Lifting mechanism 2 is including shell 21, slide 22, first pivot 23, first gear 24 and first rack 25, both sides all are connected with shell 21 around the base 1, all be connected with 4 rotary types of turning block in the middle of the shell 21 upper portion outside, sliding connection has slide 22 between the shell 21 middle part, bilateral symmetry rotary type is connected with first pivot 23 between slide 22 upper portion, first pivot 23 all is connected with bed board 5, the 23 outside of first pivot all is connected with first gear 24, the 21 upper portion left and right sides of shell all is connected with first rack 25, first rack 25 mutually supports with the first gear 24 of homonymy.
