Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the locking pin 22 is provided with a locking part 221, the rotation piece 23 is rotatably provided on the main base 21 by the first rotation shaft 24, the rotation piece 23 is provided with a locking groove 231, when the adjacent two insulation rods 1 are rotated to make the adjacent two insulation rods 1 in the unfolded state, the locking part 221 of the locking pin 22 is inserted into the locking groove 231, at this time, the locking part 221 is caught in the locking groove 231, and the position of the rotation piece 23 on the main base 21 is fixed.
As a preferred technical solution of the present embodiment, the rotating element 23 is provided with a plurality of locking grooves 231 uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the first rotating shaft 24, and the locking portion 221 is located in one of the locking grooves 231. The plurality of locking grooves 231 are arranged to adapt to different operating environments, when the device to be tested is in a nonlinear scene, the traditional straight operating rod cannot be used, and the folding operating rod can limit any position of the insulating rod 1 by extending the locking part 221 into any locking groove 231.
When the folding operating lever of the invention is in an unfolding mode, the locking part 221 extends into the required locking groove 231, and the positions among a plurality of sections of insulating rods 1 are fixed, so that the folding operating lever of the invention is convenient and firm to operate; when the folding operating rod of the present invention is in the folding mode, the locking part 221 extends into the locking groove 231 of the two adjacent sections of the insulating rods 1 in the folding position, and similarly, the positions of the insulating rods 1 are all fixed, and at this time, the folding mode of the folding operating rod of the present invention is not easily affected by external force to cause the unfolding of the folding operating rod of the present invention, which is convenient for carrying and storage.
As shown in fig. 7, the main base 21 of the present embodiment is provided with an inner chamber 211, the locking pin 22 is rotatably disposed in the inner chamber 211 through the second rotating shaft 25, the inner chamber 211 is provided with an elastic mechanism 26, the elastic mechanism 26 drives the locking pin 22 to rotate relative to the second rotating shaft 25, so as to press the locking portion 221 against the locking groove 231, and the position of the rotating member 23 is fixed. By providing the elastic mechanism 26, when the locking portion 221 is not inserted into the locking groove 231, the surface of the rotating member 23 contacting the main base 21 can abut against the locking portion 221, facilitating folding, and the elastic mechanism 26 has an elastic compression force at this time; when the locking part 221 is aligned with the locking groove 231, the elastic mechanism 26 drives the locking pin 22 to rotate relative to the second rotating shaft 25 by elastic compression force, so that the locking part 221 extends into the locking groove 231, and the position of the rotating part 23 is fixed.
Alternatively, the elastic mechanism 26 may be a compression spring or a torsion spring, and it is within the scope of the present invention that the locking pin 22 is driven to extend the locking portion 221 into the locking groove 231. When the elastic mechanism 26 is a compression spring, one end of the compression spring is disposed on the side of the locking pin 22 opposite to the locking portion 221, the locking pin 22 is provided with a locking portion 221, the other end of the compression spring abuts against the inner chamber 211, the locking pin 22 rotates relative to the second rotating shaft 25 under the elastic action of the compression spring, and the locking portion 221 approaches the locking groove 231 and finally extends into the locking groove 231. When the elastic mechanism 26 is a torsion spring, the torsion spring is disposed between the locking pin 22 and the second rotating shaft 25 in the inner cavity 211, one end of the torsion spring is disposed on the locking pin 22, the other end of the torsion spring is disposed on the second rotating shaft 25, similarly, the locking pin 22 rotates relative to the second rotating shaft 25 under the elastic action of the torsion spring, and the locking portion 221 approaches the locking groove 231 and finally extends into the locking groove 231.
Further, the main base 21 is provided with an unlocking hole 212, an unlocking key 213 which can slide relative to the axial direction of the unlocking hole 212 is arranged in the unlocking hole 212, the unlocking key 213 can abut against one end of the locking pin 22 away from the locking part 221, when the unlocking key 213 is pressed, the unlocking key 213 pushes one end of the locking pin 22 away from the locking part 221 to overcome the elasticity of the elastic mechanism 26 so as to enable the locking part 221 to rotate relative to the second rotating shaft 25 and to enable the locking part 221 to be separated from the locking groove 231, at this time, the locking pin 22 releases the locking of the rotating part 23, and the rotating part 23 can rotate relative to the first rotating shaft 24; when the unlocking key 213 is released from being pressed, the elastic mechanism 26 drives the locking pin 22 to rotate relative to the second rotating shaft 25, so that the locking part 221 is inserted into the locking groove 231. By providing the unlocking key 213, it is possible to save more labor in operating the rotating member 23 to rotate relative to the first rotating shaft 24, and to avoid friction caused by contact between the locking portion 221 and the rotating member 23, thereby reducing wear of the locking portion 221 and the rotating member 23.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 8, one end of the unlocking key 213, which is far away from the locking pin 22, is fixedly provided with a key part 214, the size of the key part 214 is larger than that of the unlocking key 213, the main base 21 is further provided with a key hole 215, the key hole 215 is communicated with the unlocking hole 212, the key part 214 is slidably arranged in the key hole 215, a step is formed between the key hole 215 and the unlocking hole 212, the step can abut against the key part 214 to limit a sliding path of the key part 214 in the key hole 215, and meanwhile, the key part 214, which is fixedly arranged at one end of the unlocking key 213, can also play a role in guiding the sliding of the unlocking key 213 in the unlocking hole 212 by sliding in the key hole 215.
