Wheelchair folding mechanism and folding wheelchair
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wheelchairs, in particular to a wheelchair folding mechanism and a folding wheelchair adopting the wheelchair folding mechanism.
Background
The folding mechanism of the existing wheelchair is generally realized by adopting a cross bracket, and the folding mechanism is characterized in that the folding mechanism can be only transversely folded or only longitudinally folded. The limitations of the conventional folding methods are that the wheelchair adopting the transverse folding mode has no change in the longitudinal dimension after being folded, and the wheelchair adopting the longitudinal folding mode has no change in the transverse dimension after being folded. That is, the wheelchair cannot be folded to reduce both the lateral and longitudinal dimensions, and the portability of the wheelchair cannot be improved.
In view of the above, a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art is urgently needed.

Wherein, the distal ends of the first support rod and the second support rod on the support rod assembly are provided with through holes for connecting with a wheelchair frame.
The lock hook I on the second supporting rod is a circular arc lock hook.
The lock hook II on the lock catch is an arc lock hook.
A folding wheelchair comprises the wheelchair folding mechanism, and the wheelchair folding mechanism is connected between a left wheelchair frame and a right wheelchair frame.
The folding wheelchair further comprises a latch pulling belt, and the latch pulling belt is connected with a latch on the wheelchair folding mechanism. Wherein, the pull ring part of the lock catch drawstring is arranged on the cushion in a penetrating way; the left wheelchair frame and the right wheelchair frame are unlocked in a folded state or opened in an expanded state by pulling the pull ring part on the lock catch pull belt.
The folding wheelchair also comprises a pedal frame connected with the wheelchair frame, a pedal plate and a foot protection belt connected with the pedal frame, a front wheel assembly, a rear wheel assembly, an armrest frame, a back folder and a detachable handle.
According to the wheelchair folding mechanism, when the wheelchair needs to be folded, the lock hook II on the lock hook is forced to be separated from the buckle connection of the bush sleeved on the shaft of the screw rod A by pulling the lock hook, and then the lock hook I on the second support rod is forced to be separated from the buckle connection with the screw rod on the first support rod by rotating the first support rod or the second support rod.
The invention has the following advantages:
the wheelchair folding mechanism is provided with a support frame assembly, a support rod assembly and a lock catch; the first support frame is connected with the second support frame into a whole through a screw rod, the first support frame is also connected with the second support rod through the screw rod, and the second support frame is also connected with the first support rod through the screw rod; a screw rod is arranged at one end, close to the second supporting rod, of the first supporting rod in a penetrating mode, a locking hook I is arranged at one end, close to the first supporting rod, of the second supporting rod, and the second supporting rod is connected with the screw rod on the first supporting rod in a buckling mode through the locking hook I on the second supporting rod; the screw rod on first support rod is connected to the one end of hasp, and the hasp other end has latch hook II, and the hasp is located the epaxial bush buckle of screw rod through latch hook II on its self and cover and is connected.
Through the design, the whole wheelchair folding mechanism is simple in structure, all the components are connected more stably, the self-locking function is achieved, and the whole wheelchair can be folded, so that the whole occupied area of the wheelchair can be reduced simultaneously, and the portability of the wheelchair is improved better.
