In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a leg and abdomen exerciser comprising: the first support frame is connected to one side of the bottom plate; the other side of the bottom plate is connected with a second support frame; the end part of the first support frame is connected with a cushion; an abdomen exercise structure is arranged on the cushion; the abdomen exercising structure is provided with a movable handle mechanism; the leg exercising structure is arranged on the first support frame; shank stop gear, shank are tempered and are structurally equipped with shank stop gear.
Preferably, the abdominal exercise structure comprises: the cushion is rotatably connected with the first connecting shaft; the first connecting shaft is connected with a leaning frame; the headrest is connected with one side of the backrest frame.
Preferably, the movable grip mechanism comprises: the other two sides of the leaning frame are connected with the connecting seats; the connecting rod frame is rotationally and slidably connected with the connecting seat; the hollow handle frame is connected with the connecting rod frame in a sliding way and is positioned in the connecting seat; the hollow handle frame is connected with the top block; the first return spring is connected between the connecting rod frame and the connecting seat; the fixture block is connected on the connecting rod frame, and a clamping groove matched with the fixture block is formed in the connecting seat.

3. The difficulty can be further tempered to the shank through the mechanism that increases weight, can further increase shank and temper intensity, can further improve shank and temper the effect.
