Claims (10)
1. Establish coupling mechanism's balance car in middle of U type screw rod, include left automobile body, right automobile body, set up respectively wheel and intermediate junction mechanism on left side automobile body and the right automobile body, intermediate junction mechanism's both ends respectively with left side automobile body and right automobile body form pivotal connection, characterized in that intermediate junction mechanism including accept the base, respectively with accept the both ends complex coupling assembling of base, a set of coupling assembling with accept the one end cooperation of base, coupling assembling includes U type screw rod and staple bolt spare, U type screw rod and staple bolt spare cooperation are used for the staple bolt accept the base, and make left side automobile body and right automobile body respectively with accept the both ends of base and form rotatable coupling.

The balance vehicle with the U-shaped screw intermediate connection mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two ends of the receiving base are respectively provided with a pivot portion, the lower wall of the pivot portion is an arc-shaped hoop wall, the upper wall of the pivot portion is provided with a pivot convex portion and limiting portions arranged on two sides corresponding to the pivot convex portion, the cross section of the pivot convex portion is arc-shaped, the limiting portions are in a plane structure, the pivot convex portion protrudes out of the plane of the limiting portions, the hoop wall is matched with the hoop member, the left vehicle body and the right vehicle body are respectively provided with a pivot matching portion, the pivot matching portion comprises an arc-shaped pivot groove with a downward opening, an arc-shaped pivot receiving groove with an upward opening, and limiting upward portions respectively arranged on the two ends of the pivot groove, the depth of the pivot groove is smaller than the height of the pivot convex portion, the pivoting groove is matched with the pivoting convex strip portion, the limiting upward part is matched with the limiting part, and the hoop wall is matched with the pivoting bearing groove.
3. The balance car with the U-shaped screw rod intermediate connection mechanism according to claim 1 or 2, wherein an assembly channel which penetrates axially is arranged in the bearing base, and a reinforcing shaft is arranged in the assembly channel.

The balance car with the U-shaped screw intermediate connection mechanism according to claim 3, wherein the hoop member comprises a hoop ring portion and connection lugs at two ends of the hoop ring portion, the hoop ring portion embraces the hoop wall, and two ends of the U-shaped screw are respectively connected with the corresponding connection lugs.

The balance car with the U-shaped screw intermediate connection mechanism according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the upper cover of the left car body and the upper cover of the right car body are respectively provided with a plurality of U-shaped screw through holes which are matched in pairs, each pair of U-shaped screw through holes is matched with one U-shaped screw, the opening of each U-shaped screw faces downwards, the connecting ends of the U-shaped screws respectively penetrate through the corresponding U-shaped screw through holes which are matched in pairs, the bottoms of the U-shaped screws are exposed out of the upper covers, and the bottoms of the U-shaped screws form decoration parts.

The balance car with the U-shaped screw intermediate connection mechanism according to claim 4, wherein the upper cover of the left car body and the upper cover of the right car body are respectively provided with a plurality of U-shaped screw through holes which are matched in pairs, each pair of U-shaped screw through holes is matched with one U-shaped screw, the opening of each U-shaped screw faces downwards, the connecting ends of the U-shaped screws respectively penetrate through the corresponding U-shaped screw through holes which are matched in pairs, the bottoms of the U-shaped screws are exposed out of the upper covers, and the bottoms of the U-shaped screws form decoration parts.

The balance car with the U-shaped screw intermediate connection mechanism according to claim 6, wherein the bearing base comprises an upper middle cover part and a pivot part axially penetrating through the upper middle cover part, which are integrally formed, two axial ends of the upper middle cover part are in interference fit with corresponding end parts of an upper cover of the left car body and an upper cover of the right car body, a lower middle cover is matched with the lower side of the upper middle cover part, and two axial ends of the lower middle cover are in interference fit with corresponding end parts of the lower cover of the left car body and the lower cover of the right car body.

The balance car with the U-shaped screw intermediate connection mechanism as claimed in claim 7, wherein two ends of the pivot part respectively extend into the inner cavities of the left car body and the right car body, the hoop member is located in the inner cavities of the left car body and the right car body, and the hoop part protrudes outwards and is connected with the main part of the pivot part.

The balance car with the U-shaped screw rod intermediate connection mechanism according to claim 1 or 2, wherein mud guard assemblies are respectively arranged at the outer ends of the left car body and the right car body and are respectively matched with corresponding wheels, each mud guard assembly comprises an upper mud guard and a U-shaped side mud guard, each upper mud guard comprises a vertical part and an arc-shaped visor part which are integrally formed, each arc-shaped visor part is positioned at the upper end of the corresponding vertical part, the lower ends of the vertical parts are fixed on the corresponding left car body and the corresponding right car body, each arc-shaped visor part is arranged above the corresponding wheel, and the bending radian of each arc-shaped visor part is matched with the bending radian of the corresponding wheel; the side fender includes horizontal portion, the side fender portion of body structure and connects the transition portion of horizontal portion and side fender portion, the side fender portion with the lateral surface cooperation of wheel, the transition portion with the outline adaptation of wheel.

The balance vehicle with the U-shaped screw intermediate connection mechanism according to claim 8, wherein the outer ends of the left vehicle body and the right vehicle body are respectively provided with a fender assembly, the fender assemblies are respectively matched with corresponding wheels, the fender assembly comprises an upper fender and a U-shaped side fender, the upper fender comprises a vertical part and an arc-shaped visor part which are integrally structured, the arc-shaped visor part is positioned at the upper end of the vertical part, the lower end of the vertical part is fixed on the corresponding left vehicle body and right vehicle body, the arc-shaped visor part is arranged above the corresponding wheel, and the bending radian of the arc-shaped visor part is matched with the bending radian of the wheel; the side fender includes horizontal portion, the side fender portion of body structure and connects the transition portion of horizontal portion and side fender portion, the side fender portion with the lateral surface cooperation of wheel, the transition portion with the outline adaptation of wheel.
