Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment provides a combined exercise apparatus, which includes a handle portion 100, a head end fixing block 210, a connecting block 220, a balancing weight 230 and a tail end fixing block 240, wherein the head end fixing block 210, the connecting block 220, the balancing weight 230 and the tail end fixing block 240 can be combined and connected to each other to form a balancing weight 800, the handle portion 100 includes a holding rod 110 and a supporting member 120, the handle portion 100 can be used alone, i.e. the supporting member 120 can be directly contacted with the ground, and then the holding rod 110 forms a use form of the push-up frame, so as to assist a user in performing push-up training, and the use is very convenient.
The weight body 800 is detachably connected to the support 120. When the dumbbell is in the use state, the head end fixing block 210 and the tail end fixing block 240 are both connected with the supporting piece 120 in a matched manner, specifically, the supporting pieces 120 at two ends of the holding rod 110 are respectively connected with the head end fixing block 210 and the tail end fixing block 240 in a matched manner, then the head end fixing block 210 and the tail end fixing block 240 can be respectively combined with the joint balancing block 230 to form a counterweight 800, so that the dumbbell and the holding rod 110 form a dumbbell use form together, or the supporting pieces 120 at two ends of the holding rod 110 are respectively connected with the head end fixing block 210 or the tail end fixing block 240 to form a dumbbell use form, so that the user is helped to finish the related training of the dumbbell. It should be noted that, the respective weights of the head end fixing block 210, the connecting block 220, the balancing weight 230 and the tail end fixing block 240 should be marked on the respective surfaces, so that the user can perform corresponding physical training according to the weights, and understand the training status of the user.
It should be noted that, the weight of the counterweight body 800 can also be adjusted by adjusting the number of the counterweights 230 in the combination, which is convenient and practical.

The head end fixing block 210 is provided with a first connecting structure 310 and a fixing structure 400, the tail end fixing block 240 is provided with a second connecting structure 320 and a fixing structure 400, the first connecting structure 310 and the second connecting structure 320 are connected in a matching manner, and the fixing structure 400 and the supporting member 120 are arranged in a matching manner. In this embodiment, the connection block 220 and the balancing weight 230 are both provided with the first connection structure 310 and the second connection structure 320, so that the balancing weight 230 and the connection block 220 can be connected with the head end fixing block 210 and the tail end fixing block 240 in a matched manner, and the balancing weight 230 and the connection block 220 can also be connected in a matched manner, the number of the balancing weights 230 determines the weight of the balancing weight 800 formed by combining and connecting the head end fixing block 210, the tail end fixing block 240, the connection block 220 and the balancing weight 230, so that the weight adjustment of the dumbbell-shaped product is more convenient. In this embodiment, the head end fixing block 210 or the tail end fixing block 240 is provided with a locking structure 700. In the use state of the kettle bell, namely, the supporting piece 120 is matched and connected with the connecting block 220, and then the connecting block 220 is matched and connected with the balancing weight 230, the head end fixing block 210 and the tail end fixing block 240 to form the balancing weight 800. At this time, according to a specific installation form, as shown in fig. 4, the head end fixing block 210 and the tail end fixing block 240 which are close to each other are fixedly connected together through the locking structure 700, so as to complete the switching of the usage state of the kettle bell.
In this embodiment, the fixing structure 400 includes a mounting groove 410, the supporting member 120 is matched with the mounting groove 410, and the mounting groove 410 and the supporting member 120 are provided with pin holes 500, as shown in fig. 3 and 6. After the supporting members 120 at two ends of the holding rod 110 are respectively connected with the mounting grooves 410 arranged on the head end fixing block 210 and the tail end fixing block 240, a preliminary use form of the dumbbell is formed, as shown in fig. 2, the mounting grooves 410 are correspondingly matched with the pin holes 500 on the supporting members 120, and the bolts 600 can be inserted to enable the connection between the supporting members 120 and the head end fixing block 210 or the tail end fixing block 240 to be firmer, so that the probability of safety accidents is reduced, and then a user can select the number of the balancing weights 230 according to own exercise requirements.
