Disclosure of Invention

the detection system 5, the detection system 5 includes a controller 51, a hall sensor 52 and a magnetic field generator 53, the hall sensor 52 is connected with the controller 51 in a communication way and is arranged on the massage guide seat 2, the magnetic field generator 53 is arranged on the massage head 4, and the magnetic field generator 53 and the hall sensor 52 are matched in position in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the massage rotating shaft 3;

In the invention, the massage guide seat 2 plays a role in restraining and guiding the massage rotating shaft 3 and does not rotate along with the massage rotating shaft 3. Since the hall sensor 52 is connected to the controller 51 in a communication manner and is disposed on the massage guide base 2, the magnetic field generator 53 is disposed on the massage head 4, and the magnetic field generator 53 and the hall sensor 52 are matched in position in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the massage rotary shaft 3, when the massage rotary shaft 3 rotates relative to the massage guide base 2, the distance between the magnetic field generator 53 and the hall sensor 52 changes periodically, so that the hall voltage generated by the hall sensor 52 changes periodically. The hall sensor 52 feeds back the current change period of the hall voltage to the controller 51 in real time (the controller 51 may comprise a single chip microcomputer), and if the current change period is greater than the preset change period, the controller 51 judges that the massage rotating shaft 3 rotates normally; if the current variation period is not greater than the preset variation period, the controller 51 determines that the massage rotary shaft 3 is blocked (for example, foreign matters are entangled in the massage rotary shaft 3 or the massage head 4), and the controller 51 controls the driving device 6 to stop. Therefore, the machine core of the automatic stop type massage armchair when meeting with a blockage can lead the driving device 6 to automatically stop when the massage head 4 or the massage rotating shaft 3 is blocked, thereby avoiding the damage of the machine core of the automatic stop type massage armchair when meeting with a blockage caused by the continuous operation of the driving device 6.

The driving device 6 comprises a motor 61 and a transmission component, and the motor 61 is connected with the massage rotating shaft 3 through the transmission component.
The above-described magnetic field generators 53 have various arrangements: for example, the magnetic field generator 53 may be embedded in the outer wall of the massage head 4; for another example, the massage head 4 has an accommodating chamber therein, and the magnetic field generator 53 is disposed in the accommodating chamber and on a side of the massage head 4 close to the massage guide 2, so that the smoothness of the outer wall of the massage head 4 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 4, the core frame 1 is provided with a mounting hole 11 having a regular polygon shape, the massage guide 2 includes a main body column 21 and a tray 22, an outer contour of a cross section of the main body column 21 has a regular polygon shape, the main body column 21 is inserted into the mounting hole 11, the tray 22 is provided on the main body column 21, and the hall sensor 52 is provided on the tray 22. Since the outer contours of the cross sections of the mounting hole 11 and the main body column 21 are regular polygons, the main body column 21 cannot rotate relative to the movement frame 1.
In order to improve the comfort level of massage, the machine core of the resistance-meeting self-stopping massage chair also comprises a massage roller group 7, and the massage roller group 7 is arranged on the machine core frame 1.
The invention also provides a blockage detection method of the blockage self-stopping massage armchair movement, which comprises the following steps:
s1, setting a rotation period threshold of the massage rotating shaft 3 or the massage head 4 through the controller 51;
s2, starting the driving device 6, enabling the massage head 4 to synchronously rotate along with the massage rotating shaft 3, and the Hall sensor 52 inducts the position of the magnetic field generating body 53 in real time to measure the current rotation period of the massage rotating shaft 3 or the massage head 4;
s3, judging whether the current rotation period is larger than the rotation period threshold value, if so, the controller 51 judges that foreign matters are entangled in the movement of the self-stop massage chair when meeting the resistance and sends a stop instruction to the driving device 6, and the driving device 6 stops running; if not, the controller 51 determines that the movement of the self-stop massage chair normally operates when encountering a blockage, and jumps back to S2.
The jamming detection method can timely judge whether the massage rotating shaft 3 or the massage head 4 is jammed, if the current rotation period is larger than the threshold value of the rotation period, the controller 51 timely stops the driving device 6, and the damage of the movement of the self-stopping massage chair caused by jamming is avoided.
In summary, the movement of the automatic stop-when-meets massage chair and the jamming detection method thereof of the present invention can make the driving device automatically stop when the massage head or the massage rotating shaft is jammed, thereby preventing the movement of the automatic stop-when-meets massage chair from being damaged due to the continuous operation of the driving device. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
