As shown in figures 1-3, the multifunctional walking aid of the embodiment of the invention comprises a base frame 1, mounting rods 2 fixedly arranged at both sides of the front end of the base frame 1, leg shields 3 arranged at one end of the mounting rods 2 in an extensible and retractable manner, the leg shields 3 extend out or retract along the direction of the mounting rods 2, the leg shields 3 are locked or unlocked through nuts 4, and the mounting rods 2 fix and support the leg shields 3. Two sides below the underframe 1 are respectively provided with 2 first pedal hooks 21, the back of the controller 12 is provided with 4 second pedal hooks 22, four corners of the pedal 24 are respectively provided with 1 third pedal hook 23, and the third pedal hooks 23 are respectively correspondingly hooked with the first pedal hooks 21 and the second pedal hooks 22 to realize the use state and the folding state of the pedal 24.

The function and the using method of the multifunctional walking aid of the embodiment are as follows:

2. As shown in fig. 5, the user wears the movement protection protector and hangs the protector on the protector hook 10 in a sitting posture state, the user holds the handle 9 with both hands, the forearm leans on the support platform 8, the foot rests on the foot rest 24, the leg shield 3 is pulled up to abut against the knee and the calf of the user, the first motor push rod 17 is controlled to extend by the control handle 20, the longitudinal support 5 rotates in the direction of extending the first motor push rod 17 with the rotating shaft 16 as the center, the user is pulled up from the sitting posture by pulling the protector, the device is pushed, the user is moved to any position, the first motor push rod 17 is controlled to shorten by the control handle 20 after reaching the position, the longitudinal support 5 rotates in the direction of shortening the first motor push rod 17 with the rotating shaft 16 as the center, and the user is stably put in the sitting posture state from the station by pulling the protector.
3. The walking training function, as shown in fig. 6, is to couple the third pedal hook 23 of the pedal 24 to the second pedal hook 22 on the back of the controller 12, to put the pedal 24 in a non-use state, to put the leg shield 3 in a state, to wear a walking training protection harness for the user, to couple the harness to the harness hook 10, to pull up the user from a sitting posture to a standing posture according to the operation in the above 1, to control the extension or contraction of the second motor push rod 18 by the operation of the human-computer interaction panel 25 to raise or lower the height of the support platform 8, to pull up the protection harness hung on the harness hook 10 to the walking training along with the rise of the support platform 8, to share the partial weight of the user's body with the harness, to adjust the support platform 8 to a proper height and angle according to the strength of the user's legs to achieve a proper weight reduction effect, such as making walking easier. If the user walking training is too tired to go back to the wheelchair or bedside, the nursing staff only need take off the pedal plate 24 from the third pedal hook 23 of the controller 12 and get in the position of the first pedal hook 21, the user's both feet step on the pedal, the nursing staff can push the patient back to the wheelchair or bedside, the walking protection protective equipment shares most weight of the body in the process, the legs do not have too big burden, the walking training becomes easier and safer through the equipment.
Moreover, the walking training can provide continuous resistance in the advancing direction, and the resistance can be adjusted; continuous traction force can be provided in the advancing direction of the user, the traction force can be adjusted, and the advancing speed of the device is adaptively kept synchronous with the walking speed of the user. When the rear wheel 14 is a motor power wheel, the motor power wheel 14 detects that the walking speed of the user exceeds a set speed threshold value, and the brake is automatically performed. Wherein, the user can set walking parameters such as training mode (assisted walking/traction walking) and upper speed threshold through the human-computer interaction panel 25, and the controller 12 can realize the above functions to meet the requirements of different users through controlling the motor power wheel 14 after the setting is completed. If the motor power wheel 14 is replaced by a non-power omnidirectional wheel with adjustable brake resistance, the function of providing continuous resistance in the advancing direction can be simply realized, and the resistance is adjusted by nursing staff.
4. Standing exercise function, as shown in fig. 7, the user wears the protective equipment, the user steps on the pedals 24 with both feet, the leg baffle 3 blocks the knees and the shanks of the user, the nursing staff pulls up the patient to the upright state through the controller 12, the protective equipment pockets the back of the user to the position of the buttocks, prevent the user from bending back, the leg baffle 3 blocks the knees to the front of the shanks of the user, prevent the legs of the user from squatting without force, the controller 12 controls the extension and retraction of the second motor push rod 18 to adjust the height of the supporting platform 8 to a comfortable height, when the user stands tired, the control handle 20 controls the first motor push rod 17 to shorten, the user is adjusted to the state shown in fig. 5, and then the user is pushed back to a wheelchair or a bedside. Compared with a traditional standing frame, in standing exercise, accompanying personnel do not need to spend a large amount of effort to move a user to a standing frame and then wear a safety belt for the user, when the user is tired, nursing personnel do not need to spend a large amount of effort to hold the user back to a wheelchair, the whole process fully protects the safety of the user and the nursing personnel, and meanwhile, a good standing training effect is achieved.
In addition, the multi-functional capable of helping people of this embodiment is also suitable for in narrow and small space, as shown in fig. 8, when the user uses this multi-functional capable of helping people ware to revolve in narrow and small space, and the smear layer 15 can be followed the rotation of equipment and leaned on the obstacle and rotated when meetting the obstacle, can rotate 90 degrees respectively to both sides, and smear layer 15 can rotate to 0 horizontal position after leaving the obstacle, has effectually reduced the gyration diameter of equipment when guaranteeing that equipment can not overturn backwards.
