Automatically foldable electric walking aid and use method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a rehabilitation apparatus, in particular to an automatically foldable electric walking aid and a using method thereof.
Background
The statements in this section merely provide background information related to the present disclosure and may not necessarily constitute prior art.
Along with the continuous improvement of living standard of people, the demand of society on the walking aid is also continuously increased. With the increase of age or other congenital or accident reasons, the lower limbs of some people are weak, the legs and the feet are not flexible, and the main reasons include joint rheumatism, knee abrasion, postoperative care, blood circulation obstruction and the like. When people with inflexible legs and feet stand or sit down, people need to be assisted by others, sometimes, people cannot stand or sit down conveniently without people, and when people stand or sit down forcibly and exceed the self capacity load, the people are easy to cause more damage to the body and even fall or fall injury. However, most people in the crowd with inflexible legs and feet can flexibly move the upper limbs, and can sit up by themselves by means of certain auxiliary tools. The walking aid is a rehabilitation training product with better supporting performance, and can meet the functional requirements of assisting the human body, bearing weight, keeping balance and walking. The walking aid is used as an automatic rehabilitation medical device, helps patients to carry out scientific and effective rehabilitation training to prevent the muscular atrophy of lower limbs caused by long-time bed rest, simultaneously stimulates the compensation function of cerebral nerves, recombines the functions of the cerebral nerves, achieves the aim of partially recovering the original motion functions of limbs, and enables the motion functions of the patients to be better recovered.
The traditional rehabilitation training adopts an artificial assistance mode, needs to occupy a large amount of medical and human resources, and cannot provide motion input quantity which is stable and suitable for the rehabilitation level of a patient. In addition, the old people with the age suffer from the deterioration of vestibular function and limb strength, so that coordination is deteriorated, mobility is inconvenient, life quality is reduced, and the risk of traumatic accidents such as falling down due to lack of effective support and assistance in daily movement is greatly increased. Under the current aging population structure, the daily life of the old people is more and more become a great burden for family individuals, and the popularization and the use of the intelligent walking aid are an effective way for solving the problems. Under the support assistance of the device, the old people and patients with functional disorder of the lower limbs can go out and walk like normal people, and even the patients losing walking ability can achieve the curative effect of recovering the self-care function.
The inventor finds that the existing walking aid is convenient to carry and reduces the storage space, the frame of the existing walking aid generally adopts one or more than two folding structures to realize the folding function, but the folding or unfolding is loosened or fastened through manual operation, so that the folding or unfolding is relatively labor-saving, particularly in summer, a user generally wears shoes with exposed toes, the folded car is unfolded and needs to be matched with hands and feet, the safety is poor, the user can hurt the hands or toes by overexerting, the user can not easily open the car, and the walking aid is labor-saving and inconvenient to use.
Therefore, the prior walking aid mainly realizes walking aid and has single function; and mostly manual folding, can't realize automatic folding, bring inconvenience for the use.

When the electric push rod I extends or shortens, the upright post support 23 and the upper connecting piece of the folder can be driven to rotate around the pin shaft of the turning folding device, so that the handlebar is driven to be folded or extended.
In addition, an upright column shell 5 is fixed on the outer side of the upper connecting piece of the folder of the steering folding device, and when the upper connecting piece of the folder can be lifted, the upright column shell is fixedly connected with the telescopic end of the upper connecting piece of the folder, so that the lifting of the handlebar is driven by the lifting of the upper connecting piece of the folder; the cross section of the upright post shell can be rectangular, the size of the cross section is larger than the transverse size of the connecting piece on the folder, the front side of the upright post shell is provided with a vehicle lamp 4, the top of the upright post shell is provided with a controller, a controller 6 is connected with the vehicle lamp, and the upright post shell is provided with a vehicle lock connected with the controller; the controller is also individually connected with the vehicle lamp, the battery, the speed adjusting knob 8, the electronic brake knob 10 and the electric front wheel 2.
In particular, the controller may be a PLC controller or other type of controller.
Certainly, the controller is provided with an electronic touch display screen, and an electronic brake knob can enable an electronic brake of the electric front wheel to lock the position of the electric walking aid and provide static support for a user; a user holds the handlebar to enter a use position, selects a motion mode through the display screen, determines that the rear controller activates all the loaded mechanisms, releases the electronic brake of the electric front wheel and enters the motion mode.
Further, the handlebar assembly comprises a handlebar 7, a straight handlebar 11 and a handlebar folder 9, the handlebar is connected with the straight handlebar through the handlebar folder, the handlebar is respectively arranged on two sides of the controller and is a bending part, so that the handlebars on the two sides are U-shaped, the length of the handlebar can be prolonged due to the arrangement of the straight handlebar, and the handlebar and the straight handlebar are folded at an angle of about 90 degrees; the speed adjusting knob and the electronic brake knob are installed on the handlebar, and the handlebar is fixed on two sides of the controller.
It is easily understood that the handlebar folder 9 is a prior art, and may be a quick-release structural member for a handlebar, and realizes a foldable arrangement of the handlebar assembly, and in addition, the handlebar 7 is provided with a handlebar lifting button 12 connected with the controller for controlling the lifting of the connecting member on the folder.
Further, a hook 36 for hanging an article is provided below the handle 7.
It should be explained that the U-shaped handlebar, the frame and the bottom three wheels are matched to keep the gravity center point of the electric walking aid in the bottom support plane of the frame, so as to avoid overturning caused by excessive support moment during movement and create enough free walking space for users.
In the present embodiment, the seat assembly includes a seat holder 35, a seat support rod 14, and a seat 13. The saddle support 35 is fixedly mounted on the pedal, the saddle support is connected with the saddle support rod through a pin shaft, the saddle support rod can rotate around the pin shaft, and the saddle is fixedly mounted on the saddle support rod.

A method of using an automatically collapsible motorized walker, as shown with reference to figures 4 and 5, comprising the following:
when the electric bicycle is used in a riding mode, the seat supporting rod is in a vertical state, a user sits on the seat, and the electric front wheel drives the walking aid to move;
when the bicycle is used in a walking assisting mode, the seat support rod is placed in a horizontal position and leans against the battery box, and the hook 36 on the handlebar can be used for hooking articles such as a water cup and the like.
Thus, the user can carry out the training of manpower walking after standing up.
When a user needs to have a rest, the saddle can be pulled up to the horizontal position, so that the sitting position of the user is comfortable.
When the electric walking aid is in a riding state, a user can control the advancing speed through rotating the speed adjusting knob, and the electronic brake knob is rotated to control the braking force to adjust the running speed of the electric walking aid. In addition, the electric walking aid can also be provided with a hand brake system to control the speed of the electric walking aid.
The electric walking aid can realize electric power assistance, so that the physical consumption of a user is less during walking training, the training time is longer, and the effect is better. When the electric walking aid is used on an upslope, the electric walking aid can provide power assistance, so that a user is prevented from pushing the electric walking aid with strength, and labor is saved for the user.
When the walking aid is in a downhill, the walking aid can be automatically braked, so that the danger of a user caused by the fact that the walking aid is too fast is avoided.
