s1, a passenger sits on the automobile seat, the body type information of the passenger is input into a control system, the control system compares an internal database, and controls the pressure adjusting device to carry out initialization setting on the cushion adjusting unit and the backrest adjusting unit;
s2: the cushion pressure monitoring system monitors the pressure distribution condition on the backrest, the backrest pressure monitoring system monitors the pressure distribution condition on the backrest, and the cushion pressure monitoring system and the backrest pressure monitoring system feed back pressure data to the control system;
s3: the control system judges whether the fed-back pressure data accords with an ideal pressure distribution state, if not, the control system controls the pressure adjusting device to inflate or deflate the foaming air cushion, and fine-adjusts the cushion adjusting unit or the backrest adjusting unit;
s4: the cushion pressure monitoring system monitors the cushion in real time, the backrest pressure monitoring system monitors the backrest in real time, and the cushion pressure monitoring system and the backrest pressure monitoring system feed back real-time pressure data to the control system;
s5, the control system judges whether the fed back real-time pressure data conforms to an ideal pressure distribution state; if yes, repeat step S4, otherwise repeat step S3.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

As shown in fig. 1-4, the automobile seat with the self-adaptive adjustment function of the embodiment includes a cushion adjustment unit 1, a backrest adjustment unit 2, a pressure adjustment device and a control system, wherein the cushion adjustment unit 1 includes a cushion 3, a plurality of foam air cushions 4 are arranged in the cushion 3, and a cushion pressure monitoring system 5 for monitoring the pressure distribution on the cushion 3 in real time is arranged on the surface of the cushion 3; the backrest adjusting unit 2 comprises a backrest 6, a plurality of foaming air cushions 4 are arranged in the backrest 6, and a backrest pressure monitoring system 7 for monitoring the pressure distribution condition on the backrest 6 in real time is arranged on the surface of the backrest 6; the pressure regulating device is mainly used for inflating or deflating the foaming air cushion 4, and aims to control the ventilation capacity of the foaming air cushion 4, and preferably, the pressure regulating device can adopt an air pump as an air source and control the ventilation capacity through an electromagnetic valve; the control system monitors the data feedback of the cushion pressure monitoring system 5 and the backrest pressure monitoring system 7 in real time, and controls the pressure adjusting device to inflate or deflate the foaming air cushion 4, adjust the height or width of the cushion 3 and adjust the width or inclination angle of the backrest 6.

In this embodiment, the plurality of foam air cushions 4 in the cushion 3 are arranged in a plurality of rows and a plurality of lines, the longitudinally arranged foam air cushions 4 are used for adjusting the height or the inclination angle of the cushion 3, the foam air cushions 4 have certain elasticity, when the foam air cushions 4 are ventilated, the height of the seat can be increased in a design range due to the expansion of air, conversely, when the foam air cushions 4 are deflated, the height of the seat can be decreased in the design range due to the reduction of air, and the inclination angle of the cushion 3 and the height difference of different parts of the cushion 3 can be changed according to the control of the ventilation volume of different parts, so as to meet the requirements of different passengers such as stature, weight, sitting posture and the like; in addition, the foaming air cushion 4 arranged along the transverse direction can play a role in adjusting the width of the cushion 3, the width is increased when the air is ventilated, and the width is reduced when the air is deflated.
In the embodiment, a plurality of foaming air cushions 4 in the backrest 6 are arranged in a plurality of rows and a plurality of lines, the foaming air cushions 4 arranged along the longitudinal direction play a role in adjusting the inclination angle of the backrest 6, when the foaming air cushions 4 are ventilated, the inclination angle of the backrest 6 can be reduced in a design range due to air expansion, conversely, when the foaming air cushions 4 are deflated, the inclination angle of the backrest 6 can be increased in the design range due to air reduction, and the support pressure and the support angle of the local part of the backrest 6 to the waist of passengers can be changed for passengers of different body types according to the control of the ventilation volume of different longitudinal parts, so that the riding comfort of the passengers is improved to the maximum extent; in addition, the foaming air cushion 4 arranged along the transverse direction can play a role of adjusting the width of the backrest 6 within a certain design range, the width is increased when the air is ventilated, and the width is reduced when the air is deflated.
The cushion pressure monitoring system 5 of the present embodiment is composed of pressure pads arranged on the surface of the seat cushion 3, and when the lower body of the occupant contacts the seat cushion 3 at a certain sitting posture, the cushion pressure monitoring system 5 will monitor the pressure distribution of the occupant to the seat cushion 3 in real time; the backrest pressure monitoring system 7 is composed of a pressure pad arranged on the surface of the backrest 6, and when the waist of the passenger is in contact with the seat backrest 6 in a certain sitting posture, the backrest pressure monitoring system 7 monitors the pressure distribution of the passenger on the seat backrest 6 in real time.
