An adjustable operation chair for otolaryngological department, comprising a base plate 1, a chair frame and a lying part 6, wherein the chair frame comprises a first supporting part 2, a first rotating part 3, a second supporting part 4 and a second rotating part 5, the first supporting part 2 is mounted on the base plate 1, the second rotating part 5 is connected between the first supporting part 2 and the second supporting part 4, the second rotating part 5 is connected with the second supporting part 4 and the lying part 6, the chair frame has a structure capable of adjusting the height of the operation chair and the inclination of the lying part 6;
the lying part 6 comprises a base 61 and a lying plate 62, the base 61 is mounted on the second supporting part 4, and the lying plate 62 is clamped in the base 61 and can move in the base 61;
the first rotating part 3 can rotate around the connecting point of the first rotating part and the first supporting part 2 so as to adjust the height of the operating chair, and a telescopic rod is connected between the first rotating part 3 and the first supporting part 2;
the second rotating part 5 can rotate around the connection point of the second rotating part and the second supporting part 4, so as to drive the lying part 6 to move and adjust the inclination angle of the lying part 6;
the base 61 is provided with three rolling rods, two of the rolling rods are arranged below the lying plate 62, one rolling rod is arranged above the lying plate 62, the lying plate 62 is in close contact with the rolling rods, the lying plate 62 is divided into an arc plate part and a straight plate part, the arc plate is clamped between the rolling rods, one end of the arc plate is connected with the second rotating part 5, and the straight plate is provided with a rectangular notch for fixing the head position of a patient;
the length of the bottom plate 1 is enough to enable the center of gravity of a patient sitting on the surgical chair to be projected on the bottom plate 1, so that the phenomenon of backward turning in the process of adjusting the surgical chair is avoided;

the operation chair comprises a bottom plate 1, a first supporting component 2, a first rotating component 3, a second supporting component 4, a second rotating component 5 and a lying component 6, wherein,
the base plate 1 is provided with a plurality of mounting through holes, the mounting through holes can be used for mounting and fixing the base plate 1 on other facilities or connecting and fixing the first supporting part 2, the whole base plate 1 is approximately rectangular, the maximum value of the width is 0.7 meter, the minimum value is 0.65 meter, the maximum value of the length is 1.6 meter, the minimum value is 1.55 meter, the center of gravity projection of a patient and an operating chair falls on the base plate 1, so that the operating chair cannot be turned backwards, and the base plate 1 is provided with a plurality of hollowed-out patterns for reducing the weight of the base plate 1;

the second supporting part 4 is composed of two supporting plates, each supporting plate is provided with two mounting holes, each vertical plate is also provided with two mounting holes, the first rotating part 3 is composed of four connecting rods, two ends of each connecting rod are respectively provided with a round hole, the supporting plates are connected with the connecting rods and the supporting plates through two cross beam cylinders, the vertical plates are connected with the connecting rods and the vertical plates through one cross beam cylinder penetrating through the mounting hole above, and the connecting rods can rotate around the measuring cylinders;

the second rotating part 5 comprises a first handrail 51, a second handrail 53, a first movable part 54, a second movable part 52, a movable rod 55, a bracket and a horizontal connecting rod, wherein the first handrail 51 is provided with three mounting holes, two of which correspond to the mounting holes of the support plate and are fixed on the support plate through bolts, the other mounting hole is connected with one mounting hole of the first movable part 54 through a bolt, the first movable part 54 is provided with three mounting holes, one of which is connected with the mounting hole of the second movable part 52 through a bolt, the other mounting hole is connected with one mounting hole of the movable rod 55 through a bolt, the second handrail 53 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes, one of which is used for being fixed on the support plate, and one of which is connected with the mounting hole of the second movable part 52 through a bolt, the bracket is fixedly connected between the two second handrails 53 through four mounting holes, the horizontal connecting rod is fixed between the two second handrails 53 through four mounting holes, one end of the movable rod 55 is connected with the first movable part 54 through a mounting hole, and the other end of the movable rod is connected with the lying plate 62;
the second hand-rest plate is provided with a body surface temperature measuring device and a heating device, the body surface temperature measuring device comprises a heat transfer sheet, a temperature sensor and a protective flexible pad, the heat transfer sheet is arranged above the temperature sensor, the protective flexible pad covers the heat transfer sheet, a plurality of through holes are formed in a protective flexible point and used for enabling the body surface of a patient to be in contact with the heat transfer sheet, the body surface temperature of the patient is measured by the temperature sensor, when the body surface temperature of the patient is lower than a set threshold value, the heating device is started to heat, and the generated heat is transferred to the surface of the surgical chair, so that the body surface temperature of the patient is improved, and the patient can be in a more comfortable state when performing surgery in winter or in a cooler environment;
the lying plate 62 is divided into an arc plate part and a straight plate part, the arc plate is clamped between the rolling discs 64 and moves back and forth, two small grooves are formed in the bottom of the arc plate, the small grooves are used for being embedded into the movable rods 55, through holes which transversely penetrate through the bottom of the arc plate are further formed in the bottom of the arc plate, cylindrical pins are inserted into the through holes to connect the movable rods 55 and the lying plate 62 together, the movable rods 55 can rotate around the cylindrical pins and act on the cylindrical pins, and then the lying plate 62 is pulled or pushed to move back and forth, so that the posture of a patient on the surgical chair is changed;
the operating chair can also be provided with an illumination imaging device which comprises an illumination camera device arranged on the supporting plate and a display device arranged on the bracket, wherein,
the illumination camera device comprises a cylindrical support tube 71, a searchlighting tube 73 and a rotary connecting piece 72, the rotary connector 72 includes a rotary rod, a first clip member, and a second clip member, the rotary rod is mounted on one bottom surface of the cylindrical leg 71 and can be rotated, the middle part of the first clamping piece is fixed at the other end of the rotating rod through a bolt, the two ends of the first clamping piece are fixed at the two sides of the searchlight cylinder 73 through screws, the middle part of the second clamping piece is connected with the middle part of the first clamping piece through a connecting block, the two ends of the second clamping piece are fixed at the two sides of the searchlight cylinder 73 and near the two ends of the first clamping piece through screws, the searchlighting cylinder 73 is internally provided with an illumination light source and a camera lens, the camera lens is connected with a transmitting box 74 arranged at the outer side of the cylindrical supporting cylinder 71 through a data line, the transmitting box 74 can transmit the pictures shot by the camera lens to the display device in real time;
