Abstract
The invention discloses a shank bracket structure for gait rehabilitation training, which comprises an arc-shaped plate attached to the surface of a shank, an adjusting block capable of sliding on a shank supporting rod and a connecting plate for connecting the arc-shaped plate to the adjusting block, wherein a position-adjustable tightening handle and a self-locking positioning spring pin are arranged on the adjusting block. The leg support device can realize the adjustability of the position of multiple degrees of freedom of the leg support, has simple and quick adjusting mode, and meets the comfort of patients of different crowds in rehabilitation training.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a leg bracket structure which can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to different crowds aiming at the structural defect that the existing leg bracket structure cannot be adjusted according to different leg shapes.

The adjustable shank support rod is characterized in that a U-shaped groove capable of sliding on the shank support rod is formed in the adjusting block, a mounting hole transversely penetrating through the notch of the U-shaped groove is formed in the adjusting block, and the screw rod of the adjustable tightening handle is rotatably arranged on the mounting hole.
The connecting plate is fixed on the back surfaces of the arc-shaped plate and the adjusting block through screws respectively, the adjusting block is provided with a mounting hole leading to the inside of the U-shaped groove, the self-locking positioning spring pin is mounted on the mounting hole, the shank supporting rod is provided with a row of adjusting holes, and the self-locking positioning spring pin is clamped in the adjusting hole through the mounting hole.
The back of the arc plate forms a plurality of longitudinal notches, and the binding belt passes through the notches from the back to be fixed on the arc plate.
After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the background technology, the invention has the following advantages:
the leg bracket structure can adjust the height according to the weight of the legs of the patient, and can move the leg bracket structure to a proper position according to different leg lengths, so that the adjustability of the position with multiple degrees of freedom is realized, the adjusting mode is simple and quick, and the comfort of the patients of different crowds in rehabilitation training is met.

Examples
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the lower leg support of the present invention comprises an arc plate 61 attached to the surface of the lower leg, an adjusting block 62 for adjusting the position of the lower leg support, a connecting plate 64 for connecting the arc plate 61 to the adjusting block 62, an adjustable fastening handle 65 disposed on the adjusting block 62, and a self-locking positioning spring pin 63.
As shown in FIG. 3, a U-shaped groove 621 capable of sliding on the lower leg support bar 34 is formed on the adjusting block 62, the notch of the U-shaped groove 621 is a narrow slit with an opening width smaller than the width of the groove, a mounting hole 623 transversely penetrating through the notch of the U-shaped groove 621 is formed on the adjusting block 62, and a screw 651 of the adjustable fastening handle 65 is rotatably arranged on the mounting hole 623. The handle 652 of the adjustable tightening handle 65 is rotated to rotate the screw 651, so that the screw 651 can tighten the notch of the U-shaped groove 621, and when the handle 652 is rotated in the opposite direction, the screw 651 can loosen the U-shaped groove 621.
Referring to fig. 2, the connecting plate 64 is fixed on the back of the arc-shaped plate 61 and the adjusting block 62 through screws, the adjusting block 62 is provided with a mounting hole 624 leading to the inside of the U-shaped groove, a self-locking positioning spring pin 63 is mounted on the mounting hole 624, a spring and a bolt are arranged in the center of the cylinder of the self-locking positioning spring pin 63, the shank supporting rod 34 is provided with a row of adjusting holes 67, and when no external force is applied, the bolt inside penetrates through the mounting hole 624 and pushes against the adjusting holes 67 of the connecting plate 64 under the action of the spring.
The screw 651 of the adjustable tightening handle 65 penetrates through the U-shaped groove 621 of the adjusting block 62 from the bottom of the lower leg supporting rod 34 and is connected to the mounting hole 623, the handle 652 of the adjustable tightening handle 65 is rotated, the screw 651 rotates to loosen the U-shaped groove 621 clamped on the lower leg supporting rod 34, so that the fixing can be released, meanwhile, the bolt of the self-locking positioning spring pin 63 is pulled outwards by hand, so that the self-locking positioning spring pin 63 is not clamped in the adjusting hole 67, the adjusting block 62 can freely slide on the lower leg supporting rod 34 to adjust the position, when the adjusting block 62 is moved to the proper adjusting hole position, the self-locking positioning spring pin 63 is pushed into the new adjusting hole position under the action of the spring by loosening the hand, then the handle is rotated in the opposite direction, so that the screw 651 is tightened in the U-shaped groove 621 and clamped on the lower leg supporting rod 34 again, so that the position adjustment of the lower leg bracket is realized to adapt, achieving better comfort.
The back of arc 61 has the bellied rib of multichannel thereby forms the longitudinal notch 69 of multichannel, makes things convenient for bandage (not shown in the figure) to pass notch 69 behind one's back and fixes on arc 61, and the both ends opening of bandage is equipped with the magic and pastes, and the shank hugs closely in the arc 61 during the use, with the bandage around fix on the shank through the magic subsides.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of the present invention in use, wherein the lower leg support is fixed on the lower leg support bar 34 for supporting the lower leg of the patient, and the strap (not shown) is fixed around the lower leg to provide the support function for the patient during the training.