The control system of this embodiment is mainly used for monitoring the feedback data of cushion pressure monitoring system 5, back pressure monitoring system 7 and leg support pressure monitoring system 12 in real time, and not only can control cushion adjusting unit 1 to adjust cushion 3 height, cushion 3 width, cushion 3 inclination, shank support and cushion 3 wrapping property and the like adaptively according to the specific contact size and distribution of the passenger and seat cushion 3, but also can control back adjusting unit 2 to adjust back 6 width, back 6 inclination, lumbar support and back 6 wrapping property and the like adaptively according to the specific contact size and distribution of the passenger and seat back 6.
As a preferable scheme of the embodiment, the control system has an operation control interface, and mainly comprises modules of occupant information entry, manual adjustment of the air cushion of the occupant backrest 6, manual adjustment of the air cushion of the occupant seat cushion 3, usage mode selection, adjustment information storage and the like, wherein the adjustment information storage module can be used for recording ventilation parameters of the seat cushion 3 and the backrest 6 when different occupants are adjusted to the final comfortable state, so that the seat can be quickly and automatically adjusted to the comfortable riding state when the occupants take next time.
In addition, the invention also provides a control method which is completed based on the automobile seat with the self-adaptive adjusting function and comprises the following steps:
s1, sitting the passenger on the automobile seat, inputting body height, weight and other body type information of the passenger into a control system, comparing the input information with an internal database by the control system, finding parameters of the foaming air cushion 4 closest to the body type in the self database by the control system according to the body type information input by the passenger, and controlling a pressure adjusting device to carry out initialization setting on the cushion adjusting unit 1 and the backrest adjusting unit 2 to obtain more appropriate seat adjusting parameters such as height of the cushion 3, width of the cushion 3, inclination angle of a leg rest, wrapping degree of side wings of the cushion 3, width of the backrest 6, inclination angle of the backrest 6, waist support, wrapping degree of side wings of the backrest 6 and the like;
s2: the cushion pressure monitoring system 5 monitors the pressure distribution on the cushion 3, the backrest pressure monitoring system 7 monitors the pressure distribution on the backrest 6, and the cushion pressure monitoring system 5 and the backrest pressure monitoring system 7 feed back pressure data to the control system;
s3: in order to avoid the influence of local pressure concentration on riding comfort and safety, the control system obtains a more ideal pressure distribution state through a self-learning optimization algorithm and other modes according to feedback data of the cushion pressure monitoring system 5 and the backrest pressure monitoring system 7, judges whether the feedback pressure data accords with the ideal pressure distribution state, if not, the control system controls the pressure regulating device to carry out fine adjustment on the ventilation volume and the air release volume of the foaming air cushion 4, and further carries out fine adjustment on the cushion regulating unit 1 or the backrest regulating unit 2 to obtain the more comfortable and safer pressure distribution state after the cushion 3 and the backrest 6 are optimized;
s4: if the passengers feel satisfied and comfortable about the pressure distribution state, all the adjusting parameters at the moment can be saved into the control system through naming, so that the passengers can conveniently and directly select and call the pressure distribution state next time, and the optimal seat state can be quickly realized; if the passenger feels dissatisfied with the body pressure distribution state, the passenger can manually adjust the seat parameters such as the height of the cushion 3, the width of the cushion 3, the inclination angle of the leg support, the wrapping degree of the side wings of the cushion 3, the width of the backrest 6, the inclination angle of the backrest 6, the waist support, the wrapping degree of the side wings of the backrest 6 and the like through the backrest 6 air cushion adjusting module and the cushion 3 air cushion adjusting module of the control system, so that the optimal seat state considered by the passenger can be obtained, and the increasingly customized and personalized requirements of people are met;
s5: the cushion pressure monitoring system 5 monitors the cushion 3 in real time, the backrest pressure monitoring system 7 monitors the backrest 6 in real time, and the cushion pressure monitoring system 5 and the backrest pressure monitoring system 7 feed back real-time pressure data to the control system;
s6, the control system judges whether the fed back real-time pressure data accords with the ideal pressure distribution state; if yes, repeat step S5, otherwise repeat step S3.
As a preferable scheme of the embodiment, in the normal driving process, the mode of the main driving seat is selected as the driving mode, in order to avoid driving fatigue of the driver, the passenger can set time intervals in the control system, and every time the time interval is reached, the control system can control the foaming air cushion 4 to be suddenly inflated and deflated, and the like, and the backrest 6 or the seat cushion 3 reminds the driver in a vibration mode. When the automobile seat is in running or parking, the passenger can set the selection mode of the corresponding seat as the massage mode, and the control system can achieve the massage effect of the seat cushion 3 and the backrest 6 on the passenger by controlling the seat cushion 3 and the backrest 6 to ventilate and deflate at a certain frequency, so that the development of the automobile seat towards the direction of entertainment in the future is met.
