The laterally adjustable therapeutic bed of claim 4, wherein: the track roller set comprises a roller mounting seat connected with the bed body, a supporting roller set and a guiding roller set are mounted on the roller mounting seat, the supporting roller set is assembled with a roller supporting plate connected with the X-direction translation mechanism in a sliding mode, and the guiding roller set guides the sliding of the supporting roller set.
