After introducing the basic principles of the present application, various non-limiting implementations of the present application will be specifically introduced below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

Embodiment one

As shown in Figure 1, the embodiment of the present application provides a nursing method for children after oral surgery, wherein the method includes:

步骤S100:获得第一麻醉剂量,其中,所述第一麻醉剂量为第一儿童进行第一口腔手术时使用的麻醉剂量;Step S100: obtaining a first anesthesia dose, wherein the first anesthesia dose is the anesthesia dose used by the first child for the first oral surgery;

Specifically, children who are treated with general anesthesia for oral diseases in children, due to their limited age, poor understanding and acceptance of disease treatment and related nursing care, and poor compliance, thus have limited clinical surgical treatment and postoperative recovery. caused difficulties. Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen the fine care of children after oral surgery. During the period from the end of the operation to the recovery from anesthesia, the children are monitored in an all-round way, so as to ensure the effect of the operation and achieve the purpose of preventing surgical complications in advance. Therefore, by obtaining the anesthesia drugs and anesthesia dose used by the anesthesiologist during the operation of the child, the recovery time of the child's operation can be estimated, so as to judge whether the recovery time of the child's anesthesia is abnormal on the one hand, and on the other hand to predict The situation of the children during recovery from anesthesia was monitored in time.

步骤S200:获得所述第一儿童的第一体检信息;Step S200: Obtain the first physical examination information of the first child;

步骤S300:依据所述第一体检信息对所述第一儿童的代谢能力进行评估,获得第一代谢能力等级;Step S300: Evaluate the metabolic capacity of the first child according to the first physical examination information, and obtain a first level of metabolic capacity;

Specifically, the first physical examination information is information on the physical examination results of the first child before the operation or within a certain period of time before the operation, and the developmental status and medical history information of the first child can be obtained from the first physical examination information. , so as to obtain the health status of the child according to the first physical examination information, so as to evaluate the metabolic capacity level of the first child according to the health status. After the end of anesthesia, the patient's recovery time varies greatly, and it depends on many factors such as the patient's own pathophysiological condition, anesthesia medication, management, type of operation, and operation time. The patient's metabolic capacity and anesthesia dose are the factors that most directly affect the patient's anesthesia recovery time. The stronger the patient's metabolic capacity, that is, the higher the first metabolic capacity level, the faster the anesthetic drug is metabolized in the patient's body. The recovery time from anesthesia is shorter. Therefore, by obtaining the first metabolic capacity level of the first child, a foundation is laid for accurately evaluating the anesthesia recovery time of the first child.

步骤S400:依据所述第一代谢能力等级、所述第一麻醉剂量获得所述第一儿童的第一苏醒时间阈值;Step S400: Obtain the first wake-up time threshold of the first child according to the first metabolic capacity level and the first anesthesia dose;

Specifically, after the first metabolic ability level is obtained, the anesthesia dose injected in the first child's operation and the first metabolic ability level are used to analyze the time threshold for the first child to recover from anesthesia, and the first child A wake-up time threshold is the time threshold for the first child to fully recover consciousness from the operation. If the anesthesia recovery time of the first child exceeds this threshold, the situation information of the first child needs to be sent to the attending doctor, and then certain treatment measures are taken.

步骤S500:在所述第一苏醒时间阈值内获得所述第一儿童的第一图像信息;Step S500: Obtain first image information of the first child within the first wake-up time threshold;

Specifically, the first image information includes facial image information and limb image information of the first patient, which are obtained by the image acquisition device on the hospital bed where the first child is located, and the first image information is used to analyze the The facial and limb conditions of the first child are monitored in real time, thereby ensuring the safety of the first child during recovery from anesthesia.

步骤S600:由所述第一图像信息获得所述第一儿童的第一面部信息;Step S600: Obtain the first face information of the first child from the first image information;

Specifically, the face information of the first child is identified based on the first image information, and the features of the face information of the first child are analyzed through feature extraction. For example, by identifying the first child The child's facial color, the degree of facial swelling, and whether there is bleeding in the oral cavity are used to monitor possible postoperative complications.

步骤S700:获得所述第一儿童的第一生命体征信息;Step S700: Obtain the first vital sign information of the first child;

Specifically, it is necessary to monitor the child's vital signs such as pulse, body temperature, and blood oxygen saturation in real time after the operation. Stability of the patient's vital signs is a necessary indicator for anesthesia recovery and consciousness recovery. By obtaining the first vital sign information, it is judged Whether the first child has postoperative fever caused by the stress response of the child's immune system. For example, if the child's body temperature is lower than 38.5°C, no treatment is required; Drugs or physical cooling, pay attention to rest.

步骤S800:由所述第一面部信息和所述第一生命体征信息判断是否出现第一异常症状;Step S800: judging whether the first abnormal symptom occurs based on the first facial information and the first vital sign information;

Specifically, the first abnormal symptom includes postoperative pain, postoperative bleeding, postoperative swelling, and postoperative fever.
