Background
The self-unloading ship is used as unloading equipment with an automatic control device, can automatically and continuously finish unloading operation at high speed, and has the advantages of high unloading efficiency and quick turnover. A typical unloading system is generally based on a belt conveyor, which is operated by gravity to be transported aft by a number of hydraulically operated gates, a longitudinal conveyor belt at the bottom of the tank, lifted by a C-belt to a deck unloading arm, and delivered to the quay cargo yard by an unloading arm conveyor belt.
Therefore, the installation of the conveyor belt is related to the operation of the whole self-discharging system and is an important device of the whole conveyor. In the self-discharging ship conveyor belt installation process, the design of belt laying frock is very critical to the installation of conveyor belt, according to the structure of different grade type self-discharging ship and conveyor's arrangement, and the belt laying frock needs to arrange according to different situation, complex operation.
