as further shown in fig. 5 to 7, a bounce training system for physical training comprises: a support frame;
the slideway is arranged on the supporting frame;
the movement mechanism is arranged on the slide way in a sliding mode and used for fixing with a user and sliding along the slide way at the same time;
the pedal is perpendicular to the slide way, arranged at the bottom of the slide way and used for being stepped by a user;
the impedance adjusting module is connected with the movement mechanism and used for adjusting the movement resistance of the movement mechanism in the slide way;
the height monitoring module is arranged on the slide way and used for monitoring the upper limit of the displacement of the movement mechanism;
the vibration massage module is arranged on the base and is used for contacting with a user and performing vibration massage on the legs of the user;
the descending buffer module is used for improving the resistance of the motion mechanism during gliding;
the supporting frame comprises a cross rod and a supporting rod, one end of the supporting rod is connected with the cross rod, the other end of the supporting rod is connected with the top end of the slideway, and the bottom end of the slideway is connected with the cross rod;
the slideway comprises a supporting inclined rod and a sliding rail, the supporting inclined rod is obliquely arranged, two ends of the supporting inclined rod are connected with the supporting frame, the sliding rail is connected with the supporting inclined rod, and the sliding rail is provided with two parts which are respectively arranged on two sides of the supporting inclined rod in parallel and symmetrically;
a distance mark is arranged on the slideway;
the bottom end of the slide rail is also wound with a shock-absorbing spring;
the motion mechanism comprises a pulley mechanism, two backup plates and a shoulder plate, the pulley mechanism is arranged on the slide way in a sliding manner, the backup plates are arranged on the slide block mechanism, the shoulder plate is provided with two backup plates and is arranged on one side of the backup plates, which is far away from the slide block mechanism, and the backup plates and the shoulder plate are both provided with soft pads;
the backup plate is also provided with a buckle type binding belt bound with the athlete;
the pulley mechanism comprises an installation frame and rollers, the installation frame is arranged on the rear side of the backup plate and sleeved on the slide rails, the rollers are rotatably arranged on the installation frame, at least one group of rollers are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the slide rails, and the pulley mechanisms are arranged in two groups and respectively matched with the two slide rails;
the motion mechanism is further provided with a limiting mechanism, the limiting mechanism comprises a holding rod, a connecting rod and a limiting rod, the holding rod is connected with one end of the connecting rod, the connecting rod is rotatably arranged on one side of the backup plate, the limiting rod is arranged on the other end of the connecting rod, a clamping groove rod parallel to the sliding groove is further arranged below the sliding groove, and the limiting mechanism is constructed in a manner that when the holding rod rotates outwards, the limiting rod is inserted into a limiting groove of the clamping groove rod;
the impedance adjusting module comprises a mounting frame, a balancing weight, a mounting rod, a locking mechanism and a first traction mechanism, wherein the mounting rod is arranged on the mounting frame, the balancing weight is arranged on the mounting rod in a sliding manner, the locking mechanism is used for connecting the balancing weight with one end of the first traction mechanism, and the other end of the first traction mechanism is connected with the movement mechanism;
a cushion block is arranged on the balancing weight;
the locking mechanism comprises an upper mounting plate, a lower mounting plate, a first screw rod, a second screw rod, a driving motor, a sliding block and a rotating rod, wherein the driving motor is arranged on the upper mounting plate, the driving motor is connected with the first screw rod which is arranged on the upper mounting plate and the lower mounting plate in a penetrating way through a coupler, the second screw rod is parallel to the first screw rod and is connected with the upper mounting plate and the lower mounting plate, the sliding block is arranged on the first screw rod and the second screw rod in a sliding way, the sliding block is constructed to be provided with an internal thread matched with the thread of the first screw rod on a contact surface with the first screw rod, the aperture of a through hole through which the second screw rod penetrates is larger than the outer diameter of the second screw rod, the rotating rod is arranged on the second screw rod in a sliding way, the through hole is provided with an internal thread matched with the thread of the second screw rod, and the rotating rod is constructed to, the second screw rod is used as a shaft to rotate, and a clamping groove for the rotating rod to extend into is formed in the lower portion of the balancing weight;
the locking mechanism is also provided with a reinforcing plate which is connected with the upper mounting plate and the lower mounting plate, and the reinforcing plate is provided with a position avoiding groove;
the lower mounting plate is also provided with an encoder connected with the first screw rod, and the encoder is used for monitoring the rotation amplitude of the first screw rod;
