the conversion mechanism (4) comprises an arc conversion rod (41), a first conversion plate (42), a second conversion rod (43), a second conversion plate (44), a first positioning hole (45), a conversion block (46), a fixed disc (47), a second positioning hole (48) and a third positioning hole (49), the positions, close to the two sides, of the upper end of the first conversion plate (42) are fixedly provided with the arc conversion rods (41), the lower end of the first conversion plate (42) is fixedly provided with the second conversion plate (44), the positions, close to the upper end, of the two sides of the first conversion plate (42) are fixedly provided with the second conversion rod (43), the position, close to the lower end, of the outer surface of the first conversion plate (42) is provided with the first positioning hole (45), a reinforcing plate is arranged between the two arc conversion rods (41), one side, close to the bearing mechanism (5), of each arc conversion rod (41) is provided with the conversion block (46) and the fixed disc (47), the fixed disc (47) is positioned on one side, away from the arc-shaped conversion rod (41), of the conversion block (46), a third positioning hole (49) is symmetrically formed in the outer surface of the fixed disc (47), and a second positioning hole (48) is formed in the outer surface of the second conversion plate (44);