In this embodiment, the first connecting structure 310, the second connecting structure 320 and the third connecting structure 330 are provided with pin holes 500, as shown in fig. 5 and 6. When the first connection structure 310 and the second connection structure 320 are matched, the pin holes 500 on the two structures are correspondingly matched, and then the bolts 600 can be installed in the pin holes 500, so that the matching between the first connection structure 310 and the second connection structure is more stable and firm, namely, when the head end fixing block 210 and the tail end fixing block 240 are matched and connected, the bolts 600 can be inserted to ensure that the connection is stable, and similarly, the bolts 600 can be used for the balancing weights 230 and the connecting blocks 220, the head end fixing block 210 and the balancing weights 230, the head end fixing block 210 and the connecting blocks 220, the tail end fixing block 240 and the balancing weights 230, and the tail end fixing block 240 and the connecting blocks 220, so that the matching connection relationship is more reliable, and safety accidents can be prevented in the process of exercise.
It should be noted that, when the dumbbell is in use, the number of the balancing weights 230 cooperatively connected to the head end fixing block 210 and the tail end fixing block 240 should be kept consistent, so that the weights of the two ends of the holding rod 110 are the same, and the use is more reasonable.
In this embodiment, the pin 600 is further included, and the pin 600 is mounted to the pin hole 500. The first connecting structure 310 and the second connecting structure 320, the supporting piece 120 and the third connecting structure 330 are more stable in matching connection between the supporting piece 120 and the mounting groove 410, so that the dumbbell and the kettle bell have good structural stability in use, and potential safety hazards can be effectively reduced.
In the present embodiment, the above-described supporting member 120 is provided with the reinforcing member 121, as shown in fig. 3. The supporting member 120 is directly contacted with the ground, the reinforcement 121 is arranged to enable the handle portion 100 to have sufficient structural strength and longer service life when being used as a push-up frame, and meanwhile, when the supporting member 120 is matched with the third connecting structure 330 or is connected with the mounting groove 410, the reinforcement 121 is arranged to enable the product to have good structural strength in a non-use mode.
In this embodiment, the grip lever 110 is provided with an anti-slip cover (not shown in the drawings). The anti-slip cover can be a silica gel anti-slip cover or a rubber anti-slip cover, when a user grasps the grip lever 110, the anti-slip cover can provide larger friction force, the user can grasp the product conveniently, the risk of equipment slipping in the body-building process can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile. Referring to fig. 5-8, the present embodiment provides another combined exercise apparatus, which is similar to embodiment 1 in terms of the main difference that the head end fixing block 210, the connecting block 220, the balancing weight 230 and the tail end fixing block 240 are all of a cavity structure, and the user can choose to inject liquid (e.g. water) or small particle solid (e.g. sand) into the head end fixing block 210, the connecting block 220, the balancing weight 230 and the tail end fixing block 240, so that the four components have weight. The cavity type structure can enable the weight of the counterweight body 800 when the dumbbell and the kettle bell are in a use state, compared with the prior art, the dumbbell and the kettle bell have fixed weight, and the dumbbell type kettle bell type dumbbell has better applicability and can better meet the exercise requirement of a user.
In conclusion, the combined body-building equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention has three use forms of a push-up frame, a dumbbell and a kettle bell, and has the beneficial effects of multiple functions and convenience in use. In addition, the head end fixed block 210, the connecting block 220, the balancing weight 230 and the tail end fixed block 240 can also adopt a cavity type structure, so that a user can realize accurate weight demand by controlling the weight of the filler in the cavity type structure according to the body-building demand of the user, and compared with a dumbbell and a kettle bell with fixed weight in the prior art, the dumbbell and the kettle bell have better applicability and can better meet the demand of the user.