the height monitoring module is a proximity sensor, and the proximity sensor is arranged on the slide way and faces the movement mechanism;
the descending buffering module comprises a first machine shell, an outer rotary disc, a ratchet wheel, a pawl, a strong magnetic inner disc and a traction rope, the first machine shell is arranged on the supporting frame, the outer rotary disc and the ratchet wheel are both rotatably arranged inside the first machine shell, the outer rotary disc is arranged on the outer side of the ratchet wheel in a surrounding mode, a magnetic layer is arranged on the inner side of the ratchet wheel, the pawl is rotatably arranged on the inner side of the outer rotary disc and abutted against a tooth part of the ratchet wheel, the strong magnetic inner disc is arranged on the first machine shell and arranged on the inner side of the ratchet wheel, the traction rope is connected with the outer rotary disc and surrounds the outer rotary disc, and then a rope outlet penetrating through the first machine shell is connected with the moving mechanism through a second traction mechanism;
the vibration massage module comprises a mounting plate, a first massage mechanism and a second massage mechanism, wherein the mounting plate is arranged on the supporting inclined rod, and the first massage mechanism and the second massage mechanism are arranged on the mounting plate and are constructed to respectively perform vibration massage on the left leg and the right leg;
the mounting plate is provided with a plurality of mounting holes, the first massage mechanism comprises two movable plates, a first telescopic rod, a connecting rod and a vibration ball, one side, close to each other, of each movable plate is rotatably mounted on the mounting hole of the mounting plate, the connecting rod is Y-shaped, the first telescopic rod is fixedly arranged on the support inclined rod, a piston rod part is connected with one end of the connecting rod, the other two ends of the connecting rod are respectively rotatably connected with the back sides of the two movable plates, and the vibration ball is arranged on the front side of the movable plates;

Claims (1)

1. A bounce training system for athletic training, comprising: a support frame;
the slideway is arranged on the supporting frame;
the movement mechanism is arranged on the slide way in a sliding mode and used for fixing with a user and sliding along the slide way at the same time;
the pedal is perpendicular to the slide way, arranged at the bottom of the slide way and used for being stepped by a user;
the impedance adjusting module is connected with the movement mechanism and used for adjusting the movement resistance of the movement mechanism in the slide way;
and the height monitoring module is arranged on the slide way and used for monitoring the displacement upper limit of the movement mechanism.
Further, the support frame includes horizontal pole and bracing piece, the one end of bracing piece with the horizontal pole is connected, the other end with the top of slide is connected, the bottom of slide with the horizontal pole is connected.
Further, the slide is including supporting down tube and slide rail, support the down tube slope setting and both ends with the support frame is connected, the slide rail with support the down tube and connect, just the slide rail is provided with two parallel and symmetry setting respectively and is in support the both sides of down tube.
Further, motion includes pulley mechanism, backup plate and shoulder roof board, pulley mechanism slides and sets up on the slide, the backup plate is installed on the slider mechanism, the shoulder roof board is provided with two and sets up the backup plate is kept away from one side of slider mechanism, all be provided with the cushion on backup plate and the shoulder roof board.
Further, the impedance adjusting module comprises a mounting frame, a balancing weight, a mounting rod, a locking mechanism and a first traction mechanism, wherein the mounting rod is arranged on the mounting frame, the balancing weight is arranged on the mounting rod in a sliding mode, the locking mechanism is used for connecting the balancing weight with one end of the first traction mechanism, and the other end of the first traction mechanism is connected with the moving mechanism.
Further, the locking mechanism comprises an upper mounting plate, a lower mounting plate, a first screw rod, a second screw rod, a driving motor, a sliding block and a rotating rod, wherein the driving motor is arranged on the upper mounting plate and is connected with the first screw rod which is arranged on the upper mounting plate and the lower mounting plate in a penetrating way through a coupler, the second screw rod is parallel to the first screw rod and is connected with the upper mounting plate and the lower mounting plate, the sliding block is arranged on the first screw rod and the second screw rod in a sliding way, the sliding block is structured to be provided with an internal thread which is matched with the thread of the first screw rod on the contact surface of the first screw rod, the aperture of a through hole for the second screw rod to penetrate through is larger than the outer diameter of the second screw rod, the rotating rod is arranged on the second screw rod in a sliding way, the through hole is provided with the internal thread which is matched with the thread of the second screw rod, and the rotating rod is structured to, and the second screw rod is used as an axis to rotate, and the lower part of the balancing weight is provided with a clamping groove for the rotating rod to rotate and extend into.
