides of the bottom case 100, the first guide groove 101 and the second guide groove 102 are arc-shaped grooves having the same center, and the first guide groove 101 is disposed below the second guide groove 102.
It can be understood that, initially, the connecting pin 210 and the connecting rod 220 are located at one end of the first guide groove 101 and the end of the second guide groove 102 close to the chair back 200, and the connecting pin 210 is located at the upper end of the connecting through groove 312, when the chair back 200 rotates, the connecting rod 220 and the connecting pin 210 are driven to move synchronously, the connecting rod 220 and the connecting pin 210 move in the first guide groove 101 and the second guide groove 102 respectively, and the connecting pin 210 moves from top to bottom in the connecting through groove 312, so as to drive the sliding block to move, convert the rotational movement of the chair back 200 into the horizontal linear movement of the sliding block, so that the sliding block can move directionally on the guide rod 170, ensure that the bending stress directions of the two ends of the elastic piece 300 are the same, and facilitate the two ends of the elastic piece 300 to bend synchronously.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, in some embodiments of the invention, a positioning plate 320 is connected between the two end sliding members 310, a top pillar 400 capable of ascending and descending is disposed on the bottom case 100, and the top pillar 400 is lifted to abut against the positioning plate 320 to fix the tilting angle of the chair back 200. Further, a lock lever 410 is slidably provided in the bottom case 100, the lock lever 410 is provided with a lift portion 411 and a flat portion 412 in a sliding direction thereof, and the lift portion 411 and the flat portion 412 are respectively abutted against the bottom of the top pillar 400, so that the top pillar 400 has a raised state and a lowered state. Furthermore, a positioning handle 120 is disposed at one side of the bottom case 100, a wire control assembly 140 is connected between the positioning handle 120 and the lock lever 410, and a return tension spring 420 is connected between one end of the lock lever 410 and the bottom case 100.
Specifically, the positioning plate 320 is provided with a stopper 330, and the top pillar 400 can abut against the stopper 330 when lifted. Moreover, be provided with installation section of thick bamboo 150 in the drain pan 100, fore-set 400 runs through to be installed in installation section of thick bamboo 150, and installation section of thick bamboo 150 top is passed on the top of fore-set 400, outwards stretches out, and fore-set 400 cover is equipped with pressure spring 401, and pressure spring 401 both ends respectively with installation section of thick bamboo 150, fore-set 400 butt, guarantee that fore-set 400 is directional to go up and down, under the spring action of pressure spring 401, fore-set 400 can reset fast.
It can be understood that, when tilting, the backrest 200 rotates to drive the slide block to move away from the backrest 200, the positioning plate 320 and the stopper 330 on the positioning plate 320 move synchronously, when the chair back 200 rotates to the maximum tilting angle, the sliding block is positioned at one end of the guide rod 170 far away from the chair back 200, the positioning handle 120 is rotated, the wire control assembly 140 is tensioned, the lock rod 410 is pulled to move through the wire control assembly 140, the reset tension spring 420 is pulled, the bottom of the top column 400 slides from the plane part 412 to the jacking part 411, the top column 400 is lifted and abutted against one side of the stop 330 facing the chair back 200, the chair back 200 is tilted, locked and positioned, when unlocked, the positioning handle 120 is rotated, the wire control assembly 140 is loosened, under the action of the return tension spring 420, the lock lever 410 moves to return, the bottom of the top pillar 400 slides from the jacking portion 411 to the flat portion 412, the top pillar 400 falls down, and the stopper 330 is released, so that the chair back 200 can return to rotate.
It should be noted that, according to actual use needs, the stopper 330 may have a plurality of slots, and the ejector rod is raised and clamped in different slots, so as to lock and position the chair back 200 at different tilt angles.
Further, a limiting post 160 is vertically disposed on the bottom case 100, a limiting hole 413 is disposed on the lock rod 410, and the limiting post 160 is inserted into the limiting hole 413 and can move in the limiting hole 413 to limit the moving range of the lock rod 410.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, a lifting rod 500 is inserted into the bottom of the bottom case 100, a lifting button 510 is disposed at the top end of the lifting rod 500, and a pressing plate 520 is rotatably disposed in the bottom case 100, wherein the pressing plate 520 can press or release the lifting button 510. Further, a lifting handle 130 is disposed at one side of the bottom case 100, and a wire control assembly 140 is connected between the lifting handle 130 and the pressing plate 520.
Specifically, the middle of the pressing plate 520 is rotatably connected to the bottom case 100, an obtuse angle is formed between two ends of the pressing plate 520, one end of the pressing plate 520 is connected to the drive-by-wire assembly 140, and the other end of the pressing plate can press or release the lifting button 510.
It can be understood that, when the lifting handle 130 is rotated, the pressing plate 520 is pulled by the wire control assembly 140, the pressing plate 520 rotates, and one end of the pressing plate 520 above the lifting button 510 is pressed against the lifting button 510 to control the lifting rod 500 to extend and retract, so as to lift and lower the seat.
In this embodiment, the tilting positioning of the chair back 200 and the lifting of the base are controlled by the wire control assembly 140, the structure is simple and compact, the wire control replaces shaft transmission, the installation space is saved, and the size reduction of the base is facilitated.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the waist pad 230 is disposed on the backrest 200, and the waist pad 230 fits with the waist of the human body during the tilting of the backrest 200, thereby improving the comfort of use. Foot pad 700 can also be accomodate in drain pan 100, and foot pad 700 rotates and is connected with installation pole 710, and installation pole 710 both ends slide to peg graft in drain pan 100 to make foot pad 700 can stretch out and retract to accomodate, during the use, stretch out and upset foot pad 700 can, during accomodating, after foot pad 700 rotated towards the base direction folding back, push into drain pan 100 can, it is convenient to use.
As shown in fig. 7, a seat according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention includes the seat base of the embodiment of the first aspect described above.
Wherein, armrests 600 are arranged on two sides of the chair, and two ends of the armrests 600 are respectively hinged with the chair back 200 and the bottom shell 100.
Through adopting above-mentioned seat base, can optimize seat size, guarantee that the seat is inclined to face upward and is adjusted smoothly, improve user and use experience.