The main base 21 of this embodiment is provided with the sub base 27 in a detachable manner on the side away from the key hole 215, and the structure is as shown in fig. 9, the sub base 27 is provided with a guide hole 271, the guide hole 271 is on the same straight line with the axis of the unlocking hole 212, the end of the unlocking key 213 away from the key portion 214 is fixedly provided with a guide rod 216, the guide rod 216 extends into the guide hole 271 and can slide in the guide hole 271, and by providing the guide hole 271 and the guide rod 216 extending into the guide hole 271 in a slidable manner, the guiding effect on the unlocking key 213 can be further enhanced.
Optionally, the guide rod 216 is provided with a long limiting hole 2161 along the axial direction, the auxiliary base 27 is provided with a limiting rod 272, the limiting rod 272 extends into the long limiting hole 2161, the long limiting hole 2161 and the limiting rod 272 extending into the long limiting hole 2161 can limit the sliding range of the guide rod 216 when sliding along the guide hole 271, and meanwhile, the guide rod 216 can be prevented from sliding out of the guide hole 271 to drive the unlocking key 213 and the key portion 214 to separate from the main base 21 and fall off to cause part loss, thereby affecting the working efficiency.
The hanging ring 11 is arranged at one end of the insulating rod 1 which is not connected with the rotating piece 23, and by arranging the hanging ring 11, on one hand, the folding operating rod of the invention can be transferred by matching the hanging ring 11 with a lifting rope, and on the other hand, the folding operating rod of the invention can be tied at the wrist of an operator through a rope, so that the operating rod is prevented from falling off from the hand during operation. The other end of the insulating rod 1, which is not connected with the rotating piece 23, is provided with a connecting device 12, the connecting device 12 is detachably connected with an electroscope, so that electricity is tested on equipment to be tested, and preferably, the connecting device 12 can be composed of a push-pull type joint with one end arranged on the insulating rod 1 and a push-pull type socket with one end arranged on the electroscope; the connecting means 12 may also be a screw with one end arranged on the insulating rod 1.
When the folding operating lever provided by the invention is used, the key part 214 slides in the key hole 215 by pressing the key part 214, the key part 214 drives the unlocking part to slide relative to the unlocking hole 212, the unlocking part pushes the locking pin 22 to rotate relative to the second rotating shaft 25 by overcoming the elasticity of the elastic mechanism 26, the locking part 221 is separated from the locking groove 231, at the moment, the insulating rod 1 is rotated, the insulating rod 1 drives the rotating part 23 to rotate relative to the first rotating shaft 24, when two adjacent sections of insulating rods 1 rotate to the position required to be used, the key part 214 is loosened, the elastic mechanism 26 drives the locking pin 22 to rotate relative to the second rotating shaft 25, the unlocking key 213 resets and drives the key part 214 to reset, meanwhile, the locking part 221 extends into the locking groove 231, and at the moment, the position of the rotating part 23 is fixed. When the folding type operating lever of the present invention is used, the key part 214 slides in the key hole 215 by pressing the key part 214, the key part 214 drives the unlocking part to slide relative to the unlocking hole 212, the unlocking part pushes the locking pin 22 to rotate relative to the second rotating shaft 25 against the elasticity of the elastic mechanism 26, the locking part 221 disengages from the locking groove 231, at this time, the insulating rod 1 is rotated, the insulating rod 1 drives the rotating part 23 to rotate relative to the first rotating shaft 24, when the adjacent two sections of insulating rods 1 are folded after being rotated, the key part 214 is released, the elastic mechanism 26 drives the locking pin 22 to rotate relative to the second rotating shaft 25, the unlocking key 213 resets to drive the key part 214 to reset, and the locking part 221 extends into the locking groove 231, at this time, the position of the rotating part 23 is fixed, and the folded folding type operating lever of the present invention is unfolded without being influenced by external force.
Example two
The embodiment provides a foldable operating rod, which is different from the first embodiment in that a connecting device 12 is detachably connected with an operating head, and the operating head is provided with a switching-off hook, so that switching-off, switching-on and other operations can be performed on a high-voltage line. When the folding type operating rod is used, the folding type operating rod is unfolded, the operating head is installed on the insulating rod through the connecting device 12, and switching-off or switching-on is carried out on a high-voltage line; when the use is finished, the folding type operation lever of the embodiment is folded, then the operation head is detached, and finally, the folding type operation lever and the operation head of the embodiment are stored.
The rest of the structure of this embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment, and is not described again.
