A rehabilitation kit for use with the training method for limited shoulder joint mobility according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that: the rehabilitation suit comprises a traction device, an external rotation device, an internal rotation device and an elastic band which are arranged in a split manner;
the traction device comprises a fixed plate, a support frame, a fixed pulley and a traction rope, wherein the fixed plate is fixed on a fixed object, the support frame is arranged perpendicular to the fixed plate, the rear end of the support frame is fixedly connected with the fixed plate, the fixed pulley is arranged at the front end of the support frame, the rope body of the traction rope is connected onto the fixed pulley, and two ends of the traction rope are arranged below the fixed pulley so as to be gripped by two hands of a patient;
the outward rotating device comprises an L-shaped rod and a binding belt, a holding ball is fixedly connected to the straight end of the L-shaped rod so as to be held by a hand on the normal shoulder side of a patient, and a holding rod is formed at the bent end of the L-shaped rod so as to be held by a hand on the affected shoulder side;
the internal rotation device comprises a traction belt and a constraint belt, wherein one end of the traction belt is provided with an annular handle for being grasped by a hand on the affected shoulder side, and the other end of the traction belt is provided with an upright handle for being grasped by a hand on the normal shoulder side.
